00:14the film. Watson told Oscar nominee Jessica Chastain for Interview Magazine,
00:18The story of my life has been of public interest, which is why I've been so passionate
00:23about having a private identity. Watson's latest movie, The Circle, is about the dangers
00:28of technology and transparency. She revealed she uses technology differently since making
00:33the film, saying,
00:34I set even more boundaries than I had before between my public and my private lives. It made me think a lot
00:40about what I would do if I had children. Watson told Chastain she even deleted her email app from her
00:45phone and tried to create serious boundaries with her use of technology. The Beauty and the Beast star
00:50also feels people need to be able to separate the real her from her characters. She even confessed

00:59has subjected her to a certain level of scrutiny. According to Watson,

01:06But I know that if I live in that fear, then my life as an artist, as a human being really,
01:11is over. For more from Watson's revealing interview with Chastain, check out THR.com.
