00:22Well, I think it's more about your physicality.
00:28Do you look well? Do you feel well?
00:30Do you have enough energy to do things throughout the day
00:33or are you taking more breaks, naps?
00:36Kalau kita sihat sampai kita dapat tengok anak cucu kita,
00:42kita sihat tanpa perlu anak cucu kita jaga kita yang terlantah di katil,
00:49itu adalah sihat di sini.
00:52For me, it really talks about, I guess you could say, the man bits.
01:00Your prostate and, you know, whether you have erectile dysfunction or STDs.
01:10People always think being masculine means being macho, nothing affects you, you are strong.
01:20But I think being masculine means you're so comfortable with yourself
01:24and so confident with yourself, you can actually openly talk about anything
01:27and nothing phases you, nothing affects you.
01:30I would say it's about proving yourself in the bedroom.
01:34I think that's the perception that a lot of us are let to believe, you know,
01:42that pleasing your partner, you know, then you're the man if you can do it.
01:48I work long hours.
01:58I have to admit there have been times where I have to say no to my wife
02:03and I don't like doing that, I don't like disappointing her.
02:06Yelah, masa muda kita ke mana saja,
02:09berlari berjalankan kita nak ke sana ke sini,
02:12lebih kuatlah, lebih banyak tenaga.
02:14Kadang-kadang you hiking ke apa kan?
02:16Tapi bila dah berusia ini, even nak berjogging pun you kena hati-hati,
02:20takut lutut ada masalah ke apa di kemudian hari kan?
02:24Kita lebih berhati-hati menggunakan tenaga yang ada lah.
02:33One of the biggest thing when it comes to men's sexual health is testosterone levels.
02:38So if your testosterone levels are very low,
02:41it can create low libido, low desire,
02:44and basically it affects the whole mental state,
02:47in terms of feeling, energy and so forth.
02:50That can also be related to chronic health conditions and diet.
02:54So older men, it may be more related to chronic health conditions
02:58like diabetes, cholesterol and so on.
03:00But for younger people, younger men,
03:03it tends to be a bit more on the mental or emotional side.
03:06So you're looking at things like anxiety, having stress, depression.
03:10maybe it could be lack of sleep as well, or smoking, alcohol use and so forth.
03:16I believe I'm not at that age where I need to be medicated,
03:26or require some kind of supplement or whatever.
03:31So that's one area where I think I have failed as a person.
03:36I have not had a health checkup in some time.
03:39I think it's been three, four years since I've had a checkup.
03:43So I actually don't know what's actually wrong with me,
03:46if there's anything wrong with me.
03:47My wife has been asking me to go and get it done.
03:50I have not.
03:57Yes, I do take, but that's just for general health.
03:59Setakat ini, nak kata supplement tu, tak ada.
04:03Cuma nak makan ubat lah, sebab ada penyakit, kan?
04:06Dantong apa semua, kan?
04:07Makan ubat je lah.
04:09Supplement tu, tak ada sangat lah.
04:11Vitamin C ke, itu biasa lah.
04:13Kupi jantang,
04:21I understand it's a traditional remedy.
04:22Comes to men's health,
04:25or sexual health performance in general.
04:28Have I tried it?
04:29I've tried it,
04:30but not for the performance factor.
04:34Local version of Viagra,
04:36herbal version of it,
04:38it's always tied to male sexual performance,
04:42and basically sexual health.
04:50Thompson X Vido is a product that contains four ingredients.
04:53The first,
04:54and I would say the hero ingredient in there,
04:56would be tongka ali.
04:58And so most people in Malaysia,
05:00we know tongka ali for sexual health.
05:02But the one that we are using is patented.
05:05It has clinical research to back up its use
05:08to help support testosterone levels,
05:11energy levels,
05:12muscle,
05:13and fertility as well.
05:15The second ingredient in there would be red ginseng,
05:18or Korean red ginseng,
05:19which is popular for energy,
05:21for motivation.
05:22The third one in there is ginkgo biloba.
05:25Fourthly, is a herb called rafuma.
05:28And the one that we are using is also patented from Japan.
05:32That helps with stress and sleep.
05:34So when you have less stress and better quality sleep,
05:37that indirectly comes back to having more energy
05:41and improving libido and so forth.
05:43A lot of people think,
05:44Oh, this is tongka ali.
05:45This is for men only.
05:47But actually women can take it as well.
05:49I wouldn't say no.
05:50If it helps to boost energy overall,
06:03I was talking about sexual health, but I think it's just the health, the whole body, the energy and so on.
06:09Especially now, I'm trying to do a breezewalk.
06:12I can't do jogging. It's just a breezewalk. So, you can try this.
06:15I won't say no. If it helps boost energy overall and if it helps increase my metabolism, it would be good as well.
06:22I don't like coming back home tired all the time.
06:25I want to come back energetic, smiling, had a day at work. That's done.
06:31And now I'm here for you guys.
06:34Yeah, definitely we'll give this a shot, I guess.
06:36I have been looking into things to improve my energy.
06:39And if this product promises to do that or can do that, I don't see harm in trying it.
