00:00We're in the unusual setting of the Whitestone in Bower Sour, tell us why?

00:14Because it's the launch of opening St Nix, which for us is the start of Christmas, so we've got our beer out.

00:21It's free beer, so as soon as the Dre drops off the ceremonial first cask of St Nix,

00:27the bar was opened and St Nix has been served for the launch of St Nix and the launch of Christmas.

00:32And tell us, you make a lot of beer but how proud are you of this one?

00:35I'm proud of all of them, this one is particularly nice, so it's kind of fruity, it's got like a nice caramel background,

00:42it's 4.5% and it's well received and it's also in perfect condition.

00:48And I'm amazed when I speak to people, they don't know that Oakles do these type of events,

00:52where they've been at the Prospect before, the Woodburn before, it's fantastic to start Christmas isn't it?

00:56Yeah, we try and dot it around and this pub is so Christmassy man,

01:01they've got the little ceilings, you've got the wood, you've got the fire, it's warm, the food's fantastic, so yeah, it's just nice.
