00:00I'm mixing up the mix. This will make about 50 doughnuts that's in here.

00:04This is a bit dry. I need to actually add a bit more water to it.

00:08It's a bit heavy-handed on the flour.

00:13So it's a bit like, it's easy. It's a very forgiving type mix.

00:17How long have you been doing this for?

00:1939 years. Started in 21st of November 1986.

00:24So you certainly know how to make a mix. A good doughnut mix.

00:28The first 10 years might have been pretty ordinary.

00:33It's getting better than that now.

00:37I'm mixing them out until they start to look good.

00:39And we're playing the keeps.
