Ronald Gladden of 'Jury Duty' tells THR how he and new friend actor James Marsden were both surprised to end up at the 2024 Golden Globes.

00:00This is your first time at the Golden Globes. How does it feel to be here tonight with the show Jury Duty nominated?

00:05Oh, yeah, this is my first award anything, essentially, so it's a very surreal moment.

00:10Like I keep telling people, I'm just happy to be here. I still can't believe that I'm here.

00:14When you found out that the show was nominated for a Golden Globe, and also even before that nominated for an Emmy, what was your reaction?

00:21Disbelief, for sure. I mean, James was the first person to call me up once we saw we were nominated, which was a wonderful feeling.

00:27But I think he felt the same way as me. Like, we never would have envisioned this, not in a million years.

00:32After watching the show, I have just so many questions.

00:35But my first one is, at the end of the series, it was saying you and the cast still hang out.

00:40Is that still true? Have you still kept up those relationships?

00:42Oh, absolutely. I love everybody that was involved in this.

00:45And it's more so than just the cast. Like, I get along with everybody here.

00:48Like, it was a great ensemble they put together.

00:51And have you been back to Margaritaville since?

00:54That specific one? No, I have not.

00:57Other ones? Are we making the rounds?

00:59I have. You know, outside of L.A., absolutely.

01:02But that one specific? No, I have not.

01:04Wait, I love that. Are we on, like, the great Margaritaville tour?

01:08Maybe not a tour. It's like, I don't know, we'll hold that one for last, if anything.

01:12Of course, this is a star-studded event here tonight.

01:14You said it's your first big award show.

01:15Who's somebody you'd love to run into on the red carpet?

01:17I'm trying not to jinx it, all right?

01:19Like, because there's tons of people I'd love to meet here.

01:22One of them may have a football game later tonight.

01:25Who knows? We'll see. I don't want to jinx it.

01:34You know, she might be here. That's the rumor.

01:36But that'd be a great person to see.

01:38I mean, like I said, I'm not jinxing anything.
