HFPA Members Katherine Tulich and Ramzy Malouki on the Golden Globes 2020 After Show

The Hollywood Reporter hosted the official after show for the 2020 Golden Globes.

00:00Thank you so much for being here. Thank you. Great to be here. All right. Tell us what it was like in the room tonight

00:05Well, always there's so much excitement in that room. There's so much happening. I think there was so much expectation for Ricky

00:11I just think there was so much everyone was happy. Everyone was excited

00:16How did you feel Ricky did look Ricky went there as we expected him to and I think that's great

00:21That's what we expected and he was so good at it every year people are saying

00:26Oh, they'll never invite him back, but he keeps being invited back and the people at home are entertained

00:31Exactly, that's what that's what it's about now. I have to ask you you guys are the ones who are voting on the award

00:36So sometimes you have sentimental favorites that you that you love and you love to see people win

00:41May I ask you was there a winner tonight that you were happiest see get to the stage. Well, here's the thing

00:46I'm not gonna say for whom I voted but if I may say, you know

00:50The most exciting moment for me was to see two young actors, you know emerging

00:54I mean and two surprises I get you know for a lot of people which is a kofina and and and Taron Egerton

00:59So these are promised to a great career and that's what the whole Golden Globe is about

01:04You know, it's sometimes you know given the opportunity to these like emerging actors and take even in the TV series Rami Youssef

01:10You know, no one knew Rami Youssef

01:12He was a stand-up comedian

01:13Here he is with a Golden Globe in his hand and a beautiful career and a TV series that probably it's gonna be renewed for several seasons

01:20I would say the Golden Globe assures that it will come back for season number two

01:23We can't wait to watch it too, but what about in the room?

01:26What table was the rowdiest or the one that you most wanted to crash?

01:30I mean not ask me ask Catherine because here's the thing I was live you know you were live

01:34I was right on the red carpet on my network, you know and and live also, you know during the commercial breaks

01:39So basically I was back and forth back and forth and you know trying to get the you know and analyze the the the

01:46Results, you know and and talk to my colleagues who are in the studio in in France because I represent, you know a French network. Oh, amazing

01:56Pretty fun to me, but you know, I think that big little eyes has got to be one of those best tables, right?

02:04I mean, I think that that'd be the table. I wouldn't mind being at
