04:33which we have seen, 28-point plan,
04:35which was a clear Russian plan
04:37to make Ukraine to capitulate.

04:47we have had till now.

04:53who warned in a speech to MEPs on Wednesday
04:55that Russia's playbook has not changed,
04:57with Ukraine being just the start.
05:00Russia only understands power.
05:02That means what?
05:03It means that we need to get ourselves
05:06much more powerful on the military side,
05:09we need to act in support of Ukraine,

05:55at around 46% of GDP,
05:58as well as dramatically increased public debt.
