00:00Hold on to your turkey legs, because this week the news is absolutely wild.
00:04A liberal judge just overturned a unanimous jury verdict
00:08to save a Somali man who stole $7.2 million from the taxpayer.
00:13And you won't believe where that money was going.
00:16Meanwhile, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, he goes on live television and says,
00:20we can't incarcerate criminals because that's racist.
00:23Yeah, just days after a career criminal was freed and set a woman on fire.
00:27However, the judge behind it openly admits she judges cases based on skin color.
00:32Wait until you see this video.
00:34And since it's Thanksgiving week, well, I've got a bonus clip that's pure gold.
00:38President Trump serving up a platter of comedy so good, even the turkeys are laughing.
00:43I've watched it a few times. Trust me, you're going to want to see this one.
00:46Now, before we dive into all of that, a quick announcement in case you missed it.
00:49The Carrie Lane Show Store is live.

01:01Links and the code are down below in the description so you won't miss out.
01:04All right, go get your goodies and enough of that.
01:06The first story, absolute insanity.
01:09Somalis in Minnesota just got caught running a massive fraud ring scheme.
01:13But it gets even weirder.
01:15The fraud is so extreme that Donald Trump has terminated deportation protection
01:20for Somali nationals living in Minnesota.
01:22And here's the kicker.
01:24A jury just found a Somali man guilty of stealing $7.2 million from taxpayers through fake Medicaid billing.
01:31That should have been the end of it, right?
01:33Wrong.
01:34A liberal Minnesota judge stepped in and completely overturned the verdict, acquitting him of all charges.
01:41At the August trial for Abdi Fata Youssef, the jury heard evidence that he ran his home health care company, Promise Health,
01:47out of a mailbox at a Central Avenue address where multiple other home health care companies were supposedly located.
01:54Youssef and his wife, Lowell Ahmed, were charged with stealing $7.2 million of taxpayer money
01:59through Medicaid overbilling in a personal care assistant, or PCA, scam.
02:04The couple allegedly spent tens of thousands of the fraud money on luxury items for themselves.
02:09Despite the jury swiftly convicting Youssef, Judge Sarah West last week decided they got it wrong.
02:15You think you're shocked?
02:17Listen to one of the jurors who actually decided this case.
02:20I am shocked.
02:21I'm shocked based off of all of the evidence that was presented to us and the obvious guilt that we saw based off of the said evidence.
02:31It was not a difficult decision whatsoever.
02:33The deliberation took probably four hours at most.
02:37Based off of the state's evidence that was presented, I was beyond a reasonable doubt.
02:42Tell me this ruling is not going to hold up.
02:44Now, the AG's office, they've already filed an appeal, which means the Minnesota Court of Appeals will review this, which could take months.
02:51And while that drags on, U.S. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, she's openly admitting her allegiance is not with the United States of America.
02:59You want to hold up.
03:07But now we have a lot of Somalia, a lot of women, a lot of women, a lot of women, a lot of women.
03:14And that's why we will need to do this stuff.
03:23We will need to help our lives, all of us.
03:27I guarantee you she's the ringleader in a lot of this. I mean, she openly admits she doesn't
03:50see herself as American at all, but as Somali and actually says she wants to move back home
03:56to raise her kids there. So tell me, how on earth are we letting someone who rejects America
04:01represent the very people she refuses to call her own? And it doesn't stop there. Every major
04:08Somali fraud ring is targeting Minnesota, and by extension, every single taxpayer in this country.
04:14This is the consequence of letting a culture that is built on corruption, violence, and piracy take
04:20root on American soil. And now, tragically, the next generation of Somali Americans is picking
04:26up the same destructive habits right here at home. They're already the most welfare-dependent
04:31immigrant group in the U.S., and they've been caught stealing $300 million in COVID relief
04:36funding that was meant for hungry children. Now, their latest scheme targets Minnesota's
04:41Medicaid Housing Stabilization Services program, which is supposed to help seniors and addicts
04:47find housing. But the program's rules were so loose that fraud exploded. Take a look at
04:53this. Costs went from $2.6 million in 2020 to $104 million in 2024. Already this year, they're
05:02at $61 million in just six months, meaning they're on track to hit $122 million if that trend continues.
05:10And why? Because six people are accused of defrauding HSS, and they're all members of the
05:17Somali community. But this just gets worse. Watch this.
05:20If we take a look at Minnesota's federally funded autism program. Now, several people,
05:26and this is an example, a woman in the Somali community are co-conspirators, and they're accused
05:30of recruiting kids for autism therapy. They brought in families, had them convinced to get their kids
05:37diagnosed as autistic. In fact, these families ultimately ended up having various social services
05:43bid for their children, competing with the number size of check that they would get. It didn't matter if the kids
05:51had autism. And what happened? Autism claims to Medicaid surged. In 2018, $3 million. By 2023, listen here,
06:03from $3 million to $400 million. Autism providers jumped from 41 to 328 in five years. Now, City Journal
06:15reports that the Somali fraud rings send a lot of money back to Somalia. 40% of households in Somalia
06:23get remittances from abroad. That totals $1.7 billion. That is more than the entire budget
06:32of the Somali government. Money being sent abroad, from abroad, back to Somalia. Where is that money
06:40going? Take a look at this. Most alarmingly, a lot of that money is funneled through money traders,
06:45and in the end, ends up in the hands of Al-Qaeda linked Islamic terror group, Al-Shabaab. So to bring
06:52this full circle, the Minnesota taxpayers are funneling money through fraudulent autism claims
06:58back to Somalia, where that money lands in the accounts of Al-Shabaab. We are importing people
07:06from other countries who openly despise us, and they're shamelessly exploiting our generosity,
07:12our kindness, our willingness even to help at every turn. And then what do they do? They scam,
07:17rob, and they defraud us without hesitation or remorse. These people, as Ilhan Omar herself has
07:23made crystal clear, are not here because they love America or want the American dream or even cherish
07:29our way of life. No, they're here to funnel wealth back to their homeland while actively undermining and
07:35sabotaging ours. And watch this. As we saw previously, when speaking in front of our own community,
07:42Ilhan Omar says she wants to go back to Somalia. But when speaking to Americans, she says this.
07:48Somalis are not terrorizing this nation. We are helping it thrive. Somalis have always seen as a
07:56fabric, has seen themselves as a fabric of this nation. So not only are we not going anywhere,
08:02not only are we not going anywhere, we are not going to allow anybody to make us feel less
08:12Minnesotan or less American. Last I checked, stealing COVID relief funds and illegally grifting
08:18millions under the fake banner of autism charities is not helping this country thrive. Your actions are
08:24the polar opposite of your sanctimonious rhetoric, which means you cannot be trusted, period. ICE,
08:30they need to round up every single one of these people and deport them. No excuses, no delays. Get
08:36them out of our country if they're here illegally. Now, another crisis crushing our great nation, the open
08:41war that radical leftist judges have declared on the American people, releasing violent career
08:46criminals right back onto our streets to rape, rob and even murder again. President Trump, he seized the
08:52moment and called out the rogue judges that are responsible for the release of the man who recently
08:57lit a woman on fire on a Chicago train. They burned this beautiful woman riding in a train. A man was
09:06arrested 72 times. 72 times. Think of that. And they'll let him out again. The liberal judges will let him out again.
09:16He's 100% right. This monster has 72 arrests on his record. And thanks to liberal judges, he's basically got a
09:23hall pass to commit more crimes. And Mayor Brandon Johnson, he's not even pretending to hide it. He's out here
09:29lecturing us that locking up violent criminals is racist. We cannot incarcerate our way.
09:35Out of violence? We've already tried that. And we've ended up with the largest prison population
09:41in the world without solving the problems of crime and violence. The addiction on jails and
09:47incarceration in this country, we have moved past that. It is racist. It is immoral. It is unholy.
09:54And it is not the way to drive violence down. Murderous thugs? They belong behind bars, period.
10:01They should not be roaming the streets terrorizing innocent people, no matter what their race or gender is.
10:06Accountability? It's not racist. It's basic common sense. And yet countless liberal activist judges
10:12act like that's optional. This isn't justice. It's a public safety disaster.
10:18Now, here's Judge Teresa Molina Gonzalez. She is the judge responsible for releasing Lawrence
10:22Reid after 72 arrests. And as President Trump said, he is the monster who poured gasoline on that
10:29innocent woman riding the train in Chicago and then lit her on fire. Now, she remains in critical
10:34condition. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. This didn't have to happen.
10:39That's what is so infuriating about all of this. Now, the reason Reid was walking Chicago streets
10:45freely in the first place is because this judge let him go despite a pending case for allegedly
10:50knocking out a female social worker. The prosecutor warned her that he was dangerous. Heck, a mental
10:56hospital released him because he was a safety risk. And this judge's response at that detention
11:00hearing was, quote, I can't put everyone behind bars just because the state attorney asked me to.
11:06She should be fired immediately. Ask my husband, a lieutenant in law enforcement. He tells me
11:11what's predictable is preventable. And 72 arrests prove just that. Here's a video of the judge
11:18openly admitting she used to make prosecutorial decisions based on race.
11:24Being a Latina in the office, people would tell me, like, don't you feel like you're prosecuting
11:29your own people? But it's true. There were a lot of, you know, defendants that look like me.
11:36However, I had a chance as a prosecutor to make a difference as to what cases come in. I had a chance
11:42as a prosecutor to decide what offers were appropriate. And so I always offer them the
11:48opportunity to do community service. Anyone who thinks enforcing the law is prosecuting
11:53your own people is the problem. Your job isn't to play favorites. It's to prosecute criminals.
11:59If you do the crime, you do the time. I mean, it's really that simple. Public safety issue is not a
12:05racial issue, but the left boy, did they love to frame it that way. And why? Because they're not on
12:10the side of protecting law-abiding citizens. They're on the side of protecting criminals
12:13based on skin color. And failing Mayor Brandon Johnson, he just looks the other way.
12:19Crime is skyrocketing, which, by the way, overwhelmingly impacts brown and black communities.
12:24And yet he claims there's nothing to see here, just a one-off incident.
12:28My responsibility is to build the safest, most affordable big city in America.
12:32The investments that we are making are certainly moving us in that direction. This is an isolated
12:37incident. I mean, I don't see this as some sort of trend.
12:41Not a trend? What about the 14-year-old boy shot and killed at a Christmas tree lighting,
12:46along with eight others that were injured? Is that isolated too, Mayor?
12:50President Trump, he didn't hold back in calling out the mayor and governor
12:53over these crime-ridden cities.
12:56We have a governor that thinks it's wonderful that only like seven people were killed this week.
13:01But we are moving toward doing, and we're gonna, if crime gets, it's horrible what's happening in Chicago.
13:09And yet Governor Pritzker and Mayor Johnson, they just continue to refuse President Trump's help
13:13to save lives. How did this ever become a partisan issue? Oh yeah, TDS. I guess all lives don't matter
13:20to the leadership in Chicago. Now, speaking of failed leadership, Governor Gaslight Newsom,
13:25he wrote this on X, quote,
13:27We're suing the Trump administration for its unlawful cuts to homeless housing funding,
13:31cuts that threaten to rip permanent housing support from tens of thousands of California families.
13:37Trump's recklessness jeopardizes our housing stability. We will stop him.
13:42This coming from the guy who blew through billions of dollars to only grow homelessness?
13:47I'm not sure he has a leg to stand on getting upset when Dad cuts off the credit card after his
13:5110-year plan to end homelessness in San Francisco is now 22 years old.
13:57California State Auditor reports that homelessness has jumped from about 151,000 people living on the
14:03streets in 2019 to a staggering 181,000 in 2024. That's a steady climb, uphill, not the dramatic
14:12decline that Newsom promised. And now he's wasting another $450 million on a new 9-1-1 system
14:19that doesn't work. They tried splitting the state into four regional zones, something no other state
14:25does, and it completely collapsed. So while Californians face wildfires and earthquakes,
14:31they're being told they have to wait until at least 2030 for a functioning system. Way to go.
14:37Gavin, another spectacular failure. Everything you seem to touch turns to chaos. And switching gears,
14:44since it's Thanksgiving week, the president took part in the tradition of pardoning turkeys,
14:48but this was anything but ordinary, which we wouldn't expect anything else from 47, right?
14:53Watch him find a way to masterfully troll the left during a turkey pardoning ceremony of all places.
14:58The turkeys being pardoned today go by the names of Gobble and Waddle. When I first saw their
15:03pictures, I thought we should send them, uh, well, I was gonna, I shouldn't say this. I was gonna call
15:10them Chuck and Nancy. But then I realized I wouldn't be pardoning them. I would never pardon those two
15:16people. I wouldn't pardon them. I wouldn't care what Melania told me. Darling, I think it would be
15:23a nice thing to do. I won't do it, darling. You gotta love it. Only Trump can turn a wholesome
15:28turkey pardon into a Thanksgiving Comedy Central roast. And nothing says Thanksgiving like gently
15:33reminding Washington that even poultry ranks higher on his forgiveness list. I mean, truly a unifying moment
15:39for the turkeys. Oh, and he wasn't done. He made sure to spread a little holiday shade in the direction
15:45of Joe Biden. He used an auto pen last year for the turkey's pardon. So I have the official
15:53duty to determine, and I have determined, that last year's turkey pardons are totally invalid,
15:58as are the pardons of about every other person that was pardoned other than, uh, where's Hunter?
16:08They're hereby null and void. The turkeys known as Peach and Blossom last year have been located,
16:15and they were on their way to be processed. In other words, to be killed. But I have stopped that
16:21journey, and I am officially pardoning them, and they will not be served for Thanksgiving dinner.
16:29Leave it to Trump to make a turkey pardon more entertaining than primetime television. Peach and
16:33Blossom live, Biden's pardons die, and Joe is still trying to figure out where the auto pen went.
16:39Classic Trump, even the poultry, gets a comeback tour. All right, if you missed my latest video,
16:43it's on James Comey and Letitia James' court cases getting tossed. But that's not over.
16:47There is more to come. I break it all down and explain what lies ahead next. Plus,
16:52Mark Kelly and some hot water after making that video now going viral, demanding that the military
16:57defy any illegal orders. Yeah, Pete Hegseth is on this one. And Senator Kelly could be court-martialed.
17:05All those details in that video. Go ahead and click on it. It should be now on your screen.
17:09All right, thanks for joining me today. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Enjoy the
17:12time with your family. I will be off the next couple of days enjoying some time with mine.
17:16I will be back on Sunday. I hope you join me then. Happy Thanksgiving. Be safe out there.
