00:00Senator John Fetterman was rushed to the hospital today. I've got an update on his condition.
00:04And just yesterday, he left CNN's Dana Bash speechless, exposing how the left literally
00:10wishes him dead. Example after example, he laid bare just how toxic the left has become.
00:16I'm telling you, there are not enough therapy couches in America to fix these people.
00:20And speaking of these people, Jen Psaki caught live on air making an accusation
00:24about Trump straight out of Lawsuit Central.
00:27Watch the panic hit her face the second she realizes what she just said on national
00:32television. And that's not all. Gavin Newsom's former chief of staff was arrested yesterday
00:37in a federal fraud case, and a judge just laid down the law on New Jersey Congresswoman LaMonica
00:42MacGyver, the same lawmaker who apparently thought it was a good idea to body slam ICE agents.
00:48It is a jam-packed show today. Hit that like button if you're wishing John Fetterman well,
00:52because we're not like the left. We don't wish harm on our political opponents.
00:56And if you're new here, subscribe to the channel so you never miss the chaos that's
01:00always happening in Washington.
01:01Well, if there's one thing 47 does well, it's keeping promises.
01:05Remember when he said he'd give a $10,000 bonus to agents who didn't miss a day during the
01:09Democrat shutdown and even picked up extra shifts to help out?
01:13Well, today Secretary Kristi Noem, she made it happen.
01:16Checks in hand, smiles all around.
01:18Take Ashley, for example. She was in the middle of buying a home for her family when the shutdown froze
01:23her paycheck and forced her to back out of the deal. Today, thanks to this bonus,
01:27she might finally move forward and turn that dream into reality. Let's listen in for a moment.
01:32Rico, I want to present to you a check and say thank you from the American people. Appreciate it.
01:39Ashley, thank you. Yes. And is Leo here? All right, Leo.
01:44And more big news today. As I said, John Fetterman was rushed to the hospital this
01:51morning after getting lightheaded and falling outside of his Pennsylvania home. Listen to this.
01:56Fox News alert. Pennsylvania Democratic Senator John Fetterman was hospitalized after a fall this
02:02morning. It happened near his home in western Pennsylvania. Doctors say he had an episode of
02:07ventricular fibrillation, which is an irregular heart rhythm. The spokesperson for Fetterman says he
02:13felt lightheaded after the fall, had some facial injuries, but is doing well and is being kept for
02:18observation at a Pittsburgh hospital. We wish him well. Now, a spokesperson for Fetterman posted on
02:25X that the senator says, quote, if you thought my face looked bad before, wait until you see it now.
02:30Good to see he still has his sense of humor and is in good spirits. We wish him the best.
02:34The timing, though, it's chilling. Fetterman just told CNN's Dana Bash that some on the left
02:39were practically cheering he hadn't survived his stroke. Watch Dana squirm as Fetterman lays
02:45out the shocking laundry list of left-wing rhetoric and how it stacks up against what the right is
02:51saying. When I asked my digital team, I said, you know, we're on all the platforms. You know,
02:56really, what's kind of the harshest? What's kind of the most personal? And the answer was immediate.
03:02He said, oh, blue sky, it's blue sky. And the difference is, I mean, the right would say really
03:08rough things and names. You know, some names I won't repeat on TV, but on the left, it was like,
03:16they want me to die, or that we're cheering for your next stroke, or that's terrible, that depression,
03:23why couldn't it depression one? I remember one, they claimed, oh, the doctor let us down,
03:28and why did they have to save his life? I mean, just really, like, I just can't imagine. People
03:33are wishing, you know, I wish he dies, or I want him to die, you know, literally cheering for a stroke.
03:42And I don't know what the kind of a place where that comes from. I mean, that's much different than
03:47just calling me a name. You know, and that's really been consistent, you know, in that community online.
03:55Fetterman's point is brutal and simple. Normal disagreement is out for the left.
03:59Death threats seem to be in. But thank goodness that Fetterman is civil. He's sane. He's acting
04:04and behaving like a human being in politics. But the left, they seem obsessed with celebrating
04:09violence and intimidation. It's absolutely sick. And then you have Katie Couric, twisting Fetterman
04:15into condemning Charlie Couric after his tragic execution. She hammers moral outrage, but offers zero
04:21examples of dangerous rhetoric from Charlie. Just vague hand-waving and the classic, trust me,
04:27I'm a Democrat and I said so. Do you think that flags should have been flown at half-staffed? Do you
04:33think his body should have been flown on Air Force Two? Do you think he should have posthumously be
04:38given the Presidential Medal of Freedom? I think some people felt that that was
04:44perhaps over the top in terms of mourning someone like Charlie Kirk. How did you feel about that?
04:55Over the top? Democrats roll out a drugged-out criminal in a gold casket with wall-to-wall media
05:01coverage. A man who held a gun to a pregnant woman's belly. Meanwhile, Katie Couric is losing
05:06sleep over a man who loved God and country? Who's being shown respect after his tragic execution?
05:12Fetterman said it plainly, awarding the Medal of Freedom is the President's prerogative.
05:17But here's where it gets ridiculous. Couric goes broad brush like every other Democrat,
05:22claiming Charlie Kirk said terrible things, again, without ever citing a single quote,
05:26playing a clip, or giving a shred of evidence. Did you have any issues now in hindsight over some of the
05:33things that Charlie Kirk said and some of the rhetoric he used during his life?
05:39I didn't agree with much of it. I didn't closely follow his specific kinds of views.
05:47But I did. I'm sure you learned about them after his death, though.
05:52No, I haven't done a deep dive on it. You know, I described, I mean, we've all seen that terrible
05:57video. Perhaps if you've seen the actual video, I have. And it's like appalling. And that's part of
06:02the political violence. And I just chose not to take the opportunity to argue his views after
06:09after children lost his father in the most violent public way.
06:14Liberals need to put up or shut up. Show me some of the clips that you're talking about where Charlie
06:19Kirk is spouting dangerous or offensive rhetoric because I've looked and they don't exist. I mean,
06:23I usually respect John Fetterman. He's a reasonable, level-headed Democrat. But shame on him for not
06:29pressing Kirk to cite a single example when she tried to rope him into condemning Charlie with
06:34nothing but vague accusations.
06:36I think some people might say Charlie Kirk's rhetoric was extreme.
06:40I agree. I mean, I think we agree that we probably didn't agree with much of what he said.
06:48But, and I think we, I'm sure we both agree that you shouldn't shoot people,
06:52you know, and you shouldn't execute them in public.
06:54The problem here is Fetterman already admitted that he didn't look into what Charlie Kirk said.
06:59He didn't do a deep dive. But now he's claiming he disagrees with everything? That's a man who
07:04normally knows right from wrong. But now he's bending to his base and their baseless smears.
07:08And of course, the media, well, they can't resist a shiny new distraction. They sniff a Democrat rumor
07:14and sprint after it like it's Watergate 2.0. Except this one's just a nothing burger with a side of
07:19Epstein's sauce. See, Democrats toss out a whisper about Trump and suddenly MSNBC, CNN,
07:25and the entire clickbait brigade, they're in full meltdown mode. So what's the so-called scandal?
07:31Well, apparently Trump might have been in a house where there might have been some girls.
07:36That's it. No crime. No connection. Just enough to keep CNN's coffee pots boiling.
07:42But before we get to the media's meltdown, let's look at what actual witnesses say.
07:46You know, those people the press pretend don't exist at this point. Virginia Giuffre,
07:51the alleged victim the Democrats are using for this smear,
07:54has gone on record saying Trump did absolutely nothing wrong. And that was under oath, by the way.
07:59Plus, there's this. But here's the most important person you have. Not under oath. Dershowitz.
08:07Dershowitz was Epstein's lawyer and lawyer client confidentiality ends with death. Dershowitz went on
08:16television today. Said, I have all of the Epstein stuff. And there isn't anything. And I asked Epstein
08:24directly, while I was representing him, whether Donald Trump was involved in any kind of untoward
08:30activity. And Epstein said no. So now you have the three principal players in this case, all saying the
08:37same thing. Yet the press is so irresponsible, so corrupt, so hateful, they will not even mention that.
08:47It's death by innuendo. That is what they are aiming for.
08:54The media's completely lost it. Just watch Jen Psaki on MSNBC. She gets so excited over the fake
09:00Epstein email story that she blurts out, Trump's a predator on live TV. And then she panics. Like,
09:06she just saw a subpoena flash before her eyes. I mean, you can almost hear the lawyers yelling,
09:10walk it back, as she scrambles to clean it up. Watch this.
09:14In supporting what Donald Trump is doing. You're talking about the other predators out
09:19there in addition to Trump. Absolutely. I mean, I'm not saying he is. We don't
09:23know all the details about that. I just mean, in addition to what we've learned about Epstein and
09:26others, there's other predators out there. There are. There it is. Psaki's mouth outrunning
09:31her legal team. She calls Trump a predator and then backpedals faster than Joe Biden on a bicycle.
09:37This is the playbook. Pay attention. They make the accusation, they walk it back later,
09:42and then they count on viewers to forget the truth. The reality though, Trump kicked Epstein out of
09:47Mar-a-Lago years before Epstein was arrested. He's got zero ties, no victims, and no island selfies.
09:53Meanwhile, Bill Clinton? 26 flights on the Lolita Express. 17 White House visits with Maxwell.
10:00But the press suddenly loses its curiosity when the scandal has a D next to it.
10:04I mean, if hypocrisy were a felony, every newsroom in DC would be under house arrest.
10:09And now Congresswoman Melanie Stansberry? She makes this outrageous claim. Watch this.
10:14Whether or not Virginia Dufresne has accused the president of wrongdoing, what I'd like to say
10:20to the American people is believe your eyes. We have all seen the photographs of Donald Trump
10:25with underage girls sitting on his lap. Excuse me, what photos? Did they get them from Hunter's laptop?
10:33Because those pictures do not exist. And if they did, they'd be wallpapered on every building from
10:38Manhattan to Malibu. The only picture out there is Ivanka as a little girl sitting on her dad's lap.
10:45This is the same nonsense that got George Stephanopoulos sued for claiming Trump was convicted of rape.
10:50Which, by the way, never happened. The left doesn't care about facts or victims. They only care about
10:56the headlines. And we know this because when Congressman Tim Burchett tried to make the Epstein
11:00files go public, guess who blocked it last night? Yeah, the Democrats.
11:05They're going to pull portions of it out and they're going to try to fit their own little
11:10narrative. Both sides are going to do it. You all know it. You're all going to feed upon it.
11:13Let's just get the dadgum bill out. Let's vote it out. And the Democrats oppose me on it.
11:17It's stupid. It's all about politics. It's not about taking care of
11:20young ladies who got abused and we should take care of them. But there's a process in place. The
11:25Democrats have had it for four years and didn't do a dadgum thing. And you know if Trump was in that
11:30thing, Biden arresting Kamala Harris, I mean he's the antichrist to them. They would have already
11:35had it out. Democrats are throwing a tantrum about releasing the Epstein files
11:39and then blocking the vote that would release them because it wouldn't show who voted which way.
11:44They literally are standing in their own way, turning a simple procedural vote
11:48into a political sideshow, all while claiming they want transparency. If they really cared about
11:54getting the files out there, they wouldn't be sabotaging themselves.
11:57That is a weak effort to try to allow Republicans to pass this measure without being accountable
12:06and showing whether they support this or not. So let's call the vote. The discharge process has
12:12its rules. Let's bring the question up. Nothing prevents the speaker from bringing this up tomorrow
12:18if he wanted it done. They also could have released the Epstein files when Biden was in office. But they
12:23didn't. Why? Because if there was anything even remotely damaging to Trump, it would have been
12:28on MSNBC before breakfast. As Stephen A. Smith put it, the whole thing is just a circus.
12:34Ladies and gentlemen, keep in mind that the Epstein files were in existence
12:39and free to have been opened during the Biden administration. You were there for four years.
12:45How come you didn't open it as a Democratic Party then? What am I missing?
12:55I'm not saying I know. It's a legitimate question. Maybe I don't remember the answer. Maybe my
13:00extraordinary producers should be able to help me during the commercial break. But from my understanding,
13:05the same files that were open, or being open now, with the 220 pages of documents or whatever it is,
13:16with various emails, that could have been done when Biden was in office. Well, why didn't you do it?
13:28If it's so important now. Let's be real. If there was real dirt,
13:31the Democrats would have dropped it in 2024 faster than they dropped the border wall.
13:35Instead, we just get recycled lies, lazy journalism, and Jen Psaki trying to lawyer her way out of her
13:40own soundbite. Now, speaking of lawyers and legal chaos, did you catch this? Gavin Newsom's former
13:45chief of staff was arrested yesterday by the FBI. Meet Dana Williamson. She's now facing a federal grand
13:52jury with a laundry list of charges that reads kind of like a law school final exam.
13:57Conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud. Bank fraud. Wire fraud. Conspiracy to defraud the United
14:03States. Obstructing justice. Filing false tax returns. And making false statements. That's a
14:08whopping 23 charges for the 53-year-old who didn't have much to say when leaving the courthouse yesterday.
14:13Take a look.
14:14Should other California officials and people involved in the government be concerned now with this
14:19investigation underway? Do you have any comment, Ms. Williamson? Excuse us. No, you guys
14:24didn't talk about your attorneys. Some of these alleged crimes actually line up with her time
14:28as Newsom's right-hand woman. She and four others are now accused of siphoning political funds from
14:33Joe Biden's HHS secretary, Javier Becerra, who is now running for governor of California.
14:38Neither Newsom nor Becerra are implicated, or at least as of yet. But Ms. Williamson,
14:44she's free on half a million dollar bond after pleading not guilty.
14:47According to the indictment starting in 2022, Williamson and the others funneled more than
14:54$225,000 from Becerra's account, allegedly disguising the money as consulting fees and
15:00payment for work that was never done. Williamson is also accused of misusing taxpayer-funded COVID
15:06loans and falsifying tax returns, claiming nearly a million dollars in personal expenses,
15:11including a $15,000 Chanel handbag, luxury vacations, and private jets. Newsom's office
15:18distanced itself, saying Williamson no longer serves in this administration and emphasizing due process.
15:25Let's see if Williamson wants to strike a deal and starts to sing like a canary. Not sure what she
15:29would tell us, but I'm all ears. If convicted, she's looking at 20 plus years behind bars. That's
15:34one of the biggest political corruption scandals to hit Sacramento in years. And let me tell you,
15:39it's just the start. In fact, in New Jersey, Congresswoman LaMonica McIver is having her
15:43own epic courtroom drama. Her motion to dismiss two of three counts for a scuffle with ICE was just
15:49denied. She apparently thought protocols didn't apply to her when visiting the ICE facility, and
15:54instead, she thought she could just fight her way in. Well, the indictment says she slammed a federal
15:58agent, grabbed him forcibly, and even used her arm to strike another. Clearly, oversight
16:03responsibilities are optional if you're a congresswoman. Now, in that ruling, the judge wrote that
16:07McIver quote, actively engaged in conduct unrelated to her oversight responsibilities
16:12and congressional duties. You think? Well, the judge has scheduled a status conference for
16:17a week from today in Newark, New Jersey. The political circus continues with a front row seat
16:22right here on The Carrie Lane Show, because you know I will have the updates for you.
16:25Up next, Jasmine Crockett is crying about having to pay for her own security. Security from what,
16:31I ask. Bible holding? Patriotic conservatives? I'm going to show you what all she's spending
16:35her campaign donations on. It's mind blowing. Plus, I break down the violence we just witnessed
16:40from the left at the Turning Point USA event, and I'm going to explain what the Trump administration
16:44is now doing to the university that failed to protect the students and speakers there.
16:48Go ahead, click on that video you see now on your screen, and I'll see you over there.
16:51Thanks for watching, everybody. Have a great rest of your day.
