00:05Miami Beach DUI case have offered. And what's the big reason why he doesn't want it? Because

00:10they want to do random drug testing. All right, so here are all the reasons why I think this looks

00:15really bad of Justin to reject the plea deal. Number one, Justin Bieber admitted to smoking

00:19marijuana when he got pulled over by the police on January 23rd after speeding in that yellow

00:24Lamborghini. It was rented, by the way. But if he's rejecting it because they want to kind of

00:28test him every now and then and he's afraid to get tested, that looks really bad, don't you think?

00:34TMZ is reporting that there are a lot of reasons why Justin's team isn't buying what the prosecutors

00:39are selling. Get what I'm saying? Because Justin feels like the cops are lying. But here's the

00:44thing, Justin, coming in at number two of the reasons why I think it was stupid of you to reject

00:49the plea deal is because everything was caught on tape. I mean, there were fans standing there

00:53filming the entire thing. You were filmed in your jail cell peeing and you don't want that video

00:58being leaked anytime soon. So I don't think that the police were lying. I think that you're just

01:03trying to weasel your way out of this like you do with everything. Now, the third reason why Justin

01:07Bieber is trying to get out of this plea deal, but why I think it's a really bad idea is because he's

01:12trying to prove to the world that he wasn't drag racing when he was pulled over because a GPS device

01:17in the car did say that he was driving a very reasonable 27 miles per hour. Okay, fine, I'll give you

01:22that. But here's the other thing. TMZ, though, discovered that Justin was speeding earlier in the night and

01:27driving in excess of 90 miles an hour. That's really fast and not okay. Now in the midst of all of

01:33his legal problems, what else did Justin Bieber do than the obvious? Record a song about it. So it's

01:39called Broken and in the lyrics it says basically that he feels like the world just wants a reaction

01:44out of him.

01:44Yes, they want a reaction.

01:46Which we do. And that he's not going to give it to them.

01:49I ain't gonna give it to them.

01:51Which we will. And that he feels like everybody's trying to get him.

01:57Which we aren't. Now, Justin Bieber better behave himself because people have signed a petition

02:03trying to get him to be deported back to Canada. But we know that Canada doesn't want him either.
