00:12so i'm just gonna read this real quick box center november 26th to december 14th
00:18towards the night before circus away it's great for the family great for a date night
00:23great by going with yourself it doesn't matter i'm going yeah so we have micah and jasmine here
00:29who are identical uh twin sisters and what is your uh talent what what do you guys do we're
00:34dancers okay they dance luis is a juggler yeah luis yeah please yeah because i because we have yeah

00:53can you give those to her please oh no because melissa thinks no no she thinks she can juggle
01:00no no grab two i can juggle but not these it's practical the one gains i love to the right

01:38stop it okay so i gotta ask you guys but what is your
01:43workout like on a daily basis because a lot i know a lot of professional olympians athletes and
01:52stuff like that they try out for circus and they can't do it so what's your uh workout like on a
01:57daily basis um we definitely try to go to the gym every single day for stamina wise um and then we
02:03have i know dancers mostly stamina um i know the acrobats though it's a lot of um hanging and stuff with their
02:12arms so practicing hanging literally for one arm for five minutes and we have obviously but yeah and
02:20then we have rehearsals from like nine to six every single day when we're training what yeah long
02:27rehearsals so we make sure we know the show really well wait this is the day of the show you're doing
02:31no no no this is training okay time for about a month and a half okay and and for show time give
02:37me a quick synopsis like from when you wake up to like when the show starts yeah definitely gym in
02:43the morning for like about two hours and then for a three show day we go straight into makeup for
02:50about two hours takes a long time and then do our warm-ups for about an hour two an hour and a
02:57half stretching definitely and then shows just back to back wow what about nutrition wise what are
03:03you eating um they feed us really well nice protein vegetables yeah all the stuff generally pretty
03:13healthy we do love sweets though what style of dance we do all styles of dance but this show is
03:19mostly hip-hop but we do incorporate like some popping locking nice now i have been like i said
03:28i've been to a lot of circ shows and i've seen i'm not gonna say mistakes because you always recover
03:35and and figure out a way to get it done but i'm i always i'll notice i'm like that wasn't supposed
03:41to happen but it's impressive how you guys recover what what is your biggest as far as on stage
03:45during your show have you ever had that type of situation um yes but i will say we do get to act
03:52a lot of the times so like our role in the show is like children or like you know like little elves
03:59yeah so we get to be like mischievous so if we mess up we just play it off we don't run up the slope
04:04we're like oh we'll just fall down you know like stuff like that or like times with like the juggler
04:11or some of the other acts um we are on stage with them as the dancers so we kind of play with
04:17them and if they drop something we can act with them and we're like oh like pick it up pop them out
04:23you know so it's kind of a team effort very nice well like i said it's fun for the oh yeah bring us
04:28home with the juggler yeah let's see this was the night before oh my god i feel like he's gonna hit
04:35me with it um that is crazy december 14th at the box center what is happening he's the guy he's the
04:45guy who's gonna like oh look at oh my god that is so funny yes get your tickets
