00:15just moments after a blast rocked the arena are horrifying.

00:18The New York Times reports 22 people are dead and 59 others are wounded.

00:23The first identified victim is 18-year-old healthcare worker Georgina Bethany Callender

00:27who was known for her adorable glasses, her big smile and a love for pop music.

00:31ABC News reports the blast was centered outside the arena by the venue's exits, which can dimly be seen in this dash cam video.

00:42The Times also reports police now have a 23-year-old man in custody.

00:45It's not clear if he is the man who made this video bragging about the attack in the aftermath.

00:50This is only the beginning.
