00:00The economic situation is still challenging for the country and for families at home, I think everybody knows that, but of course we are optimistic about the future and one of the features of a budget cycle is that the independent forecaster the Office of Budget Responsibility does five rounds of forecasting in the run-up to a budget. These numbers tend to move around and you're not quite sure where it's going to land until you get to the final stage and the outcome of that will be revealed today at the budget by the Chancellor in Parliament.
