Annie Potts talks putting on the 'Ghostbusters' uniform for the first time in 'Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire.' Plus, she tells THR on the red carpet what it was like to see the newcomers and original cast members come together for this film.
00:00Congratulations on this new film. In the trailer, we see Janine in uniform, so how did that feel?
00:07Pretty good. Although, you know, the boys never complained about it, but that flight suit is not all that flattering.
00:15But I sure was...oh, aren't they cute?
00:19I sure was happy to put it on after 40 years enjoying the boys.
00:25Listen, you were rocking it, so I think the suit looks good on you.
00:30I also wanted to say the ending of the last movie really got me with all four Ghostbusters reunited.
00:36What was it like watching that back on the big screen and seeing Harold reunited with all the boys?
00:41Well, I think the two worlds of the newbies and the OGs, it's so sweet, you know?
00:48And that we're back in New York and back in the firehouse.
00:51I think that it's a very New York-centric kind of movie.
00:56And, boy, it's like everything's Ghostbusters here in the city right now.
01:02I know being on set must have felt like one big nostalgic experience, but was there any scene or day that made you particularly nostalgic or emotional about being back?
01:13Oh, you know, it would just come in waves, sort of like being on a beach, you know?
01:21It's like...and just enjoying the ocean-ness of it, you know?
01:26Because it's big, this thing. It's big.
01:28And I wanted to finally ask, this film felt like the scariest one yet.
01:32How do you think this one raises the stakes from Afterlife?
01:35Well, the new bad guy's pretty bad.
01:41I only saw it with a small, like, you know, 20 people in a small room.
01:47I'm really looking forward to seeing it in the theater with a packed house,
01:51because then we'll know what's funny and scary.

02:07There are plenty of holes in this.
02:09Look at sports in America too.
02:12Of course, one crystal is high, so we're talking through two, three,
