00:00Well, I just remember reading this script and it really stuck with me and really scared me.
00:04And I remember I read it in one sitting and then that night I went to bed and then woke up at three in the morning
00:09and couldn't go back to bed because I was really freaked out and just couldn't shake the script.
00:14But in a good way, because I feel like it's more than like a horror movie.
00:17There's a lot of other things going on.
00:19And when I met the director and the writer Osgood Perkins, you know, he expressed that to me that this is so much more.
00:26And I loved his take on it and I loved what he wanted to create.
00:31And I was like, of course, you know, I want to be on board.
00:34Now, going from film to TV, kind of back and forth and you do horror in both.
00:38Is there something you prefer or do you like going back and forth?
00:41I love going back and forth. I love going all over the place.
00:43I think one of the great things about being an actress is I get to do so many different things and go to so many different places.
00:50And I kind of I don't like being still. So it's good for me.
00:54But I'm definitely going to take April off and being here with Kiernan, too.
00:59I mean, you guys are both in the Ryan Murphy family now.
01:02Is that kind of like a nice thing to way to bond over each other?
01:05Well, I mean, I love Kiernan.
01:06When I read this script, I told Osgood I was like the her role.
01:09I'm like, has to be Kiernan Shipka. And he was like, OK, he's like, I he's like, I wouldn't have thought that.
01:14I'm like, that's why it has to be that. And he's like, I love it.
01:16So I just I'm such a fan of hers. I absolutely love her.
01:20Will we see you in the next American Horror Story? I have to ask.
01:23I don't know. There might be there might be something else else cooking with with Ryan and I.
