00:00Congratulations on this film. I have to say you had a really emotional reaction to

00:03screening this film at South by Southwest. Why was this a story that you

00:07were really excited to tell? Well I was emotional for a couple reasons. One was

00:11just getting just knowing that this is one of my first streaming movies and so

00:16I just knew how special it was to get to see it with an audience because that

00:19wouldn't be the path that this movie was going to take so it just felt really

00:23exciting to actually receive the love from an audience because you know when

00:26it comes out I'll be all it's everybody's I hope the whole world enjoys it and

00:30it's gonna be different so that was some of it was just being really present in my

00:33gratitude that we got to have that experience as well as a huge worldwide

00:37streaming release so also I just I was in a film when I was 17 years old called

00:44The Princess Diaries it came out when I was 18 and the premiere of the movie felt

00:49so much like the premiere for this one don't cry again don't do it you're

00:55making me tear up gosh and when I was 18 years old as my first premiere so I

00:59just thought that was the way it works and it can go so well but that level of

01:04just instant audience love and embracing of it and feeling I don't know that

01:09audience satisfaction you don't get that every single time sometimes movies are

01:13darker sometimes movies are more challenging this one is we really made it

01:17for everyone and to just feel everyone love it I hadn't had that feeling quite in

01:22that same way since Princess Diaries so and now I'm 41 and I know how to

01:25appreciate it and you're already seeing that reaction tonight so thank you again
