00:01Former Acubicol representative Zaldi Kho details how money was allegedly delivered to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his cousin, former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
00:12Kho claims that from 2022 to 2025, a total of 56 billion pesos passed through him to be given to Marcos and Romualdez.
00:20According to Kho, when he was House Appropriations Committee Chair, Romualdez instructed him to deliver 2 billion pesos every month from kickbacks.
00:29His staff coordinated with now dismissed District Engineer Henry Alcantara and Romualdez's staff to deliver the money.
00:36In November 2024, during budget deliberations, Kho says he attended a meeting with Romualdez and Justice Undersecretary Jose Cadiz Jr.
00:46Kho says he personally delivered 1 billion pesos to Cadiz in December 2024, who was then supposed to allegedly deliver it to Marcos' residence.
00:55Rappler is awaiting statements from Romualdez and Cadiz. The story will be updated once their statements become available.
