01:59Former Akubicol Representative Zaldi Koh details how money was allegedly delivered to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his cousin, former House Speaker Martin Romualdez
02:11Koh claims that from 2022 to 2025, a total of 56 billion pesos passed through him to be given to Marcos and Romualdez
02:20According to Koh, when he was House Appropriations Committee Chair, Romualdez instructed him to deliver 2 billion pesos every month from kickbacks
02:29His staff coordinated with now dismissed District Engineer Henry Alcantara and Romualdez's staff to deliver the money
02:36In November 2024, during budget deliberations, Koh says he attended a meeting with Romualdez and Justice Undersecretary Jose Cadiz Jr.
02:46Koh says he personally delivered 1 billion pesos to Cadiz in December 2024, who was then supposed to allegedly deliver it to Marcos' residence
