00:00The Kuala Lumpur High Court has set January 5th next year to deliver its decision on Datuk
00:07Seri Najib Razak's judicial review regarding an alleged addendum order which he claims would allow
00:13him to serve his prison sentence under house arrest. Justice Alice Lok fixed the date after
00:19hearing submissions from both parties on Monday. Earlier, Najib's lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafi
00:25Abdullah and senior federal counsel Shamsul Bolhasan presented their arguments during the
00:31hearing. On August 13th, the federal court upheld a two-to-one majority ruling by the Court of Appeal
00:38which ordered Najib's judicial review application to be remitted to the High Court for a full hearing.
