16:10A teacher inside the high school was able to convince the shooter to turn herself in.
16:14The DA is considering giving the suspect community service.
16:19We have also learned that someone else has been arrested for the assault of the suspect
16:23and the high school principal prior to this event.
16:26That initial assault was never addressed and led to the unfortunate incident today.
