00:00Gentlemen, good morning. I have great news. A new senior management position just opened up.
00:12I've got to say, ma'am, you look fine in that suit of yours.
00:18Well, thank you so much, Dennis. But it's not me you need to impress. New CEOs coming in to conduct those interviews.
00:27But get on that interview list and good luck.
00:32I'm definitely going to apply for that.
00:34I think you both should consider applying.
00:57Wow, a senior manager position. Can you imagine?
01:02Yeah, right. If anyone's going to get that job, it's going to be me.
01:11Hey, my name is Taylor.
01:13Hey, I'm Kelly. Nice to meet you.
01:16Gross.
01:17I'm not going to touch your dirty hands. Who knows who that's being?
01:22Dennis, that's not nice.
01:24Hey, would you mind digging up for me?
01:28Yes, of course.
01:30Wait, we don't get paid to do dirty work. That's our job.
01:33Dennis, be nice.
01:37Sorry about that. I don't know what's getting in.
01:39You won't get paid to do your dirty work. That's your job.
01:42That's exactly why you're not going to get the job.
01:48Because you're too busy helping others who can't give you anything in return.
01:53Helping others and even being kind to others is the right thing to do.
01:57And besides, you shouldn't judge it by violence cover.
02:00Call it whatever you think it is. Being kind does not pay the bills.
02:04Okay, that's it.
02:05Okay.
02:05So when I get promoted as a new manager, everyone here will adore me.
02:22So when I get promoted as a new manager, everyone here will adore me.
02:28That's one.
02:29So when I get promoted as a new manager, everyone here will adore me.
02:33I'm sure whoever gets promoted will make a big difference in this company.
02:44I agree.
02:46But I know I'll be the one promoting because everywhere I go, people will love me.
02:51You know, getting promoted is not based on status.
02:56It's based on action, integrity, and kindness.
03:00Wouldn't you agree with that with me?
03:04Yeah, sure, sure, whatever.
03:08Hey, gentlemen, do you mind if I bother you and write down this table real quick?
03:13Sure, whatever.
03:23Thanks.
03:23Now, do you mind?
03:25Some of us hardworking people are trying to enjoy our lunch break.
03:29What do you mean?
03:29I'm just doing my job.
03:31Some of us hardworking people are trying to enjoy our lunch break.
03:36You mean?
03:37Yes.
03:38While people like you do with your serving job just do things that the rich don't have to worry about.
03:43Dennis, what's wrong with you?
03:49Why are you being so mean to her?
03:59Dennis, you can't treat others like that.
04:02Her appearance doesn't matter.
04:04We are all equal.
04:05I'm going to treat others however I want besides look at them.
04:11Besides look at her.
04:13That's it.
04:14I'm out of here.
04:22Taylor, are you okay?
04:25Why are you crying?
04:26You want to talk about it?
04:33I just...
04:34Taylor, what's wrong?
04:36I just don't understand why Dennis hates me so much.
04:41I'm sorry you hurt your feelings.
04:43He has no right to treat you that way.
04:45I mean, you don't have to apologize.
04:48You didn't do anything wrong.
04:52I...
04:53It's not the first time that someone's...
04:55Someone's judged me for who they think I am.
05:01I'm sorry to hear that.
05:03You don't deserve to go through any of that.
05:05You deserve to be intrigued with love and acceptance like all of us.
05:08We are all equal.
05:09You're so kind.
05:13You know, we need more men in this world like you.
05:16Thank you so much for understanding.
05:19To be honest, I don't know what's gone into Dennis.
05:22Ever since our manager, Ms. Lisa, told us about a promotion that opened up,
05:27Dennis has been acting prejudiced and sexist.
05:31I don't know why.
05:34Well, I really appreciate your kind words, but...
05:38I, uh...
05:42I really gotta get back to work.
05:49You know, Dennis, you're really unprepared, you know, though,
05:53because you're not gonna get the promotion based on what people think you are.
06:01Are you gentlemen excited?
06:03Yes, I am.
06:05You know what I gotta say.
06:06It's such an honor to be considered for this.
06:12That's great to hear, Dennis, but you'll need to convey that to the CEO.
06:20Oh, believe me.
06:22I know they will be impressed with me.
06:26Oh, CEO just arrived.
06:29I'll be right back.
06:29Thank you so much, Dennis.
06:35Thank you so much, Dennis.
06:43You see, that's why you only help those who can help you if you're in a position of power.
06:49I won't forget about you.
06:50Gentlemen, I would like for you to meet your new CEO.
07:06Wait a minute.
07:35Taylor, you're the new CEO.
07:38Yes, I am the CEO.
07:42I've got to be the janitor.
07:43I just went undercover to see how the employees react and how they coexist with each other
07:53and how they do their jobs.
07:56What is he talking about, Miss Taylor?
08:12What is he talking about, Miss Taylor?
08:14Dennis, you judged me on my looks and my appearance and position.
08:19You know, this isn't the first time there have been complaints about you.
08:25I overheard you belittle her.
08:31I understand.
08:33I mean, I do appreciate your apology, Dennis.
08:40But the way you treated me was very disrespectful and very unacceptable.
08:46What?
08:47Dennis, I tried to warn you.
08:50Your actions always have a way of coming back to you.
08:52Cody, you showed me such great kindness and respect.
08:57I would really like to offer you a promotion if you will take it.
09:04Me?
09:05Really?
09:06Yes.
09:07I would love that.
09:08Thank you so much.
09:10Thank you, Miss Taylor.
09:14You've got to be kidding me.
09:15You're going to promote me over him?
09:17No, I'm going to promote him over you.
09:21You've got to be kidding me.
09:22You've got to promote him over me.
09:26Dennis, you're fired.
09:29What?
09:29I'm fired?
09:30Why?
09:31For hateful behavior.
09:34That's unacceptable in our workplace.
09:57I hope you learned your lesson.
09:59That you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
10:03Your actions are always going to come back to you.
10:07Come on, Cody.
10:08Let me show you your new office.
10:10Okay.
10:11Thank you so much, Miss Lisa.
10:13Thank you so much.
10:15After you.
10:16So, Cody, we've heard that you got a promotion as a manager.
10:32So, Cody, we've heard that you got a promotion as a manager.
10:44Is there anything positive that you would like to leave as an example to the community?
10:49Yes.
10:50I would say don't judge a book by its cover.
10:53And always treat people with respect how you want to be treated.
10:56Yes, absolutely.
10:58Thank you so much, Cody, for being such a positive example to this amazing community.
11:05Thank you so much.
11:06Yes, I am.
11:24You know, it's promote him over me.
11:28You gotta be kidding me.
11:29You gotta promote...
11:30She was strumming my pain with a finger.
11:36Okay, and action.
11:40What?
11:40I'm tired.
11:41Why?
11:41Why?
11:46With her song telling my whole life with her words.
11:52Say.
11:53Give me some.
11:54It's such an honour to be considered for this.
11:57With her song.
11:59What's up with the living?
12:02La la la la la la la.
12:06We're the train ball, aren't we?
12:08La la la.
12:09This was an incredible cast for Don't Judge, Dimitri did an amazing job writing
12:39that may be the cinematographer, and pretty much editing, and so, yeah, I enjoyed it,
12:47the whole process, I'm not like my character, but again, very relatable script, alright,
12:52peace, treat each other right, don't judge.
