01:00today's show Sean Walsh is back on the sofa and joined by former jungle queen Jill Scott we'll
01:05be speaking to another former winner Scarlett Moffat live from the UK Martin will be live in
01:10the Bush Telegraph answering your questions and we'll be exclusively revealing who you voted as
01:15the new camp leader but before all of that time to welcome Newcastle's biggest export since coal
01:21before we jump into the all right guys
01:50you had the camp at bangers you just walked onto a banger yes that was monster by the

03:25to be born like that this yeah that's what I thought as soon as I saw snakes again obviously
03:28they're gonna do yes but it's like yeah just it's like cool Voughton has just stopped on the show yeah
03:33yeah I think what a shame if who was in terms of camp leaders who would be camp leader out of you
03:40too I'd hate to become leader oh really oh yeah no that's not for me that oh it would be a very
03:46efficient under me I would hate to become leader though oh really I was too much pressure don't
03:53you think I mean you'd be done I love that you think things are pressure and then you go out to
03:57like nine million viewers ever come leader though when you've got all those people looking at you
04:03silently judging you for what you're kind of I love you say they got people silently judging you all those
04:09people are there nine million yeah silently judging it would be your favorite clip from today oh easy
04:15that's easy when they cried over eat this lap of breakfast oh it was so good it was so fun let's
04:23have a look I feel like I'm at home part of me feels yeah that's so cute yeah all right are you
04:39both crying over your breakfast I saw a couple of people online during the show good oh they've had
04:57marshmallows they've had hot chocolate they've had breakfast and it's only been a week what they're
05:01morning for but when you think of the that expansive time over a week and most of it the majority of it
05:07has been eating rice and beans yeah to go out for that breakfast was must have been like a taste
05:11sensation yeah because most people eat and eat what they have eaten in a week in a day yeah yeah
05:16so yeah they are hungry and this year more than most years I think they're struggling to cook stuff
05:21right in the evening yeah the thing for me right because what they what they've got given hasn't been
05:27awful has it no you know like even octopus if you cook it right is nice yeah just cooked it badly yeah
05:33every night the ostrich egg is always a winner yeah it's always a safe bet you can always make a big
05:38scrambled egg for everybody and put the rice in egg fried rice they made an absolute mess of it yes
05:43slop didn't it oh yeah yeah every dinner they've made I thought that looks too rancid and that's that's
05:48a direct at at Kelly Brook and Martin Kemp then because they were all of them because they've all
05:52kind of even jock in the beginning what is your problem with Kelly Brook oh you stop oh I have a problem with Kelly Brook
05:58thank you but all of the cabs have been it'd be like some bush explorers for the last couple of days this is a
06:08question I wanna are you keen question it's just actually the normal questions become weird yeah
06:14you're just a weird guy are you are you gardeners you king gardeners gardeners now no no I don't like
06:25being outdoors yeah but I don't I don't garden you really don't garden at all yeah sometimes consider
06:32that garden that's not really very green finger though is it yeah I watch the gardeners sometimes
06:42I don't bring them on I bring them a cup of tea could you just do that bit again now obviously you've
06:54been doing this show for we keep saying a long time how have you found this year different to
07:04other years I would you know I was gonna say come on oh the weather's been so much nicer in the
07:08niche yeah yeah yeah storm at the moment yeah how do you guys found it different I don't know I think
07:15we're quite relaxed this year and I think that all comes from the camp mates you know there's no real
07:22controversy I don't think which is good you know I think we've got people in there who you want to
07:27watch I think there's not many people in there you hate so I think it's it's a fun not many well
07:32there's not fun camp yeah controversial characters which I think is great for the show yeah I think
07:39so so it just feels really buoyant yeah it's it's there's a really good energy even when we go in
07:45there and in the mornings to announce the Bush took a trial vote they're all really kind of up and
07:50enthusiastic and normally this time a weekend you know you could be ex you could expect them to
07:55start feeling a little bit but they're just having the best time do you prefer that do you prefer a
07:59harmonious Joyce camp or do you kind of secretly like it when there's a little bit of oh god yeah
08:04I like a bit more bit of drama I like a little bit of drama in there I like romance yeah what's
08:08happening a lot last question guys I just was intrigued of how you how do you sign off your
08:20texts to each other do you is that like full stop zero kiss what yeah a little emoji you know what's
08:26yeah what's your vibe we like it we don't do like a little kiss we like we like a little kiss every
08:30now and again black and white dots that's what we normally do oh we love the old dad emoji though the
08:38old thumbs up thumbs up it's easy isn't it yeah it's used for everything I'm 40 and man's died boys

10:10unbelievable I'm sorry Sean I'm sorry he's won so much just what have we got I don't know just
10:21it's disgusting he's not washed Sean Walsh he's won the most disgusting person today welcome to the
10:27show Jill how you feeling yeah just so excited to be back it's like one big family and I think when
10:33I'm away from here everyone always goes how's the jungle and yeah it's just so nice to see everyone
10:38and obviously my ex-campmate Sean yeah it's nice to be reunited it's lovely yeah for me for me it's
10:45very nice lovely it is lovely but Jill's been looking after me Sean is like a child so basically
10:52I've spent about 24 hours with him and on the morning here coming to the jungle he had to be
10:57put in the front of the car because he had travel sickness
11:00and give him a bag of snacks and I'm like I'm sunburned as well which is why I'm coming up
11:07oh thank you guys we're obviously in the jungle together three years ago let's take a quick look
11:14at your time together oh Mercury this is Neptune what do you want next do you want your anus or someone
11:21else's oh get me Saturn communication between me and Jill I thought was good it's just the problem
11:27was we didn't know what was going on please please please yes yes I really wanted to do that
11:37what a team took us about two hours oh it was terrible we couldn't remember the order of the
11:46planet no idea oh it's difficult to be fair is difficult well yesterday we saw a classic I'm a
11:53celeb moment with people pretending that they didn't get stars but today was a bit of a first
11:57the camp didn't seem to care that they got all 12 stars what was going on they arrived back in camp
12:03and everyone's just like oh I think there was so sidetracked because of the breakfast yeah yeah like
12:10they just forgot to ask about the trial so I did feel sorry for Alex as well like in that
12:16situation I think you just want people to go how did it go how many stars did you get so that's the
12:21thing it was like they had stuffed their faces with breakfast it's a bit like you know when you've
12:26had kind of like had a McDonald's before you get home for dinner and then you and then you have to
12:31have dinner and force the dinner down yourself it's that basically done well then to care that's if they
12:37don't care it's basically it's the worst time to have got 12 stars no one cared yeah they'd had
12:42sausages yeah and now they've got to worry about what is it octopus yeah yeah no they just didn't
12:48they didn't care I've never seen it in the history they didn't get do you think there would be an
12:54insensitive Kelly a little bit I think they were just getting so sidetracked by yeah we just had a
12:59great breakfast that you've got four people there who are actually working for your dinner I think it
13:04just took them like a hot minute to be like oh yeah you guys did something sorry I was just like me I was
13:09excited and what I just did yeah well done normally there's jumping there's cheering hugging there was
13:14like a good on you yeah yeah they also couldn't jump and hug because they were like I'm too full
13:20I feel like I feel like I've gone too hard because like before they went Lisa Eddie and H were at least
13:29like yeah I'm going to stuff myself with breakfast but you have a nice time there was at least some of
13:35them were acknowledging the suffering yeah because Alex wasn't happy yes this is the thing Alex what
13:41really wasn't happy but I wouldn't be I wouldn't let's talk about that right it's about the bean gate
13:46which I've been wanting to use gates the entire time here's a quick reminder of what went down we
13:52actually thought we used it acted like up and run and stuff yeah there was rice and stuff and ants
13:56everywhere and left over it was like the beans were always like something's happened to her what
14:01the reason also don't they no no I thought the beans in well they are no they weren't they are
14:06I'll put them in more so it was like there was rice and everywhere just like no you know it's
14:12might probably happen because we've gone away they've all dried out so they've definitely had
14:16been out of camp we haven't talked it up yeah they're like three times the size to what they
14:22are when they arrive yeah yeah yes that's how you can tell the size of them not if there's water in
14:26if they've absorbed the water yes they're doing what they need to do what do you think we bring the
14:32big chat here on ITV2 were they soaked or were they not soaked you know the only reason I think
14:37maybe the worst soaked is because Martin was so honest wasn't he about the olive oil the other day you
14:44know when it's all about honesty he's even got a song called it's true what's happening is Alex
14:56has ended up getting a bit of egg on her face because you've gone in quite hard and what you
15:00have to remember if in there just bringing something up just going you guys haven't done
15:05that like that's in there that's so much bigger than in the real world so that's like basically
15:12screaming like you've not done the washing up you haven't soaked the beans so that little discreet
15:17you've you've not soaked the beans and then it turns out that they have yeah and then she's kind
15:22of on the sulk train already then she's there she can't go back and there's not admitting that they
15:26have something to be yeah with soaking your bean I don't understand why one soaks their beans I don't
15:34think we actually cooked in there yeah these are the wrong campmate do you soak them so then the easier
15:39you've got to soak them you've got to soak them I think these bunch they they figured that out after
15:44the first sort of couple of days because Ruby tried to cook the beans and everyone was like so tough
15:48if you tried to boil them without soaking them they're just like so hard so you're eating little
15:53stones like you break a tooth so you've got to soak them but for ages so you've got to like prepare the
15:57meal for ages and Jamie Oliver's hosting this all right sorry I might not be the naked chef but I
16:02have been naked at certain times okay simply moving on we actually had a whatsapp from Dylan about this
16:11saying Shona and Alex not winning breakfast I'd be bloody fuming if I was then definitely gonna be
16:15interesting to see how the camp dynamics pan out after that like do you think they're just gonna get
16:20over it quickly I think the world I think obviously for Alex that athlete mindset I think she'll be
16:26like it was a bad day it's like when you've had a bad game you've just got to move on to the next
16:31one but everything is heightened when you're hungry and when they've been out for a lovely breakfast and
16:37you haven't yeah emotions I think what's interesting is that usually you so we've seen before having like
16:43a split camp where like half of them are hungry and half of them are not I don't think we've seen for a while
16:47where like most ten of them are not hungry and they're like you know there's like four of them
16:52that are you know it's like it's it's really uneven what I would say is I think we're now at the point
16:58where the buzz and the energy of being in the jungle and getting to know everyone I think you can see
17:02that today that's behind us now and this is when the real struggle starts that Alex being in that mood
17:07is because they've been in there for this long that's what that is they're exhausted and they're
17:12hungry and I think now it's gonna start getting tasty I agree and it's that as well and today it
17:19rained properly for the first time as well so I think all of this mixed in yes I think tomorrow's
17:23gonna be a very interesting day uh time for a very unseen clip and this one features the notorious
17:28Tom take a look at this I really want to try and do a rap do you yeah what kind of rap do I mean I don't know if
17:37I'm brave enough to do it but I want to do one back as a tribute to you well you're brave enough
17:40to sing aren't you he's H he's H the Manchester rapper if he's the big bell I'm his big clapper
17:53he's Sagittarian humanitarian he's eight he's eight eight is for Harrison not Ford more chitty

18:37though there's there's a final I've seen a rap and an audio book yes I think he can I think I love
18:48that friendship though thanks again there's something beautiful about this there are different
18:52ages we talked before about Ruby getting to get on with age but like the fact that people from such
18:58different backgrounds are able to sort of get on like that you know it's so nice I love that part
19:02of the show I really do like cuz you wouldn't spend that time with them people in such an intense
19:07environment like you kept you made a friendship with boy George didn't you and that was kind of
19:12put together no no I wouldn't there's no where I'd meet him yeah other than the jungle that's what it
19:20does that's so true I just love it it's wonderful can we get yourself down to the trial clearing we

19:46everybody I've been on Tom's Instagram learning new words to slip into conversation to make me look
19:51clever but today we saw him and Vogue take part in their first trial and their reactions were a real
19:57juxtaposition thank you how are you with the snakes I don't like them at all why are they here oh no
20:08two different ways of dealing with it singing freaking out I didn't even know I could scream I think one of
20:24you might be up my shorts can you thank you another year another snake up another camp based trousers
20:34it's unbelievable there yeah they're going back yeah maybe it was the same snake I don't know it
20:40hasn't been confirmed I don't think it's the first time that Tom's had a snake up in the show
20:44it was such a good trial it was also brilliant because Vogue was so scared yes and then Tom was
20:55was singing and doing Shakespearean monologues it's beautiful turned out he was like Dr. Doolittle yeah
21:00no one saw that coming like we thought he was gonna be terrified and then again he's just he's a snake
21:04charmer yeah I could talk to snake yeah yeah I kind of get it though Vogue being that scared because
21:10sometimes I ask you what you're scared of going into the jungle but you never think I'm going to
21:15just lie here with 15 snakes on us would you have been scared that's what the snakes is a strange one
21:20because I think when people say they're scared of snakes and they live in like you know the city I
21:25think well what's you don't have to worry you'd have to break into a zoo and break into the snake
21:29section to face your fear you don't have to worry but then you come into the jungle and then of course
21:34they're dropped on you she said what are they doing here you're on I'm a celeb in a trial that's
21:40what they're doing here it's a very different experience it's about being stuck in that box as
21:44well it's like it's just so like it's a lot yes it's a lot going on do you think I was I was so
21:49surprised that they didn't vote for Vogue again because we knew that there's snakes in tomorrow's
21:54trial yeah it's like we'll want to make them scream and and suffer but I think it was when the snake kind of
22:00came up like that and I was like that would have that would have scared me so much I'm right in
22:05front of her face I look at her right in the eyes yes but she still did it that's the thing she was
22:10terrified but she still got through it and they well they smashed it yeah they absolutely did I was
22:15also surprised by Shona I just thought she was so brilliant in the trial she was the first one to be
22:19like I was like am I allowed to get on my knee and be like yes of course you're allowed to get on
22:22your knees and then she was just there going for it she really went for it yeah it was comfort and
22:27vogue as well wasn't sure because there was a snake right where the kind of keys were coming
22:32through and she was like I'll put it through like she was really I thought yeah really good I think
22:37one thing about because obviously she was really afraid at the beginning of going into the trials
22:42but I think sometimes what because I didn't do I didn't do many trials and actually the problem with
22:48that is is that it builds up in your head and you get more and more scared the fact that she did one
22:53yesterday I think that meant that she got to go to break through yeah today she was actually she
22:59was actually karma so it's worked in her favor don't put yourself down you did do yoga in a box
23:04that must have been I did do you know I did I did yoga whilst they dropped awful on me downward dog we
23:10were just we were just before the show just getting our mics part of stuff and Jill was like sure did you
23:15do a trial and he went yeah yeah well I did that one with yoga in a box and Jill was like it's not
23:19a trial yeah it wasn't a trial it really wasn't bless you all right I think Kemi should be down at
23:28tomorrow's trial by now are you there Kemi oh yes you just caught me perusing a book you know I love to
23:33read so I'm here at the terrifying tours where H will be going on a horror I think it's Ginge going on a
23:39horrifying trip around the world so Ginge is going to have to do this right yes with its head in five boxes to
23:44release the stars but get this he can only use his mouth I do hope he's got a very strong tongue
23:48so each box represents a location from around the world but they will not be alone in there now this
23:54is a sneaky peek of what oh okay they didn't tell me there was gonna be snakes in there do you know
24:01what it's so funny this one's Brazil so he'll be deep in the Amazon rainforest with snakes and I was
24:06like yeah yeah guys just to check there's gonna be no snakes in there no no there's nothing in there
24:09there's a load of snakes in there oh and he's going to be joined by another box so let's take
24:15you all around the world this one is the box of the UK there'll be rats and cockroaches in there
24:22oh no oh oh they're just all in there this one's kind of cute it's kind of cute um and basically the
24:29rest of the destinations where you're just going to have to watch it's going to be revealed in
24:31tomorrow's trial I think I'm going to stick to my holidays in Benidorm Joe oh they told me in
24:36my ear they were like there's actually animals down there today we're not going to tell Kemi I
24:40was like yes oh my goodness my heart is racing how do you think Jinji's gonna get on yeah I think
24:46really well his first solo one he did really well in the one with Ruby obviously he did really well
24:51in that group one at Camp Fright so I think pressure's on I think he needs to go for the
24:55full 12 stars I actually think he's going to be able to do it but it does depend what's in these
24:59other three boxes that I haven't revealed these two I think he could do the full 12 oh I reckon what do
25:04you reckon panel I actually recognize those rats from Shepherds Bush they've got from Shepherds
25:09Bush and bring brought here yeah you brought them over I think I brought them over with me yeah that's
25:13Tim yeah hi Tim I say we're 24-hour flight in your pocket I'm interested I think I think how many stars
25:21do you reckon so you think they're gonna do the full bunch yeah I'm gonna say 11 or 12 yeah a good
25:27amount I love that well thank you Kemi bring one of those rats up for us will you get yourself back up
25:32here right we can now exclusively reveal who you have voted as the new camp leader
25:37before we do Sean Jill who do you think it's gonna be oh I think I might call H H H I think yeah the
25:47what yes I mean the country loves H and who do you think it should be I'd love to see I think Ruby
25:54would love being yeah I'd love to see I mean I love Ruby love to see Ruby in charge but yeah I think it
26:00could be H or or Jin's would be a lot of fun it would be a lot of fun I think Lisa would be
26:04I'd like to see Lisa Lisa's the mother of the camp we love Lisa fantastic well the public have chosen
26:10H to be the new leader any surprises really you thought it was going to be him anyway but I think
26:16he's just really popular isn't he but I think he'll be a good leader all the trials you go down there you
26:24sign it out would be all right I think you'll be a good leader I think yeah because weirdly I was a
26:33lot I like about ages he's fun but also he's just he's quite respectful in the same way he's like you
26:38know when he goes down to trial saying sir to Anna and deck I think he's got like and I think there I
26:43think they will be very happy with that in the camp I think I'd be very happy if H was made the leader
26:50whilst I was there I think you'll be able to like deliver what he wants but whilst having a bit
26:55of a laugh and joke yes it's so I think people will kind of definitely do what he says yes let's see
27:01how he rated himself before he went into the jungle he said controls 10 fun factor 9 leadership skills 10
27:07out of 10 look at that well effect perfect 10 out of 10 so I mean he thinks he's gonna be a good leader
27:13modesty 0 out of 10 exactly as a confident man it's do you think he'll rub anyone up the wrong way
27:20with his leadership skills though no but I think he might try and wind angry ginger so I think he might
27:26make him do more because when you form a friendship like that I think you can have a little bit more
27:30leeway with it so I think he'll try and rub ginger up the wrong way I mean if he does like you know Alex
27:36has been tired been unhappy today so maybe if he makes her do something she doesn't want to do maybe
27:42she could crack I don't know that's true that's true he was also down a little bit of dinner yeah
27:46it's almost family and stuff like do you think this is what he needs to sort of cheer him up a
27:50little bit I will just say quickly I think that goes back to what I was saying which this is the kind of
27:55bridge that they've crossed in terms of the whole jungle experience we're now into that bit where
28:00people are breaking down so you know Alex is feeling emotional and angry about people not be happy
28:05that they've they've won the trial and then H being a bit moody and a bit down well not moody but down
28:12is this is what happens we're in deep now well this is the middle of the middle week so there's
28:16three weeks and the first week everyone's energetic getting to know each other sharing stories always
28:20great and then the middle week is so tough because it doesn't feel like you're close at all to the end
28:25yet yeah and people haven't started leaving yet so it's really tough now we're really starting to
28:30the hunger's kicking in the weather we spoke about this earlier and I think it's that thing of
28:36strangely that now is kind of you're the furthest away from the end weirdly even though you're a
28:42week in it feels like this is the furthest away and then your energy picks back up doesn't it in
28:47the third week because you've got the cyclone and stuff like that but you get more treats yeah
28:51more treats and stuff obviously H will be assigning chores as well how do you think I'll get on with
28:56that who do you think you'll assign as camp chefs so it can't be people that's done it before can it
29:01I'm not sure not sure but we're seeing it didn't we see Eddie with the octopus suddenly decided like
29:08yeah absolutely buzzing so he might get the job that's a great show yeah yeah yeah I think it's
29:15a relief that Kelly's not doing it she hasn't been a massive success I don't think she'll be
29:20releasing a cookbook at Christmas Kelly's meals is not gonna be on yourself Kelly's meals tough octopus
29:30number one yes yeah exactly ostrich egg disgusting now time to talk to a classic jungle legend it's
29:38been nine years since you stopped getting my hands on the giant wooden pole and being crowned king of
29:44the jungle it's scarlet moffat everyone hey scarlet how are you no that was awful that made me feel so
29:53me no it didn't you absolutely loved it don't you worry you are a very worthy winner before we chat
29:59let's have a little look at what made you the queen of the jungle and since I was a little
30:07girl I've dreamed of doing this I almost feel like I don't deserve to be here I never ever thought I
30:24would be able to do some of the things that I've done go in the jungle he said it'll be fun he said
30:30isn't that mad looking back at that scarlet honestly I can't believe like time flies when
30:38you're not eating kangaroo testes for breakfast is mad it's just so crazy because you could sort of
30:45forget him and you look at clips and you're like oh my it was so fun in there wasn't it like it was
30:50nearly a decade ago that's mad and you know what and I'm still fangirling over Martin from homes
30:56under the hammer still to this day what do you make of this year's camp mate scarlet do you know
31:02what I think they're better crack than us yeah like honestly I loved our time so much and I always
31:10obviously go back to like our experience but I'm watching this and like I want to be in there with
31:16them like everyone just seems like they have like a specific rolling camp everyone's a big character
31:22I think yeah I just love it and I love all the like weird friendships that have come out of it like
31:29Tom and Hitch and then Ginge and Ruby having a weird flirt thing I just I'm loving watching it

36:24Roman absolutely I can really feel it I can feel his presence here in fact like I'm sitting here today I
36:31feel like I'm wearing his clothes at his house I really do I am the first nepo dad
36:40you have ever come across following in my son's footsteps and he is pushing me on but it is a
36:49little bit of pressure yeah knowing that Roman went all the way and he came third in the end
36:54so there is a little bit of pressure I'm trying to put it to one side but you know what it's not
37:00just pressure it's kind of like inspiring at the same time yeah that's really good I mean Maisie
37:06wants to know if you were going to make a band in camp which camp mates are you choosing oh that's
37:12difficult one because like it is like theatre land down there I would go with I would have to go with

38:22little bit it's no good like trying to jump up and shout in the middle of them but it doesn't work
38:26you've got to sit back and listen and I think I play a different role to those loud characters you
38:33know I'll play something somebody who's a little bit more calm and a little bit more a little bit
38:40more kind of headstrong in a way you will take on your different roles but I think as the group shrinks
38:46in the coming days maybe those roles will change oh well I've got another real deep question for you

38:56well let me tell you something I haven't heard the first fart yet

40:22good one how do you base morale who takes on that role did you as a comedian Sean absolutely not I was
40:27useless wasn't I I think um I think you end up it's games a lot of the time games is a classic you
40:34always play games do you know what you do you talk about food even though you're so hungry you go
40:40through your favorite biscuits and stuff like that that reminds you of home and even though that
40:45would probably put morale down I feel like it boosts you a little bit yes just remembering what a caster
40:49cream is yes yeah yeah yeah and actually something that happens and a Martin kind of alluded to it
40:54there everyone taking their own roles what's strange about being in there is people end up
40:59taking different roles at kind of different times so you'll never see I like a whole camp down it will
41:04be someone's having their moment so you all lift them up and then someone else has a moment you lift
41:09them up that's that's how it works in there yeah it's really too good like communication I think
41:13is the thing that builds morale in camp and we're talking and I think this is why there's such a happy
41:18camp is because they're all communicating more than any other camp I've ever seen I think that's really
41:23true what else you got coming well this one is a whatsapp from Helen says we think H and Shona
41:27should be voted camp leaders as this might help bring them closer together what do you think I think it
41:33could like because then they'll have to spend time together like assigning the chores doing things
