00:00so we're with the standard bank employer of the year i would ask it i would ask what does it mean

00:05for you but i want to ask what does it mean for you and the wider team oh yeah no this just means

00:09so much to the whole whole team we work so hard to try and create a real culture where people can

00:15thrive and i think being named employer of the year just kind of highlights all of that and we

00:19do you know it's really inspiring we'll just carry on doing what we're doing and hoping to continue

00:24that's fantastic and what makes a good employer for you guys and why do you get involved in stuff

00:27like this yeah we chose to sponsor this this year because it's really important to us you know we

00:31believe that the people that work for an organization are the people that show up and make the magic

00:35happen um and you know that drives everything from you know commercial focus to you know even community

00:42in terms of the island man in terms of we all live and work here so really really important for us

00:47uh we you know we've won some awards uh we've been recognized in in africa for being a really good

00:54employer uh and we wanted to celebrate that with the local employers you know the best of the

00:59employers so delighted that zurich kind of won this well done okay and we haven't had a knock yet so i'm
