02:56really excited to see what tom does in a trial you know what i mean will we break him brilliant words

05:46sparrows i have quite chirpy oh it wasn't pigeons either that was absolutely fantastic i'm sweating a
05:57a little bit i'm so pleased you asked him because if you asked me i just wouldn't have done it
06:05i really enjoyed that what was your favorite clip of the day oh by far it was ginger itch
06:12in the pool acting the most laddish we've ever seen them act it was so fantastic really good let's take a

06:38as soon as he started throwing the punches we burst out laughing at the viewer like he's fighting the
06:48water i love it that's so brilliant so funny and you must have seen at the end of that chat they
06:54ended up talking about shona what's going on with h and shona come on don't know have you got any
07:00footage that we haven't seen don't know this is just a bit today oh this completely came out of the
07:06bluetooth yeah oh my gosh and they're both single huh yeah yeah yeah there they are and there was
07:13sort of there was that little chat about tadpoles anuses which is really so sexy you know i mean you
07:18know i don't know how the young people flirt these days but apparently it's all new words it's all new
07:24words that's probably one of them do you want to see a jungle romance yes yes it's been a minute hasn't
07:29it oh my god it's been a while it's been a while since we've had a proper one on this show so
07:34we'd love to see it oh we love it right we'd celebrate it that'd be great it'd be great for
07:39us in the studio for links what this is the thing i wondered that you obviously it's been
07:46shows been going on for ages and it's absolutely incredible and you guys you're involved in the
07:51live trials you're involved in the live links you're involved in such a massive part of all of
07:55the cook we do the cooking yeah you do the cooking you clean the toilet what is your favorite part
08:01of doing this whole show uh the live show it's always the about show you know it's always it's
08:06getting in watching the watching the vts and then kind of helping you know uh create what what happens
08:12in only a couple of hours because we haven't seen we don't know what the show is going to be when you
08:16go to bed the next day which is unlike any other show you we work on you know because you normally
08:20have a script and there's rehearsals we've just got to turn up and see what they've been up to so
08:24that's what we love is getting out the car here we arrive on site about half three in the morning
08:29and we go and like we come into the viewing room and go what have they been doing yeah yeah and we
08:33sit there and watch the show watch what they've been up to and that's my favorite yeah just seeing
08:38something come from nothing and it's built into an entire show yeah it from an outsider's point
08:43of view to watch your show it's just so fun to see it all come together yeah yeah it's so fun
08:48you you're touching on your bedtime here which is you know you obviously get up at 3 30. um this
08:52is my weird question of the day um what time do you go to bed usually back in the uk um i should
08:59go a bit earlier but probably about midnight oh it's quite late it's late with a baby yeah yeah i know
09:05it's a bit too late to be honest with you but i'll get stuck into a box set and i you know like once i
09:10start i can't stop it's a problem with me it's always been his problem please i'm not gonna i'm
09:18not gonna preempt you what you're gonna say deck but please say eight time yeah uh yeah it's about
09:23nine o'clock yeah nine o'clock when we sit on the sofa me and me and ali we put the kids to bed we'll
09:28have something to eat we'll sit on the sofa watch telly and we go we could be in bed watching this so

11:24great show very funny ruby at her best i want just ruby to have her own camera on her but we can just
11:31switch like red button it and it's just the ruby camera that's true great show ironically it would
11:35be the red button as well hey that's a fun joke that was nice it's one of the a ones and not a
11:41laugh one i enjoyed it i enjoyed it what was your favorite moment for today favorite moment i think
11:47i think it has to be them coming in you mentioned it about the deck it has to be them coming in and
11:51pretending that they had failed the trial which of course everyone normally does everyone comes in i
11:56think i've even done it and you come in and i'm sorry were you as good as that i wasn't as good as
12:01that i mean leonardo dicaprio is looking at that going i've lost my oscar do you know what i mean that
12:08was unbelievable martin kent was crying it was unbelievable jack was really angry like i was like
12:15this is sergeant like does it ever not like did it annoy you when someone did it to you in the camp
12:20yes because you're starving yeah all you want is food and they come in and they're having a little fun
12:25game with you and you just you just want to eat this isn't the type of game yeah but then what
12:30about like your low low low low low and then they're like well we've got all the stars is that not
12:34like wow well no no not there it was fine i think there it was amazing oh man because we were all full
12:41i mean they actually made me doubt whether they got the stars did they get the stars yes yes same with
12:47me angry what a performance unbelievable yeah loved it so much so today h revealed that he has a soft spot
12:54for shona but he's not the only one who thinks they'd make a good couple let's take a quick look
13:00her and h are single now
13:04no look at the two of them they would make a gorgeous they would and they're the same age
13:09and they've both got those bright bright blue eyes yeah and they both love music
13:16oh dude what do you think of that it's very interesting isn't it it is i just want to say i don't
13:19know if that's how connection works they've got blue eyes that doesn't that's not how we've both
13:26got the same colored hair i don't think that's yeah a connection is it i don't know i don't know
13:31how it works these days i haven't flirted for a long time john i have no idea kemi do you think
13:37there's a jungle romance i'm not sure you know really i you know i know lots of people are getting
13:42excited about it but i just feel like there's two people going like oh i've got a soft spot for it
13:46in a friendly way no okay when i saw it h and jinj that conversation was the most like
13:52laddie opening up about feelings conversation i've ever had because h is throwing something out there
13:56like hey i might have a thing for shona and jinj is like yeah but this is a mate though right yeah
14:00and then she's like yeah yeah yeah yeah that's exactly what i meant like that was him just being
14:04like i'm just going to throw out my feelings and see how it gets received and then jinj is like nah
14:07and i don't even get why she gets nervous and it was like oh i think h is just trying to like
14:12just putting something out there a little bit and jinj is like i'm having none of that i don't i
14:16i don't agree with you at all i think to be on a show this big and to just put it out there that
14:22you have a soft spot for someone that's a huge that's a huge thing he realizes on a show because
14:28five days in do you not forget that you're being filmed you do of course that does happen you know
14:34we've seen that with kelly brooke telling people that she's weeing in the shower i don't think you
14:38remember that you're being filmed when you say that but i just i just think to to put your feelings
14:43out there in this situation is huge but that's what the jungle does like it intensifies all of
14:49the emotions if you think about that moment that they had earlier on in the episode where they were
14:54sat down on a step and they were i think a normally romantic situation would be like walking along the
15:01river making that connection maybe looking at the sunset they're sat on a step talking about whether
15:06or not a tadpole has an arsehole yeah do you know what i mean that's connecting in the jungle but
15:12it's just the word soft spot that's all it was so like i have a soft spot for you sean i have a soft
15:17spot for dogs doesn't we want to have sex with them it's like a different thing like you want to have sex
15:23that she's got a soft spot for him do you think it's reciprocated that i think it might be a little
15:42bit too early to tell oh i would like to see over the next couple of days the developments okay yeah
15:46watch the space i'm here for it i want it to happen yeah if you're not charmed by someone talking about
15:51whether or not tampa is an arsehole then there's something wrong with you and i'll i'll say this

16:22is from loz uh if you were to swap careers with any one of the celebrities which one would you switch
16:28with and why well loz i would uh quickly i was soccer is alex scott she's met maradona like as a
16:35childhood boy and as a child you know a little boy i wanted to be a footballer like every little boy
16:40and the fact that she's you know played for english she's got a legacy cap a full-blown lioness but she's
16:45met diego maradona when she told me this my mouth dropped and like i sometimes i just lean next to
16:50her just you know get hot spotted i swear and she's so quiet quiet and i'm like you have done it
16:58you've got all the way to the top by the end that's interesting yeah but but she's also she's also an
17:02awesome support so maybe let's just pipe it out yeah maybe not something different lily wants to know
17:07what's your favorite thing about the jungle my favorite thing about the jungle lily is that the
17:11community meetings we have we have these conversations in the morning that our good
17:15old jack came up with and it's like basically therapy and therapy is expensive so i'm getting
17:21it for free imagine imagine ruby wax and marty kemp being your therapist like it's literally gold
17:28so good this is a bit of a rogue one and it's from william if you could be one insect what would it be
17:34oh my god guys i'll tell you what you know i came across the other day a dragonfly yeah it was in blue
17:40and i thought this guy's a better dresser than me i was a bit jealous if i was a dragonfly because
17:46i feel like it's the same one but every night it's a different color and i feel like literally this
17:49guy's a high street shopper changing clothes every night listen some nice blue boots on the other day
17:55and i thought this is a bit of me man me being congolese yeah the dressing dragonfly come on uh josie
18:03josie has asked uh what do you miss most that you didn't expect to i thought i'll be all right with
18:09salt you know i thought i'll be all right especially you know you go to the doctor and
18:12say pipe down on the salt let me tell you something we want we want salty popcorn last night yeah and i
18:18whispered to the chef kelly i said chef kelly don't give out the salty popcorn just dash it in the food
18:22please she's looking at me like i'm mad i said please i'm begging you that's in the food
18:26yeah salt man i miss it oh there's no seasoning so interesting the seasoning we're getting is oxygen
18:32there's no seasoning i'm seasoning enough babe um paige wants to know what's the scariest thing
18:37about literally living in a jungle uh you know what yeah i don't gonna lie to you the scariest
18:41thing is aunt and deck i promise you and when they walk in you're looking at them like the enemy of
18:48progress because we could be having a nice little chinwag having a community meeting i'm about to
18:53finish off my rice and they're coming there's pj and donton coming to ruin our day once again
18:58because you know they're about to i ever send you out there and that moment when they're looking at
19:02going eddie it might be you oh gosh yeah apart from that the old snake that my sweet food no snakes
19:11i've seen in the camp yet but oh god fingers crossed you don't uh lincoln says who's your best friend

21:07they're really oh i love them so much and i think they've been waiting for this moment as well like
21:11they've been putting their little hierarchy thing they've been the chief explorers i think they're like
21:15so wanting to just not be othered do you know what i mean they want to get like into camp and it's
21:20really nice they're forming good friendships because we're worried it's going to be a bit frosty
21:23yesterday didn't we yes but actually it seems to be going really well yeah i would say as well i do
21:29wonder with tom you know and i love tom but he he loves as you should do loves being the center of
21:35attention you know with the sonnets and then the vocal warm-ups and the shakespeare and he get up he got
21:42up and did a dance and they're all clapping i wonder does vogue sometimes feel a bit maybe left
21:48up because you've gone in there together yes so you're kind of equal and then suddenly he's up there
21:52doing his the problem with tom is you can only you can only do his voice when you're doing an
21:56impression of him but you can't actually do a real impression of him because you don't know the words
22:01yourself you say that because you obviously went in with matt hancock yes you feel overshadowed by him
22:18when you win it well when he came in through the bushes i thought well i'm not doing any trials
22:24i'm absolutely i'm absolutely fine i'm off the hook that's true but you are you are paired up and i
22:31just think you know obviously with with hancock he was a politician and so he wasn't there i mean
22:35he did start singing ed sheeran songs at one point but generally speaking that he wasn't as um should we
22:41say as talented multi-talented as tom so i wonder what that feels like for vogue sometimes does it feel
22:48slightly like maybe you're in the background yeah i don't know about you guys but i was getting the sense
22:53that the other camp mates are trying to like like i don't know like trying to warm them up like try
22:57and get the badges like being really like complimentary and saying lovely things and like
23:01welcoming them in just because they want a badge because they know it means a treat at the end of
23:05it did you guys get that vibe yeah maybe maybe sort of trying to get them on their good side so
23:10just sort of get by giving out the badges and stuff a little bit yeah it's quite interesting yeah but
23:14then it's also interesting that the two that were left out was uh alex scott and shona so there's always
23:20going to be someone left out from that and i wonder how that makes them feel you know that's a
23:24horrible feeling yeah being in there feeling left out is that's the worst feeling that you can get i
23:29think when you're in when you're in the jungle and they've already just done another trial yes so like
23:34if i was them i would feel so angry like even though i noticed no one's like fault really like they
23:39couldn't get taken on the expedition because they just done the trial but now they have to do
23:42another trial oh i'd be fuming and also i would say shona and alex are probably the quietest i'd say in the
23:48bunch yeah and um and through no fault of their own and i think that's probably why they didn't get
23:53a badge was just because they're just quieter people i think that's okay i'm very excited to
23:57see tom and vogue do a trial tomorrow i just think it's gonna be such a revelation yes just like i said
24:03before to see tom in that situation i'm like what is he gonna be like is he a screamer yeah almost
24:09certainly oh my god this perilous situation you put me in and today i don't know what to do but it's like
24:16dixon or is he gonna suddenly just go what the hell are we doing gaza a crocodile i can't handle it
24:25it was an act he was putting it on it's so good i don't think i've been this excited for a trial
24:31yeah the whole series i'm like what are they going to be like it's going to be so fun uh time now for
24:35another unseen clip it's been an emotional camp this year lots of touching moments and even ginger's elbows
24:41are touching take a look at this i've got one for you can you do this oh oh that's good
24:50that's very good that's very useful in life
24:55elbows need to be at the top what do you mean elbows well your elbows are at the bottom though but they
24:58need to be at the top do you need to tuck them in look my hands are at the bottom yours are you know
25:03yeah that's freakish no no i can't do that it's freakish i'm obviously all doing that at home
25:13night now oh is that i've never felt so stiff in my life it's just some yoga can't do it guys my
25:19lats are too big i'm actually just too muscly so if the question is uh do you ever get bored when you're
25:27in the jungle there's your answer yes yeah it's so weird this beautiful time so i love this show
25:34so much gets the day four day five when it's like they've kind of shared everything that they know
25:39about each other all these deep dark secrets and their past and all the thing and then it gets like
25:44can you touch your elbows what did you do when you were there to sort of fill that fun void oh god
25:52yes when you've you've kind of shared everything about yourself like eddie said you've done all the
25:56therapy i think we had jill scott in there obviously yeah and i think she ended up organizing a five
26:03aside football match right sounds exciting with an invisible ball oh i was going to say what did you
26:10fashion a baller no no no no invisible ball it's so great i just i love it and also the other thing that
26:15it sort of forces them to do on this sort of day is people connect that you wouldn't expect so ruby i
26:21think she's really connecting with the younger generation in there which i didn't think was
26:24something that we'd see i just think it's so brilliant i kind of expected it though because
26:29i don't think it's anything to do with age i think ruby wants to be chatting with the people who are the
26:34funniest and the most charismatic like she's a comedian isn't she like she's got comedy chops
26:40and h and jinge they're just so funny as a double act but one-on-one i think she likes that energy
26:45she can hit a joke a sarcastic one and it comes straight back yeah it's more the energy almost
26:51like like they're the ones that can take her banter basically yeah i would but yes they're the ones
26:55that can sort of give it back yeah yeah that's really really interesting i like that i like that
27:00it's all fun and games at the moment but do you think people might start to sort of get a bit more
27:04competitive as we go forwards sean well i think even with the you know the badges if you think about the
27:11badges and that means breakfast yeah eddie said it there you want salt i can't this is sometimes the
27:18frustration with when you've been in the jungle is you can't put across to people how much you want
27:26salt how much you want sugar i mean breakfast that means carbs yeah like do you know what i mean you're
27:31thinking about carbs when an and deg went in the disappointment on alex and shona's face where they
27:36weren't getting breakfast was just like oh and it means so much you're so right now love might be in
27:41the air between h and shona it is only we had a love guru to speak to that is right tom's buddy from
27:49celebs go dating it's paul c brunson everyone paul how are you my friends i tell you what it is good to
27:59see all of you i wanted to say i believe in the shona h love connection yes yes of course you do you
28:06believe in everyone don't you paul uh how do you think tom's getting on in there oh my gosh tom is
28:13the best you know i think what we have to all accept is that he is just mesmerizing you can't take your
28:19eyes off of him and what i love about tom and you can see he's doing this is he makes every room better
28:26with his presence and that's the reason why he's loved so much yeah it's so true everyone's just
28:31like re-brightened up i just i i love him so much i think he's so amazing he's so well put together
28:37do you think like he'll be able to maintain his usual sort of decorum in the jungle do you know what
28:43i mean you know what i'm gonna say is that he is the cleanest outfit out of everyone right now he's
28:49the cleanest and i think that's the only place that i worry for tom because he smells immaculate all the
28:55time and i know that by now he can't smell great i think that's going to be his concern and how he
29:04smells but also how that you know how the attire looks that's my only concern it's not going to stay
29:10clean for long like come on he's surely got like paul give us a tea one gross habit oh yeah just one of
29:17them surely he's got one i i tell you he this is this is the thing about tom is that i have never seen
29:24a bad habit but i'll tell you what he doesn't like at all and i've begun to see it crop up is he
29:29doesn't like meanness he doesn't like people who are unkind he doesn't react well to them and i've
29:35begun to see that just a little bit just a little bit that's interesting well obviously he's going
29:41to be facing a trial tomorrow he's getting fully stuck into the jungle experience are you excited to
29:45see that oh yeah because this is there's nothing i'll tell you right now there is nothing tom reed
29:53wilson cannot do this man will go through worms and snakes and rats and rodents he'll eat anything
30:02he'll swim through anything there's nothing this man can't do oh that's so interesting i really like
30:08the fact that you think he's just going to go full on it because we're really sort of speculating how
30:12he's going to do you think he's going to do really well oh absolutely i love it i think the
30:17achilles heel and the part that i'm i am concerned about is that he's very empathetic so the moment
30:23that others are going through stress or hurt or sadness he's going to feel that as well and he'll
30:30be impacted by it who do you think he's going to bond with the most in there then oh my gosh well let
30:36me ask you who do you think is the kindest person at camp right now i'm gonna say lisa yeah i think
30:44she's most empathetic all right so there you go it would be lisa then and i've already seen a nice
30:50lisa tom bond already yeah i know him so well i love this i love that i'm being tested i'm like oh okay
30:58well okay let me like flip on his head then who do you reckon he might clash with the most yeah
31:02and you've got to give us a name this time paul i'm not falling for those tricks all right i will
31:07but i'll say this who do you think is the most insincere or mean in the camp right now you can't

33:35how do you think she's getting on i think she's getting on great it was great to see her take on
33:41her first challenge that expedition and i thought she was perfectly suited to us and in terms of the
33:47shelter building element of it because she has two degrees one in construction design and management
33:52would you believe and another one in quantity surveying so what yeah that is the kind of information
33:57we want from a phone guest i love that what do you think is going to make her an amazing camp mate
34:04i think vogue is very resourceful and she's a doer she'll get involved
34:09and and she won't stand on the sidelines i'd say she's very motivational as well
34:14so yeah i'd say she'll get stuck in and she definitely won't be standing on the sidelines for sure
34:19yeah what did you make of the campmate's reaction to her and tom's late arrival
34:24oh i didn't really like that now obviously my protective instinct kind of kicked in
34:30but i i do feel you know obviously they're kind of that's done for a reason and you know you're
34:36going to be if you've already put in this log and been in there from the beginning you're going to be
34:39a bit kind of territorial but i have no doubt she'll turn that around and and she'll end up being best
34:44pals with most of them in in no time i feel like we're seeing that already which is so lovely obviously
34:49you've known vogue all of her life what was she like growing up oh we were best we were best we
34:56are best friends uh she was great crack we always have gotten along very very well we just have all
35:03the crack all the time and she mad for dollies and stuff like that growing up and mad for dressing up
35:11was there any like annoying habits or anything oh not really any i'd say at the moment like with
35:20who she is at the moment i wouldn't say her habits are annoying she does love now i do love to talk
35:24about sleep as well so i'd say you'll see her talking about sleep on the show um i wouldn't say
35:29she has any gross habits she does have a terrible inability to do nothing always has to be busy but
35:35that i think will stand to her in the jungle so i'm excited to see that uh yeah what else do you think
35:40she'll find difficult about jungle life i feel like naturally she's gonna miss the kids she'll mix
35:46miss benny i hope she's missing me we usually have a daily phone call at about 7am so i went to call
35:52her today and obviously realized no that's not possible so um i think it's and she'll she likes to
35:58eat so she'll miss she'll miss her three square round meals every day it's true i mean i know spencer
36:05and uh i think she'll miss the kids but i don't think she'll miss him
36:11controversial she's getting on so well with tom which i really love but is there anyone else that
36:18you see in there that sort of she'll get on well with well three the three she did the expedition
36:24task with so ruby h and ginge i feel her kind of i don't know kind of being drawn to them i also feel
36:31like she'll get up i think she'll get on with everyone i don't see her not getting on with
36:34anyone but she did she was going to always make a beeline for ruby wax she wants to be best pals at
36:39ruby so um oh i love that so you don't think there's anyone that can maybe like ruffle her
36:44feathers like a little bit oh yeah no i think if anyone does kind of we'd be she wouldn't be
36:50confrontational but she would make her feelings now and i think she'd be very um fair in the way that
36:55she would address things if someone kind of got under her skin let's say yeah but i don't imagine that's
37:00going to happen she's not afraid to be strong which i like about folk what luxury do you think
37:04she'll miss the most now she's in camp question fake tan obviously i completely agree well she
37:15looks amazingly tanned already you've got the real sun in order to uh to replace that so thank you so

38:26offal and fish oh no so it's kind of horrendous no matter where you are right and it makes you
38:31want to rely on the other two to do something right and if they're not finding it and you're
38:34literally in there and snakes are slithering all over you're going to get really frustrated yes
38:38you are i i remember that that's the yeah that's all coming back to you now yes yeah when you're
38:42relying on the other the other part of the team that's to do the work for you and they're not doing
38:47it it's very very frustrating yes that is frustrating i like that i like that so i'm going to give
38:52again i'm so excited to see vogue and tom in that scenario i think it's going to be great uh it's
38:56going to be intense am i no i'm not right i like it honestly at this point in my career i'll take a

40:03had a really difficult year so it's just it's really lovely to see him and also i think what
40:07everyone forgets even the viewers and ourselves i think we forget that remember he's come from america
40:13so even there's something you don't think about everyone is bonded by the fact that they you know
40:17they live in the uk they know they kind of know everyone and they recognize everyone and he
40:23doesn't have that so it's going to take him a little bit longer than everyone else and now you're just
40:28seeing him fit in so yeah we're seeing that i agree yeah i love it he's a good camp mate i reckon
