00:00By this point, we've seen you twice tonight, haven't we?

00:02We've seen you as, you know, a sponsor,

00:05but now, little did you know that you'll be backstage here with me again.

00:09How does it feel that you've won this award?

00:11I mean, you've been here, what, just over a year as a company?

00:14Oh, yeah, I mean, even, like, under a year.

00:16Basically, one year ago, we were loading machines on trailers from London to move here,

00:21and now here we are.

00:23And the fact that it's the Freedom to Flourish Award,

00:25it means a bit more because Freedom to Flourish is half of the reason that we moved here,

00:29especially my business partner, Chris, I mean, he loves that term

00:32because he, you know, we really believe that the Isle of Man take that seriously.

00:36They give you the Freedom to Flourish.

00:38They're not all over you, like in, you know, all the CCTV in London and all that stuff.

00:43I'm not sure if I can say that, but I'm just going to say whatever I want.

00:45You can say that, don't worry.

00:47But, yeah, I mean, it means literally what it is, Freedom to Flourish,

00:51and that's what we believe we have here, and we've got the opportunity to do so.

00:55So, you know, I'm proud that we won this.

00:58What's your impressions of the island?

01:00I love the island.

01:02And people, you know, I was in Beijing for 10 years, and then London for 10 years,

01:06and people said, you're moving to the Isle of Man?

01:08That seems insane.

01:10But in the same respect, I'm from a village of 3,000 people in Scotland,

01:13so, you know, it's more back to my roots,

01:16and it's taking 20 minutes for a five-minute dog walk

01:19because you have to speak to everybody on the road, which is a great thing,

01:23and you don't have to – I'm not saying I was worried about my safety in London,

01:27but you certainly don't have to worry about that stuff here.

01:29I just love the vibe of the island.

01:32Mm-hmm.
