Alec Baldwin is stepping into the world of reality TV. The actor and his wife Hilaria have unveiled plans for a TLC reality series about their family. The pair shared the news with an Instagram video. The series tentatively titled 'The Baldwins' is due for release in 2025.

00:19The series, tentatively titled The Baldwins, is due for release in 2025.

00:31Alec and Ellaria Baldwin wed 12 years ago and now have a family of seven young children.

00:36The announcement of the TLC reality series comes ahead of Baldwin facing a trial in July

00:40stemming from manslaughter charges over the accidental shooting death of Rust cinematographer

00:45Helena Hutchins.

00:46In addition to starring in the film, Baldwin was also a producer on the low-budget Western.

00:50He has been accused of negligently firing the gun when the scene only called for him to

00:54pull it from the holster and ignoring industry norms dictating gun safety.

00:58Prosecutors have alleged that he endangered others by missing initial firearms training

01:02and hiring an inexperienced armorer.

01:04If convicted, Baldwin faces 18 months in prison, a possible sentence that would likely impact

01:09the filming schedule for The Baldwins.
