00:00GOP senator says New York City will be completely Muslim in three or four years.
00:05After Zoran Mamdani's win in New York City's mayoral race,
00:09Senator Tommy Tuberville warned that the city could become completely Muslim in three or four years.
00:15Tuberville told Steve Bannon on his War Room podcast that the rules don't apply anymore,
00:21referencing President Donald Trump's call for the Senate to eliminate the 60-vote filibuster requirement to reopen the federal government.
00:28He also sounded the alarm about New York City under Mamdani, a Muslim Democratic Socialist,
00:33predicting the city might become completely Muslim and that everything would be free.
00:38Tuberville said the New York City mayoral race is part of a bigger issue,
00:42warning that the country is in different times.
00:45He explained,
00:46I'm a traditionalist, and you know, I come up here.
00:4960 votes.
00:50Hey, that sounds great, but we're in a different country, Steve.
00:53This is a different time.
00:55We just saw what happened in New York.
00:56We lost New York.
00:58It will be completely Muslim in three or four years.
01:01That's what they want.
01:02They're going to have everything free there for them,
01:04and they're just going to spread throughout the country.
01:07Mamdani defeated former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo
01:10and Republican Curtis Sliwa in the mayoral race.
01:14Before the election, Tuberville claimed that Muslims were attempting to take over New York City.
01:19I think we ought to pack him up and send him home,
01:21Tuberville told Fox Business.
01:22My God, we do not need that anywhere in this country, especially New York.
01:27What a great city that was.
01:29But he's going to manage to bring it all the way down.
01:31Right now, it's headed that direction with, you know,
01:34no law enforcement and all those crazy things that the Democrats are coming up with.
01:39He claimed that Mamdani, who was born in Uganda,
01:42would speed up the deterioration of a city he described as historic.
01:49Bye-bye.
