Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Spain’s parliament, where he was received by top Spanish leaders and signed the Book of Honour. His schedule includes meetings with Spain’s defence minister, industry executives, and a visit with King Felipe. He will also join Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez to view Picasso’s Guernica before holding a joint press conference.
