Marcos visits school damaged by Uwan

Students of Cararayan-Naga Elementary School (CNES) in Tiwi, Albay kiss the hand of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as they welcome him during his visit on Nov. 18, 2025. The CNES, with more than 800 students, is implementing class-shifting after seven classrooms sustained major damage estimated at P3.5 million while eight suffered minor damage estimated at P393,000. Computers and other learning materials were also destroyed during the onslaught of Super Typhoon 'Uwan' (international name Fung-wong).
