00:40Hindi pwedeng Matino ka lang eh. Kailangan effective ka. Kailangan may performance ka.

00:44So, Matino at Mahusay pa rin ang hinahanap natin throughout our history, I guess, varying degrees.

00:51And hopefully the next president will have so many challenges.

00:56Napakaraming challenge na haharapin ang susunod dating presidente.

00:59Can exhibit both.
