00:00Summing up by the London State Defence. Mr. Amin Hussain, the London State Defence
00:06Council are good at this. Accused Shri Hasina and Ashaj Daman Kamal are quite innocent.
00:14The accused did not incite or order or participate or abate the commission of the crimes against
00:20him with key questions. The trial itself against the accused under the International Crimes
00:25Tribunal Act, 1973, is unlawful. The act was passed for the purpose of trial of persons
00:34who committed genocide in 1971. LSD's atrocities spread throughout the country, but the persecution
00:43failed to examine the cases of all the distinct higher atrocities took place.
00:50The London Defence Council submitted that no helicopter was used to kill the protesting
00:55students and public in the July-August movement, 2024. The audio conversations in question
01:05have not been duly examined by the experts. Although the audios have been examined by CID, the same
01:12should have been examined by some more experts. He questioned the prosecution claim as to the
01:19murder, as to the number of the deaths that endured. He stated that, although the prosecution
01:25claimed that 1,500 protesters died as 25,000 endured, but the Gazette notification of the government
01:31shows that the number of dead protesters had about 800. He emphatically asserted that accused
01:38Sheikh Hasina did neither incite nor order, nor take part in the alleged atrocities for crimes
01:45against humility. Mr. Amir Hussain vehemently opposed the words of the London Chief Prosecutor
01:47turning Sheikh Hasina and Abdulzaman Kamal as facet. He also opposed the assertion of the London
01:53Chief Prosecutor that Sheikh Hasina led to the lead to the war of the London Chief Prosecutor
01:57that Sheikh Hasina led to the commission of the crimes against humility by the way of the
02:12mass movement. Rather, she was compelled to depart the country against her will. The London State
02:24Defence Defence Council argued that the attack in question was neither widespread nor systematic
02:30nor directed against the Syrian population. The Raman State Defence Council further submitted that
02:36the accused Sheikh Hasina and Abdulzaman Kamal cannot be held liable for joint criminal enterprise
02:43or superior Kamal responsibility. He finally submitted that, at least Sheikh Hasina and Abdulzaman
02:49Khamam Kamal are quite innocent and as such, they deserve to be acquitted of the charge. Now, the
03:01Honourable Chairman of the Tribunal, Mr. Justice Ramit Khudar Choudhury, will read out the final
03:09question of the term.
03:21I will start with some matters of judicial matters. And because that I have worked, I am sorry that I did that
03:35And because that I have worked, I am sorry that I did not mention the name of learned

04:13Number 1, accused Shekhasina.
04:18He started making contemptuous and hate speeches in the social media, subsequent to the July

04:30Why often she was ordered by this tribunal.
04:33So, we restrain from such speeches of comment, contempt and hatred.
04:40Secondly, in a telephonic conversation, the party activist named Mr. Shakhib.
04:50Atusha Khashina, infringing tribunal's order, made some hateful and contemptuous remarks.
05:02Asking said activist Shakhib to kill 226 persons, as 226 cases have been filed in time.
05:17And to burn the houses of the rival people.
05:21Where upon this tribunal convicted her, for consent of the tribunal and sentenced her to 6 months
05:34imprisonment.

05:49The date has now been noted here.
05:51In which she impliedly admitted that atrocities had suddenly taken place in July Movement 2024.
06:01But she denied that she ordered to commit such atrocities.
06:06It has further been noticed by the tribunal there.
06:12In another interview with a YouTube channel named Desh Samar of India, accused Prime Minister
06:24Shakhib.
06:25Shakhashina.
06:26Shakhashina admitted her responsibility for the July 24 atrocities.

06:38So, you may, as the leader of the country, as the leader of the country, I assume ultimate
06:45leadership responsibility.

06:51Ananda Wajar of India on 7 November 25, wherein she admitted her superior common responsibility.
07:05Now, I will start with our observations and inference.
07:20From the four-way findings, facts and circumstances, it transpired that the students of Hackay University
07:33and other academic institutions had launched a movement on 1 July 24, demanding reformation
07:42in the quota system, in the government jobs, and continued the same till 5 August 2024.
07:52The government did not pay heed to the demands of the students.
08:05Instead of listening to the students and fulfilling their demands, the then Prime Minister,
08:12accused Shakhashina, undermined the movement and made a derogatory remark, pointing towards
08:20the students, terming them Rajakars.
08:24The term is an Objurgation.
08:25In Bangla, this is a Gali.
