A political clash has broken out over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, with Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin accusing the Narendra Modi government of misusing the process to add fake voters and manipulate elections. He claimed the Centre is resorting to new lows and will conduct polls “cunningly.” The BJP hit back, saying the Tamil Nadu leadership is only making excuses out of fear of losing and insisted that the SIR exercise is completely transparent.

00:00:00And we're getting some breaking news. Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udyaniti Stalin slams Prime Minister Modi and the centre over special intensive revision.
00:00:09Udyaniti Stalin says SIR implemented to curb the opposition.
00:00:13He goes on to say that centre will conduct polls cunningly and he also says that centre stooping to new laws.
00:00:21And that he goes on to say that should never allow addition of fake voters.
00:00:27Now BJP has attacked the Tamil Nadu government saying that Stalin is afraid of losing polls and the SIR process is fully transparent.
00:00:37So the war of words over the special intensive revision continues between the Tamil Nadu government and the centre.
00:00:44The Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Udyaniti Stalin has slammed the Modi government over SIR saying that SIR has been implemented to curb the opposition
00:00:52and that the centre will conduct polls cunningly and that the centre is stooping to new laws.
00:00:58Let's listen in.
00:00:58Thank you very much.
00:01:28Thank you very much.
00:01:58The politics over special intensive revision exercise continues in the state of Tamil Nadu.
00:02:03Now Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udyaniti Stalin has slammed the Modi government over the exercise saying that it has been implemented to curb the opposition.
00:02:11In fact, he goes on to say that centre will conduct the polls cunningly and that centre is stooping to new laws.
00:02:18Now the BJP has also attacked the Tamil Nadu government over SIR saying that Chief Minister Stalin and Deputy Chief Minister Udyaniti Stalin are afraid of losing polls and hence they are raising objections to the SIR process and that SIR process is fully transparent.
00:02:34This is what the BJP has said.
00:02:36My colleague Anagha is now joining us with more details on this.
00:02:40Anagha, the war of words over SIR continues to intensify and the latest Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udyaniti Stalin has now said that by SIR,
00:02:50is going to conduct the polls cunningly and that it is stooping to new laws.
00:02:54Well, right, in fact, the Deputy Chief Minister Udyaniti says that just like how Udyaniti have been used as tools by the union government, similarly UCI is also being used as a tool and that's why the SIR exercise is being carried out is what Udyaniti says.
00:03:12He also says that he was also being threatened by ED, by the union government, but he's not somebody who will get threatened and get scared of that is what Udyaniti says.
00:03:20Additionally, he also says that through SIR, there is an attempt to include safe voters and also to delete legitimate voters and one should ensure that this does not happen through SIR is what Udyaniti says.
00:03:35All right, Anagha, thank you for getting us those details.
00:03:43So, SIR showdown is intensifying across Tamil Nadu.
00:03:46The political temperature is soaring as elected actor-politician Vijay's TVK hits the streets, launching statewide protests against the ongoing special intensive revision exercise.
00:03:57And now, a fresh flashpoint.
00:03:59DMK Minister TRB Raja, speaking exclusively to India today, has compared the special intensive revision to another form of demonetization.
00:04:07He alleges the system is chaotic, poorly planned and that BLOs haven't been trained properly, putting lakhs of voters at risk.
00:04:15But even as the political war of words escalates, the numbers tell a different story.
00:04:20According to the latest data accessed by India Today, 97.5% of census forms have already been delivered across 12 SIR implementing states and union territories.
00:04:30Nearly all states and union territories have achieved close to 100% SIR coverage except Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
00:04:37Meanwhile, BJP has once again clarified and stated that SIR process is transparent and the ultimate goal is to remove infiltrators.
00:04:45There are several huge clouds of doubt, especially after what you've seen in Bihar and the news that's coming from Bihar, from the opposition in Bihar.
00:04:57And when you look at things like not even a single objection has been accepted by the ECI in Bihar.
00:05:06For all the objections, all the deletions, lakhs of votes have been deleted, but not one single objection has been accepted.
00:05:13Was there a clarity given?
00:05:15Was there clarity given to the opposition and the people?
00:05:18Forget opposition, forget political party.
00:05:20This is about the citizen, right?
00:05:22Could have been told online or just via some press meets and so on.
00:05:28But then every single person, every single Indian has the rights to vote and he needs to be told.
00:05:35Just that is a failure of the ECI itself.
00:05:38And I think that's just not being able to know that you'll have to fill up a particular form.
00:05:45In that point, it's form 6 or 7.
00:05:48Now, how many people know about form 6 and 7, right?
00:05:53So, how many people are educated enough?
00:05:56Forget Tamil Nadu, forget states like Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
00:06:00What will happen to be?
00:06:01Imagine the state of education in Bihar and you know, you'll straight away understand that none of them would have been able to fill up form 6 or 7.
00:06:10And ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, the SIR voter verification drive has run into major hurdles in Chennai's Perumbakam resettlement colony,
00:06:21where over 20,000 families fear losing their voting rights due to incomplete and overlapping addresses on key ID documents.
00:06:29With multiple voters listed under the same door numbers and missing block details, officials say the process has become impossible to carry out,
00:06:37while the BJP blames the DMK government for the confusion and urges an immediate fix.
00:06:42Take a look at this report.
00:06:44Ahead of Tamil Nadu Assembly polls, special intensive revision process is in full swing.
00:06:57Nearly 26,000 families in Chennai's Perumbakam resettlement colony fear losing their voting rights because of irregularities in their address proofs.
00:07:18We are reporting from Perumbakam, which is Chennai's largest resettlement colony here in south of Chennai,
00:07:25where there are over 200 blocks with over 26,000 people living here.
00:07:30But here's the core problem.
00:07:32Most voter IDs only carry the door number, not the block number.
00:07:37So imagine thousands of voters sharing the same address on paper.
00:07:41Only the door number is mentioned in their voter IDs, but the block numbers are missing.
00:07:47So how does the booth level officer even locate the voter in these 200 blocks?
00:07:52The confusion has made the ongoing SAR exercise a nightmare for booth level officers here in Perumbakam.
00:08:00And adding another layer of confusion is that many residents here still have their old addresses on their voter ID,
00:08:07even though they have located here years ago.
00:08:10Now one can only wonder how this SAR exercise can be completed smoothly with such a short time.
00:08:17About 26,000 families are living here, but only 3,000 families have proper addresses.
00:08:26According to the voter list accessed by India today, 16 residents living in the Perumbakam resettlement colony
00:08:32have the same address mentioned as door number 29 without any clarity on their block number.
00:08:38Thousands of voters residing in the colony face similar issue for whom the address is vague, incomplete and overlaps with other voters.
00:08:47This is a very important thing.
00:09:17This has become a nightmare for the BLOs to carry out the Special Intensive Revision exercise
00:09:31as they are unable to track down people.
00:09:33The BJP blamed the DMK-led Tamil Nadu government for creating this confusion
00:09:37and asked them to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
00:09:43The state government should come forward and clear this issue.
00:09:46This is not anything concerned with the Election Commission.
00:09:50They don't have a proper address. That means what?
00:09:53Who has created this problem? The state government.
00:09:57So the state government has to immediately talk to the Election Commission
00:10:01and see to it that they are properly inducted, they are properly involved in the election process.
00:10:10If this issue isn't fixed immediately, thousands of eligible voters located in Penumbakkam,
00:10:15resettlement colony could be left out of the electoral roll,
00:10:19not because they don't exist, but because the system can't find them.
00:10:23With Anagha Keshav in Chennai, Bureau Report, India Today.
00:10:26And Tamil Nadu Election Commission has responded to India Today's report.
00:10:38Tamil Nadu Election Commission has said that Perumbakkam has 22,658 voters,
00:10:4417,743 forms already distributed.
00:10:49And the Tamil Nadu Election Commission has also assured that officials have been deployed
00:10:53to assist the BLOs.
00:10:55Remember, India Today highlighted the SIR woes in Perumbakkam.
00:10:59And Perumbakkam families now fear losing voter identity.
00:11:03And after India Today's report, now Tamil Nadu Election Commission has responded,
00:11:08saying that Perumbakkam has 22,658 voters and 17,743 forms have already been distributed.
00:11:16And it has also assured that officials have been deployed to assist the BLOs.
00:11:22My colleague Anagha is now joining us with more details on this.
00:11:27Anagha's report highlighted the hurdles that Perumbakkam locality is facing.
00:11:32Anagha, now Tamil Nadu Election Commission has responded to your report,
00:11:37assuring that officials have been deployed to assist the BLOs over there.
00:11:40Give us more details.
00:11:43Well, in fact, you know, the whole SIR exercise really looks too complicated at the moment
00:11:48when there is so much less time remaining.
00:11:51In fact, if you do take a look at this Perumbakkam colony,
00:11:54there was another voter list that, you know, that India Today was able to access
00:11:58where we found out that 177 residents had the same address.
00:12:05That is, you know, written as door number one.
00:12:08Further fueling even more confusion.
00:12:10So, one of the BLOs that India Today spoke to actually conceded that, you know,
00:12:14that there was a certain day that she was able to distribute only 23 enumeration forms,
00:12:1924 enumeration forms.
00:12:21She also mentioned that when her target was to distribute 935 enumeration forms,
00:12:27she was able to distribute only 150 of them.
00:12:30And that is abysmally low.
00:12:32All this is because there is a lot of confusion in the voters list.
00:12:35They are not really able to locate which voter is residing in which block
00:12:41because so many voters carry the same address with just a vague door number written,
00:12:47but the block numbers are missing.
00:12:49So, this is really adding a lot of confusion because amid the 200 blocks,
00:12:54how is it possible to locate a particular voter?
00:12:57They could be residing in any of those blocks.
00:13:00So, this is actually leading to a lot of frustration and chaos among the BLOs.
00:13:05They are saying that they are running short of time.
00:13:07They have so many more voters to track down.
00:13:09And one can only wonder how the SAR exercise can be completed in such a short span of time.
00:13:15In fact, the Election Commission of Tamil Nadu has responded to India Today's report
00:13:19by clarifying that there are about 22,000 registered electors
00:13:24located in Perumbakkam colony particularly.
00:13:28And in that, around 17,700 electors have been given their SAR forms.
00:13:34But if you do take a look at that population...
00:13:36Those are details on the hurdles in Perumbakkam locality
00:13:39and the response from the Tamil Nadu Election Commission over it.
00:13:44And now shifting focus.
00:13:46A war is brewing in RJD Parivar.
00:13:49Tensions in the RJD and Lalu Yadav's family have reached new heights.
00:13:53Two days after Rohini Acharya alleged that Tijashvi Yadav abused her
00:13:56and threw a slipper at her during an argument at home,
00:14:00she has doubled down on her stance claiming that she has disowned brother Tijashvi.
00:14:04She also asserted that she didn't lie about anything on social media
00:14:08and that her parents and sisters are with her.
00:14:11Meanwhile, the rift has widened further as three more daughters of Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi
00:14:16moved out of the family home in Patna on Sunday.
00:14:20Now, Lalu Yadav's eldest son, Tej Pratap, has come out in support of his sister Rohini Acharya,
00:14:26warning that he won't tolerate her insult.
00:14:28He also claimed that certain Jai Chants had clouded Tijashvi's judgment
00:14:32and urged his father to give a signal to act against them.
00:14:36Meanwhile, RJD veteran Siwanan Tiwari has slammed Lalu Yadav,
00:14:39accusing him of acting like blind king Dhritarashtra,
00:14:43blinded by his love for Tijashvi,
00:14:45and obsessed with making him the next chief minister of Bihar.
00:14:48The police officer, the police officer, the police officer,
00:15:18I don't have any family.
00:15:20Now, go ahead and ask Sanjay, Ramiz, Tejaswui, Aadav.
00:15:23I don't have any family.
00:15:25No one has left us from the family.
00:15:27Because we don't have responsibility to take them.
00:15:31The whole world is saying,
00:15:33the people who will become a man will become a man.
00:15:35When you say a man, he will ask a man.
00:15:37He is asking a man.
00:15:39The whole world is asking about the party's situation.
00:15:43When Sanjay Ramiz, Illoa, will be killed by the house.
00:15:47You will be killed by the house.
00:15:48You will be killed by the man.
00:15:49You will be killed by the man.
00:15:51You will be killed by the man.
00:15:53Rony, you will be killed.
00:15:55Just easy, easy.
00:15:56You will be killed by your sister.
00:15:59Easy.
00:16:03What does anyone say?
00:16:05How do you say anything?
00:16:07What do you say about us?

00:17:26The Holy Spirit has me.
00:17:29He has my mother and my father.

00:18:38We will hear you.
00:18:40We will hear you.
00:18:42My breath is still breathing from yesterday.
00:18:45All of you are watching me.
00:18:47They called me.
00:18:49I am going to your breath.
00:18:51Okay, okay.
00:18:57And we are now getting some breaking news.
00:19:04Unrest in Bangladesh.
00:19:06A head of court verdict on Sheikh Hasina.
00:19:08Hasina's Awami League resorts to arson and vandalism in Bangladesh.
00:19:13Awami League calls for lockdown against Hasina's trial.
00:19:17And Sheikh Hasina calls for protest in audio message.
00:19:20Says charges against her are false.
00:19:22And she also cried witch hunt in the audio message.
00:19:26So disruptions, protests, vandalization and arson hit Bangladesh after former ruling party calls for lockdown to protest Sheikh Hasina's trial.
00:19:35My colleague Indrajeet Kundu is now joining us with more details on this.
00:19:40Indrajeet, give us the latest update as far as the situation, the unrest in Bangladesh is concerned.
00:19:44The international crimes, which was in fact set by Sheikh Hasina, a few decades back.
00:19:54That will deliver its verdict against her, the ousted Prime Minister.
00:19:59And she has been charged with crime against humanity by the Mohammed and U.S. regime.
00:20:06Now the verdict will be delivered sometime later than today.
00:20:09But there is a breach of security across Dhaka and Bangladesh.
00:20:14There's the Awami League leadership, which of course is in exile right now in India.
00:20:19And Sheikh Hasina herself in audio message has given a cause for a nationwide shutdown yesterday and today.
00:20:28In which, in several places, there were food bomb attacks both within Dhaka and otherwise.
00:20:36Vehicles have been set on fire as we are showing right now.
00:20:39The Dhaka Metropolitan Police has instructed of an incident to, you know, shoot at sight orders have been given in case any resource of violence against the law enforcement agency.
00:20:51In fact, a food bomb was also held after the reference of one of the advisers of the Mohammed government,
00:20:58Heda Reswanda Hassan.
00:21:00So, massive security has been put in here.
00:21:05There is a lot of attention on the ground.
00:21:08There is anxiety.
00:21:10And so the army has been called shutdown and the audio messages have changed that we are trying to drive.
00:21:26Alright.
00:21:27Indrajeet, also help us understand what are the main charges against Sheikh Hasina.
00:21:36All right, we'll try to re-establish that connection,
00:21:44but that's the breaking news that's coming in from neighbouring Bangladesh,
00:21:47where there's unrest ahead of court verdict on Sheikh Hasina.
00:21:51Hasina's Awami League has resorted to arson and vandalism.
00:21:55And these are the visuals from Bangladesh.
00:21:58You can see the kind of unrest that is prevailing over there.
00:22:00Cars have been set on fire.
00:22:02There's fire on the streets.
00:22:04And this protest has been called by the Awami League.
00:22:09In fact, Sheikh Hasina herself released an audio message in which she called for protest.
00:22:15And she also said that charges against her are false.
00:22:18And she also cried a witch hunt, after which there have been disruptions, protests, vandalization.
00:22:23And the visuals are on your screens right now from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
00:22:29And our top focus of this hour is on the unrest in Bangladesh.
00:22:32We're getting some breaking news.
00:22:34Sheikh Hasina's protest call before international court verdict says charges against her are false.
00:22:40She also cried witch hunt.
00:22:42And Sheikh Hasina has called international court illegal.
00:22:46Hasina says Yunus unconstitutionally seized power.
00:22:49And she also says that no action has been taken on Yunus after coup against her.
00:22:54So that's the breaking news that's coming in amid undress in Bangladesh ahead of the court verdict on Sheikh Hasina.
00:23:00Sheikh Hasina has now released an audio message in which she has called for protest ahead of the big international court verdict.
00:23:08Let's listen in.
00:23:09Thank you very much.
00:23:39Thank you very much.
00:24:09Thank you very much.
00:24:43Thank you very much.
00:24:47Well, Anjali, you just heard Awami League Supremo Sheikh Hasina's own version.
00:24:54She released an audio message yesterday for her supporters calling for a nationwide shutdown.
00:24:59The Awami League, of course, maintains that this entire proceeding is illegal because the International Crimes Tribunal was formed on the basis of a legislation that was passed in the Bangladesh parliament long back for trying, you know, charges against humanity, against those people who were involved, especially the Razakars, during the liberation war of Bangladesh.
00:25:22So this has nothing to do with, you know, the kind of trial that Sheikh Hasina is undergoing. It's what the Awami League states.
00:25:29Now, there are three people who have been charged with crimes against humanity, murder, and, you know, atrocity against students who were undertaking that revolt last year.
00:25:40Sheikh Hasina herself, her home minister, Asad Uzzama Khan, Kamal, and the then IGP of police.
00:25:47Now, three people stand on trial. The police IGP, of course, has turned approver.
00:25:50So, at this point in time, today is going to be the big verdict.
00:25:55This is for the first time that the International Crimes Tribunal, Bangladesh, will be delivering a verdict and has tried a former prime minister, deposed Prime Minister Sheikh Harkina, who is now currently in exile in India.
00:26:07So, situation on ground remains tense. There's a lot of anxiety.
00:26:11In Dhaka, of course, the army, the border guards, Bangladesh, and the police have been deployed, armed police.
00:26:16There have been multiple reports of crude bomb explosions last night across Dhaka.
00:26:22In fact, one such bomb exploded outside the residence of an advisor to the Mohammed Yunus government.
00:26:28And in several districts, our army league supporters have staged protests last night.
00:26:33There have been some reports of arson on vehicles as well.
00:26:36So, things remain tense on the ground, and one can expect the International Crimes Tribunal to deliver its verdict somewhere around 11 a.m. Bangladesh time.
00:26:46All right. So, things remain tense in Bangladesh.
00:26:49Indraji, do stay with us.
00:27:00So, vandalism, arson on streets of Dhaka in Bangladesh unrest ahead of the big Hasina International Court trial.
00:27:07Awami League resort to arson and vandalism in Bangladesh.
00:27:11Awami League's Mashal March in the capital of Bangladesh, Dhaka.
00:27:16These are the visuals, the different visuals that are coming in from Dhaka in Bangladesh.
00:27:21Complete chaos, arson, vandalism on the streets.
00:27:25You can see the Mashal March by the Awami League on your left side of the screen.
00:27:29And there's also arson.
00:27:32Cars and buses have been burnt, have been set on fire.
00:27:36And this situation is ahead of the big court verdict, the International Court verdict on Sheikh Hasina.
00:27:44Meanwhile, Sheikh Hasina has refuted and rubbished all the charges.
00:27:49She has said that all the charges against her are fabricated.
00:27:51But these are the kind of visuals that are coming to the fore from Dhaka, where there's complete unrest.
00:27:57And the situation is like this before the verdict.
00:28:00It remains to be seen what unfolds after the verdict is out on Sheikh Hasina.
00:28:06My colleague Indrajeet Kundu continues to stay with us.
00:28:09Indrajeet, we're seeing this kind of unrest in Dhaka in Bangladesh ahead of the verdict.
00:28:15Will there be wider national violence after the verdict is out?
00:28:18Well, you know, as far as the security agencies are concerned, there is a lot of anticipation.
00:28:25Remember, the Awami League, of course, has been banned by the Muhammad Yunus government.
00:28:28So its operations are banned.
00:28:30It's an illegal organization, political outfit right now in Bangladesh.
00:28:33One that has played such a crucial role in the liberation movement of Bangladesh.
00:28:38And also, you know, which was in power just a year back.
00:28:42In fact, the election that took place in January last year, Awami League won a landslide victory.
00:28:47Now, visuals that are coming in, of course, there are Machal March that has taken place in the districts.
00:28:52There have been several vehicles that have been set on fire by unidentified mistreats in capital, Dhaka.
00:28:59Bombs, of course, food bombs have been hurled in multiple locations.
00:29:03Now, you know, several of these are unidentified mistreats.
00:29:07The Dhaka Metropolitan Police Chief, of course, has informed that shoot-at-sight order has been given to the police if anyone resorts to violence against police or tries to set a police vehicle on fire.
00:29:21So, as I said, the court premises at the Dhaka University area, the heart of the city, it has been, security has been beefed up with the presence of the army personnel there,
00:29:33border guards, Bangladesh personnel, and, of course, the police also manning the streets.
00:29:39Right.
00:29:39Indrajit, also, what is going to be the impact on India of these protests?
00:29:43In fact, we just heard Sheikh Hasina's audio in which she claimed Yunus' government's hostility towards India.
00:29:51Well, you know, this has been a big diplomatic, you know, tussle between Bangladesh and India ever since Sheikh Hasina's government was deposed and Mohammed Yunus took charge.
00:30:03You would remember in Thailand, you know, Prime Minister Modi met Yunus for the first time.
00:30:09However, there has been escalating tension between the two countries with Mohammed Yunus again and again on various international platforms,
00:30:16raving concern that India has given safe haven and shelter to Sheikh Hasina,
00:30:22somebody who the present regime considers to be a war criminal at this point in time,
00:30:26and that's the reason why the ICT was given charge to, you know, probe the allegations against the Awami League leadership,
00:30:34which will today deliver its verdict.
00:30:36So, Sheikh Hasina's presence in India does remain a sensitive issue in the bilateral relations between both these countries,
00:30:44and it is surely going to have some impact on India-Bangladesh ties,
00:30:50on how the Awami League perceived the verdict once it comes out,
00:30:54and whether or not there are more tensions on the ground in Bangladesh.
00:30:58All right, Indrajit, thank you for those details.
00:31:01So, some impact is going to be seen on India as well.
00:31:04These are the kind of visuals coming to the fore from Dhaka in Bangladesh,
00:31:08where there's complete chaos, arson, vandalism on the streets of Dhaka,
00:31:12ahead of the verdict against Sheikh Hasina in the alleged kangaroo court in Bangladesh.
00:31:19And we'll keep an eye on the story and get you more updates later in the day.
00:31:24And arson on the streets of Dhaka and Bangladesh,
00:31:28and also mashal march by the Awamiri.
00:31:30Now, shifting focus, a war is brewing in RJD Parivar.
00:31:38Tensions in the RJD and Lalu Yadav's family have reached new heights.
00:31:42Two days after Rohini Acharya alleged that Tijashvi Adav abused her
00:31:45and threw a slipper at her during an argument at home,
00:31:48she has now doubled down on her stance,
00:31:50claiming that she has disowned her brother, Tijashvi.
00:31:53She also asserted that she didn't lie about anything on social media
00:31:57and that her parents and sisters are with her.
00:32:00Meanwhile, the rift has widened further as three more daughters of Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi
00:32:04have moved out of the family home in Patna on Sunday.
00:32:08Now, Tej Pratap, Lalu's elder son, has come out in support of his sister Rohini Acharya,
00:32:13warning that he won't tolerate her insult.
00:32:16He also claimed that certain Jai Chants had clouded Tijashvi's judgment
00:32:19and urged his father to give a signal to act against them.
00:32:23Meanwhile, RJD veteran Shivanan Tiwari has slammed Lalu Yadav,
00:32:27accusing him of acting like blind king Dhritarashtra,
00:32:30blinded by his love for Tijashvi and obsessed with making him the next chief minister of Bihar.

00:35:21And in Bihar's daughter, there is a lot of support for the children.
00:35:24You should not be afraid of anyone.
00:35:27Lalo Yadav Ji should have to break his mouth for his son.

00:36:55The daughter has a kidney.
00:36:58This is not a good sign for her.
00:37:01It is not for her party or for her.
00:37:04It is not for us.
00:37:06But it does not mean that it is not for her party.
00:37:11I believe that it is not for her party.
00:37:13I believe that it is not for her party.
00:37:18It is not for her party.
00:37:20It is not for her party.
00:37:21It is for her party.
00:37:23It is for her party.
00:37:24I think she has always said that it is for her party.
00:37:26But I always said that it is for her party.
00:37:28It is for her party.
00:37:30I can't tell you.
00:38:00And my colleague Piyush Mishra is now joining us on this story.
00:38:11Piyush, after Rohini Acharya, now three more daughters of Lalu Yadav have left the house in Patna.
00:38:16Now the question that arises is that the party that was promising women's safety and security in the state just a few days ago
00:38:24is now finding it difficult to ensure the respect and well-being of their own daughters.
00:38:30Well, that's right Anjali, and similar sort of questions are being raised by the various political parties in Bihar,
00:38:39be it about BJP, LGP or their family associates, their close-eights, Sadhu Yadav, who is mama of Rohini Acharya,
00:38:47when he is coming out and questioning the same thing as to why Lalu Prasad Yadav has not been able to safeguard the respect of his own daughter.
00:38:56So various questions are now being asked.
00:38:58But as of now, nobody from Lalu family has spoken out anything, you know, be it about Tejasvi Yadav or Rabri Devi or Lalu Prasad Yadav himself.
00:39:07But yes, Tejasvi Yadav's old video is now doing rounds on social media where he is saying that,
00:39:15So that's the kind of message which Tejasvi Yadav is now sending out.
00:39:22We'll have to wait and watch. When will Lalu Prasad Yadav will speak on this and if Tejasvi Yadav is going to break his silence?
00:39:29Because the allegations was leveled by Rohini Acharya were very serious allegations where she went on to say that she was not only humiliated but was also disrespected.
00:39:39The family members in the house of Lalu Prasad Yadav tried to show slipper to her.
00:39:46So these are very serious allegations. Those are now coming to the fore.
00:39:49So BJP is raising a lot of questions on this and asking answers from Lalu Prasad Yadav.
00:39:56All right, Piyush, thank you for those details.
00:39:58But do stay with us.
00:39:59We'll now tell our viewers what exactly transpired at the Rabri Devi residence after the crushing defeat of the RJD in the Bihar elections.
00:40:08Now, Rohini and Tejasvi Yadav had a tiff over poll loss.
00:40:12It was an embarrassing defeat for the RJD in the recently concluded Bihar elections after which Rohini Acharya blamed Tejasvi Yadav's aid for the RJD poll drought.
00:40:23After which Tejasvi Yadav objected to sisters' babs at his aid and after which Rohini told Tejasvi that you always ignore our advice as far as the elections are concerned and you always consider the advice of your aides.
00:40:39After which Tejasvi Yadav got enraged and he tried to hit Rohini with a slipper.
00:40:44Remember, this has been claimed by none other than Rohini Acharya herself that Tejasvi Yadav tried to hit her with a slipper after she raised questions on his aid for the poll defeat.
00:40:55Now, Mother Rabri and Sister Misa tried to intervene to save Rohini while this was happening between Rohini Acharya and Tejasvi Yadav.
00:41:04And after which the shattered Rohini Acharya left for Delhi in a huff and she also posted on social media platform that she is cutting ties with her family and that she does not have a family although she has now clarified that she has only cut ties with Tejasvi Yadav.
00:41:21And my colleague Piyush continues to stay with us.
00:41:25Piyush, what was the reason for the three other daughters to leave their house in Patna?
00:41:31We saw Rohini Acharya leaving the house on Saturday and then one day later three more daughters of Lalu Yadav left the house.
00:41:38Well, actually, as of now, these three daughters have not spoken out anything on camera.
00:41:47But yes, we were there at the Patna airport where we grabbed those visuals of three more daughters leaving the house of Lalu Prasad Yadav.
00:41:54And this is certainly signifying that how the Pari war, the feud in Lalu Pariwar has now come out in the open where only Tejasvi Yadav is left in the house.
00:42:06Apart from that, Tejasvi Yadav who had earlier left and he had formed his own party, he is not residing there.
00:42:14Apart from that, we are also seeing how Rohini Acharya and various other daughters of Lalu Prasad Yadav,
00:42:20even they are not happy with the kind of decision making those are taking place in Lalu Pariwar.
00:42:25So now, three daughters have also left and it is certainly indicating that it is happening because of the feud which is now coming out in the open.
00:42:33You would also remember that Tejasvi Yadav and Rohini Acharya in the past have made serious allegations against Sanjay Yadav,
00:42:41saying that this is the same man because of him.
00:42:44A lot of problems not only in party politics are taking place but also in family taking place.
00:42:50But Tejasvi Yadav ensured that no actions are taken against Sanjay Yadav.
00:42:55But after the poll debacle of RGD in recent Bihar Assembly elections,
00:43:01we are now seeing how all the members, including Tejasvi Yadav, Rohini Acharya, three other daughters,
00:43:07they all are now raising questions over the integrity of Sanjay Yadav.
00:43:10We'll have to see when will this feud in the family of Lalu Prasad Yadav comes to an end
00:43:15and if Lalu Prasad Yadav himself is going to come out and speak on this massive development
00:43:22which is now taking place in his own family.
00:43:25Absolutely, Piyush, do stay with us.
00:43:27So a gripping family feud has erupted within the RJD Pariwar.
00:43:31At the centre of the chaos is Tejasvi Yadav and his two close aides, Sanjay Yadav and Rameez Neemat.
00:43:37Now Rameez Neemat Khan is an old friend of Tejasvi Yadav and a part of his core team.
00:43:42Their friendship extended from the cricket ground to politics.
00:43:45He has been accused of allegedly humiliating Lalu Yadav's daughter Rohini Acharya
00:43:49with her claiming that she was beaten with slippers by Tejasvi at his behest.
00:43:54Rameez is the son-in-law of former Samajwadi Party strongman Rizwan Zaheer.
00:43:59However, his profile is mired in controversy.
00:44:02He is facing multiple criminal cases including a murder charge for which he is currently out on bail.
00:44:08My colleague Santosh gets us this report from Balrampur.
00:44:11Take a look.
00:44:32He is a friend of Tejasvi Yadav and Rizwan Zaheer.
00:44:41He is a friend of Tejasvi Yadav and Rizwan Zaheer.
00:44:47foreign
00:45:17foreign
00:45:45foreign
00:46:15So Rameez and Sanjay Yadav are the two aides who have been named by Rohini Acharya and this is not the first time that these two have been named.
00:46:28In fact, earlier when there was a feud between the two brothers, Tejishwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav, then also Tej Pratap had made this allegation against Jai Chantz, what he calls Jai Chantz of the party and by Jai Chantz he was referring to these two men, Sanjay Yadav and Rameez Nemeth.
00:46:44And now Rohini Acharya, who is the sister of Tejishwi Yadav has also named these two people for her cutting ties with her brother Tejishwi Yadav.
00:46:53In fact, Tej Pratap Yadav has also reacted to this entire controversy and the family feud saying that he would tolerate the insult of her sister and he also said that he just needs a signal from Lalu Yadav to act against these Jai Chantz in the RJD.
00:47:09So Rameez Nemeth Khan is an old friend of Tejishwi Yadav and a part of his core team.
00:47:14Their friendship extended from the cricket ground to politics.
00:47:17He has been accused of allegedly humiliating Lalu Yadav's daughter Rohini Acharya with her claiming that she was beaten with the slippers by Tejishwi Yadav at the behest of the aid.
00:47:29And we're now getting some breaking news.

00:49:00NDA Sarkar 2.0 will be taking oath on this Thursday.
00:49:04And Prime Minister Modi himself will be attending this grand swearing-in ceremony in Patna.
00:49:09In fact, not just the Prime Minister, but Chief Ministers also of the BJP-ruled states will be in attendance.
00:49:15So after a thumping victory in the state of Bihar in the recently concluded Assembly elections,
00:49:25now we're learning that the NDA Sarkar will be taking oath on 20th of November.
00:49:31That is this Thursday.
00:49:33And Nithish Kumar is all set to take oath on Thursday.
00:49:38So formation of the new NDA government in Bihar is accelerating.
00:49:44And the grand swearing-in ceremony will be held on 20th of November at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
00:49:51My colleague Piyush Mishra is now joining us with more details on this.
00:49:54Piyush, we're learning that the grand swearing-in ceremony in Bihar is going to be held on 20th of November.
00:50:00Give us more details.
00:50:01Well, that's right, Anjali.
00:50:03What we're now learning is that the oath-taking ceremony will take place in Patna at Gandhi in Nagaan at 11.30 a.m.
00:50:09That's what we are now given to understand.
00:50:11And the PM Rajendra Modi will also be participating in this oath-taking ceremony.
00:50:15Remember that today the cabinet meeting of Nithish government will take place,
00:50:18where he is likely to recommend to dissolve the current government of NDA.
00:50:24And after that, we will see as to how, in a day or two, the meeting of legislative parties of both the parties,
00:50:31J.D.U. and BJP, will take place.
00:50:33And then they are going to elect their respective leaders.
00:50:35And after the election of their respective leaders,
00:50:37we will also see the meeting of NDA, in which they are going to elect the next chief minister of Bihar.
00:50:44So after all these processes are completed,
00:50:46the oath-taking ceremony will take place in Gandhi Maidan in Patna,
00:50:49where Narendra Modi will also be participating.
00:50:51I think it is going to be a grand ceremony.
00:50:53And what we are also learning from our sources is that
00:50:55various NDA leaders from different states will also be invited for this grand oath-taking ceremony.
00:51:02So now the confirmation has come in.
00:51:06Earlier we were also seeing how the preparations were taking place at Gandhi Maidan
00:51:10and multiple deliberations and meetings were taking place in Delhi.
00:51:13And after that, it has now finally been decided that oath-taking ceremony will take place
00:51:17in Patna's Gandhi Maidan, where top leaders will be present.
00:51:22And Narendra Modi will be the chief guest during this oath-taking ceremony.

00:53:04After which, Nitish Kumar will proceed to Raj Bhavan.
00:53:08And he will be submitting his resignation to the governor.
00:53:12My colleague Piyush Mishra is also now joining us with more details on this.
00:53:16Piyush, we are learning that there is going to be a cabinet meeting of Nitish Kumar at 11.30 a.m.
00:53:21Give us more details what all is on the agenda.
00:53:24Well, that is the process of, you know, if you form the new government, then these processes
00:53:29are to be followed that the Indian government resigns and it gets dissolved.
00:53:35And that is the process which is going to be followed.
00:53:37What we are told is that at 11.30 a.m.
00:53:39of the cabinet meeting has been called by Nitish Kumar where he is going to dissolve the cabinet.
00:53:44And after that, he will go to the governor's house and he is going to submit his resignation
00:53:50from the post of the chief minister of Bihar.
00:53:54And after the resignation, what we are told is that first the meeting of the JBU or the
00:53:59legislative party will take place and then BJP leaders will meet.
00:54:03They are going to elect their respective leaders of the house.
00:54:06And after the election of these two leaders, we will see the Indian meeting also that we
00:54:09express in that Indian meeting, the leader of the house who will certainly be the next
00:54:13chief minister of Bihar that will be elected.
00:54:15And after the new chief minister is elected, we will see the oath-taking ceremony that will
00:54:20take place on 20th of November.
00:54:23What we are told is that the Marian Ramudhi is going to be in the part of this oath-taking
00:54:28ceremony.
00:54:29We also remember what the European Marian Ramudhi had said during his last rally where he had
00:54:34told to the people of Bihar that, you know, he is going back to Delhi but he will come
00:54:40back to Patna only during the oath-taking ceremony.
00:54:42This oath-taking ceremony is now ready to happen on November 20th, where the new India government
00:54:48will be formed.
00:54:49As of now, it has not been decided who will be the next chief minister.
00:54:52Multiple deliberations are taking place in BJP camp, in Jadu camp and also in LJP, where
00:54:59they are still, you know, focusing as to who will be the next chief minister of Bihar.
00:55:04Yes, BJP leaders and various leaders are now saying that Nithish Kumar will be the chief
00:55:11minister.
00:55:12As under his leadership, the elections have been formed.

00:55:52Operation D6 by the Jaish terrorists and Operation D6 has been decoded by the agencies.
00:55:58So, Jaish was planning Operation D6 that has been revealed after interrogating terrorists
00:56:02arrested in Faridabad and Jammu and Kashmir.
00:56:06According to sources, this Jaish module was planning a major attack on December 6th.
00:56:11The attack would have been a suicide attack carried out using a car.
00:56:15So, arrested Dr. Shaheen and a terrorist, Umar, killed outside the Red Fort,
00:56:20were particularly involved in the preparations of this plan, Operation D6,
00:56:26and explosives were therefore procured on a large scale in Faridabad.
00:56:31Umar had tried to prepare other young men for the suicide attack as well
00:56:35and was also brainwashing them.
00:56:37Umar had contacted some of the young men he was brainwashing.
00:56:42The agencies have reached them and are interrogating them as well.
00:56:46The agencies have also found some information regarding Operation D6 in the diaries
00:56:50of the arrested terrorist Shaheen and other terrorists have also been found.
00:56:55So, that's the Operation D6 by the Jaish that has been decoded by the agencies.

01:01:35but it will not be able to do that, that it will not be able to do that.
01:01:39Delhi and Iyodhya have been able to get input before it will be able to do that.
01:01:43So, this is not going to be able to do that.
01:01:45The interrogation, which are the eight accused,
01:01:49the joint interrogation, the police and NIA,
01:01:53these two are interrogate.
01:01:55Kaldiji, NIA, they have 14-15 years ago,
01:01:58but the operation D6, Delhi and Iyodhya,
01:02:02they have been able to do that in Iyodhya.
01:02:07Yes, Arvind, we are here with you.
01:02:10So, the Delhi blast probe has entered a crucial phase
01:02:13and we just now told you about the big operation D6
01:02:17that has been decoded by the agencies.
01:02:20And this was being planned by the Jais terrorists.
01:02:23Now, the NIA is investigating the Delhi blast as a suicide attack
01:02:26and is treating Dr. Umar Nabi as the suicide bomber.
01:02:30The central agency has made its first major arrest in the case.
01:02:34Dr. Umar's close aide, Aamir Rashid Ali, a resident of Kashmir,
01:02:37has been arrested by the agency
01:02:39and played a direct role in planning the attack.
01:02:42He allegedly helped Umar purchase the I-20 car in Delhi,
01:02:46a vehicle registered under Aamir's name
01:02:48and is believed to have conspired with him to execute the blast.
01:02:51So far, 13 doctors have been arrested in connection with the Delhi blast case.
01:02:57And my colleague Arvind Oja continues to stay with us.
01:03:01Arvind, Aamir Rashid Ali ka arrest,
01:03:03what is the case for this investigation?
01:03:11Dikha, Lal ke liye ke baar,
01:03:23I-20 car, which is blasted, the one owner, he's got his suicide attack.
01:03:29He had a car that was of course not.
01:03:33The real owner was the real owner of the car.
01:03:39It was the real owner of Amir Rashid Ali.
01:03:41The new development was the real doctor's.
01:03:49So that's the big update that is coming
01:04:19And now the big question is that
01:04:21If the Red Fort Blast was a Fidain attack
01:04:24Or a suicide attack
01:04:26So the NIA is now probing the Delhi Blast case
01:04:29As a suicide attack
01:04:31The NIA is treating Dr. Umar as a suicide bomber
01:04:35And it has also made its first arrest
01:04:37In the Delhi Blast case
01:04:39It has arrested Kashmir resident Amir Rashid Ali
01:04:42Who was a close aide of Dr. Umar Nabi
01:04:45Amir conspired with Dr. Umar
01:04:47To carry out this attack outside Red Fort
01:04:50The I-20 car has been registered
01:04:52Under Amir Rashid's name
01:04:55And he is the one who facilitated
01:04:58The I-20 car purchase in Delhi
01:05:00And handed over to Dr. Umar Nabi
01:05:02The car was later used by Dr. Umar
01:05:05To execute the Delhi Blast outside Red Fort
01:05:08And in the sensational and mysterious murder
01:05:14Of a key accused in the TTD donation scam
01:05:17Cops have made a major breakthrough
01:05:19CCTV visuals show Satish Kumar
01:05:22Arriving at a Guntakal railway station
01:05:24At 11.50pm
01:05:25And parking his bike in the station's parking lot
01:05:28Police have located the bike at the same spot
01:05:30And confirmed that the former TTD officer
01:05:33Later boarded the Raila Seema Express
01:05:36From the station
01:05:37The TTD's former assistant vigilants
01:05:39And security officer Satish Kumar
01:05:41Was later found dead
01:05:42Under suspicious circumstances
01:05:44Near the railway tracks in Tadi Patri
01:05:47Now treating the incident
01:05:49As a possible homicide
01:05:50Police have registered a murder case
01:05:52And formed 12 special investigation teams
01:05:55To probe the death
01:05:56This is the same TTD donation scam
01:05:58Where officers were accused
01:06:00Of stealing cash from donation offerings
01:06:02And act caught on camera
01:06:04Now one of the key accused
01:06:05Has been found dead
01:06:06Remember it was Nara Lokesh
01:06:08Who had posted this CCTV footage
01:06:10From 2023
01:06:11Highlighting a masked TTT officer
01:06:14Siphoning of bundles of cash
01:06:16From the donations
01:06:17BJP leader and TTD board member
01:06:19Banu Kumar
01:06:20Has also flagged major irregularities
01:06:22In Satish Kumar's death
01:06:23Which from the cops perspective
01:06:25Is now being probed as a murder
01:06:27And with that
01:06:33It's a wrap on this bulletin
01:06:34Thank you for watching India Today
