00:08you're saying that the fail of this most expensive bond from the government,

00:14it goes with this development of the referendum but also development of the propaganda.

00:20What is the outcome of this money?

00:22There are millions of dollars spent in public relationships

00:27into buying, voting.

00:30There's no proper strategy for the conducting of Ecuador

00:34and there's a lot of things to use this money from the public,

00:38and it's not being used inefficiently.

00:41They're not doing the proper use, but on the top of that,

00:46to pay the debt of the dialysis unit,

00:51we have more than 1,000 renal patients in the dialysis clinics,

00:58and the next could be also to fix the educational infrastructure.

01:03We have more than 4,000 young adults that go out of the educational system,

01:10and we know now that the 60% that the criminal bans are formed by young persons

01:19to rescue them is fundamental.

01:21We could have get the medicines to save life from the Ecuadorians.

01:25Almost the half of the population is from poverty to extreme poverty,

01:29going to the public hospitals, and as a result, we don't have even cirrhizias.

01:34There are no meds. That's the proper use of the resources.

01:38The infrastructure from the streets, we have more and more debt by traffic accidents

01:45because of the infrastructure.

01:47The roads and the state highways are reducing.

01:50The 60% did fail and more.

01:54We have more ideas of investment, but they don't have how to manage the state.

01:59The state, they only know about propaganda, and that's why the entire Ecuador

02:04is saying no to Ecuador. It's saying against it.

02:08And it's an abrupt fail what this government has now after this whole investment into the campaign.
