In an exclusive interview with TeleSUR, Luisa González, President of Ecuador's Citizen Revolution Party, delivers a sharp critique of the Noboa government's management. She asserts that the administration is not steering Ecuador in the right direction, highlighting a critical lack of expertise within its cabinet. González specifically targets the Interior Ministry, responsible for national security, revealing it has used barely 4% of its budget while the country faces a severe violence crisis, ranking as the second most violent in the world. She concludes that the government is surrounded by friends, not experts, and that changing the entire cabinet with experienced personnel is an urgent necessity for the country to move forward.

00:00And we go live with the president of the Revolution Party of Ecuador, Luisa Gonzalez,
00:05because Telesur is interviewing here right now.
00:09So let's listen to her.
00:11Do you know the management of the private sector lessened the public sector?
00:17And when it's due, it destroyed the country.
00:20And I have to say that from my analysis, I'm not seeing really to go straight to a proper way to the Ecuador.
00:28I'm not seeing any sides of the Nouveau conducting in a proper way to the homeland.
00:36It doesn't have a proper team.
00:39And the people that is in front of different administrations, like, by example, the Interior Ministry,
00:46which depends on the security of the state, is not doing a good use of the resources and investment.
00:53And he barely has used a full percent of the budget.
00:56And he doesn't have a strategic knowledge man, the minister in front.
01:03And I have to say, it's just Bachelet doesn't have the experience, the technique, the knowledge man about the security of the state.
01:11He's surrounded by friends, but not experts in a country as Ecuador, with the violence levels being the second,
01:18the violence, the violent, the more violent in the world, babies from nine months to two years has been a murder in the hands of violence.
01:30He needs people with a lot of experience.
01:33And we're not having that as a country now.
01:35And we need Ecuador to move forward.
01:38And in a government as the Nouveau, we'll have to change all the cabinet and get around the people with experience.
01:45And we're not seeing that in actual time.
