00:53And he barely has used a full percent of the budget.

00:56And he doesn't have a strategic knowledge man, the minister in front.

01:03And I have to say, it's just Bachelet doesn't have the experience, the technique, the knowledge man about the security of the state.

01:11He's surrounded by friends, but not experts in a country as Ecuador, with the violence levels being the second,

01:18the violence, the violent, the more violent in the world, babies from nine months to two years has been a murder in the hands of violence.

01:30He needs people with a lot of experience.

01:33And we're not having that as a country now.

01:35And we need Ecuador to move forward.
