In an exclusive interview with TeleSUR, Luisa González, president of Ecuador's Citizen Revolution party, offers a powerful analysis of President Daniel Noboa's current administration. The political leader denounces the lack of experience and poor management of resources in key ministries such as the Interior, highlighting the use of only 4% of the budget for security in a country facing critical levels of violence. González describes the referendum result as an abrupt failure and a resounding no for Daniel Noboa's government, interpreting it as a citizen mandate that marks a new historic path for the country.

00:00And we go live with the president of the Revolution Party of Ecuador, Teresa Gonzalez,
00:12because Telesur is interviewing here right now. So let's listen to her.
00:18Do you know the management of the private sector lessened the public sector?
00:23And when it's doing it, it destroys the country. And I have to say that from my analysis, I'm not seeing really to go straight to a proper way to the Ecuador.
00:35I'm not seeing any sides of the Nuboa conducting in a proper way to the homeland.
00:43It doesn't have a proper team. And the people that is in front of different administrations,
00:49like, by example, the interior ministry, which depends on the security of the state,
00:55is not doing a good use of the resources and investment.
00:59And he barely has used a full percent of the budget.
01:03And he doesn't have a strategic acknowledgement, the minister in front.
01:09And I have to say, it's just Bachelet doesn't have the experience, the technique,
01:14the acknowledgement about the security of the state, is surrounded by friends,
01:19but not experts in a country as Ecuador, with the violence levels being the second,
01:26the violence, the violent, the more violent in the world.
01:30Babies from nine months to two years has been a murder in the hands of violence.
01:37He needs people with a lot of experience.
01:39And we're not having that as a country now.
01:41And we need Ecuador to move forward.
01:44And in a government as the Nuboa, we'll have to change all the cabinet
01:48and get around the big people with experience.
01:51And we're not seeing that in actual time.
01:56The victory from a human face, from this human perspective,
02:02Mrs. Luisa Gonzalez, you're saying that the fail of this most expensive bond from the government,
02:09it goes with this development of the referendum, but also development of the propaganda.
02:16What is the outcome of this money?
02:18There are millions of dollars spent in public relationships, into buying, voting.
02:26There's no proper strategy for the conducting of Ecuador.
02:30And there's a lot of things to use this money from the public.
02:34And it's not being used inefficiently.
02:37They're not doing the proper use.
02:41But on the top of that, to pay the debt of the dialysis unit,
02:47we have more than 1,000 of renal patients in the dialysis clinics.
02:54And the next could be also to fix the educational infrastructure.
02:59We have more than 4,000 young adults that go out of the educational system.
03:06And we know now that the 60% that the criminal bans are formed by young persons
03:15to rescue them is fundamental.
03:17So we could have get the medicines to save life from the Ecuadorians.
03:22Almost a half of the population is from poverty to extreme poverty,
03:26going to the public hospitals.
03:28And as a result, we don't have even syringes.
03:31There are no meds.
03:32That's the proper use of the resources.
03:35The infrastructure from the streets,
03:38we have more and more debt by traffic accidents
03:41because of the infrastructure.
03:43The roads and the state highways are reducing.
03:46The 60% did fail and more.
03:50We have more ideas of investment,
03:53but they don't have to manage the state.
03:56They only know about propaganda.
03:58And that's why the entire Ecuador is saying no to Ecuador.
04:02It's saying against it.
04:04And it's an abrupt fail what this government has now
04:09after this whole investment into the campaign.
04:13This flagrant no in this referendum is marking a fail.
04:18One of the strongest ones in the political history of Ecuador,
04:22Mrs. Lisa Gonzalez.
04:24The citizenship of Ecuador is marching on a new road.
04:28This is a new historic way from this country.
04:31What are the challenges for this citizen revolution?
04:35This is marking a new history in the country.
04:39A new start from the homeland.
04:42The citizen revolution is keep demanding to Novoa
04:47to comply with the constitution of Ecuador
04:51that is giving rights and forbidden
04:55like he is pretending to do in this country.
05:00What's next is Ecuador is saying that once a system of welfare,
05:09a universal medical,
05:11we don't have bad conditions in the work system.
05:16And we're going to demand from the citizen revolution
05:19revolution to comply with the constitution of the republic
05:22to warranty the life through a public health system,
05:28through the education,
05:30which is the mean through the wish we can get out of the poverty
05:34to break the cycle of poverty in a free way.
05:39And a lot of more things about what the constitution,
05:43more than the constitution say,
05:44we're going to demand the complicate.
05:48A lot of people say that that's not only the developmentation
05:52of the referendum,
05:53but it's going also through a process
05:55also recognized by the constitution.
05:57What is true is what the resources going through there
06:00in the middle of a national strike
06:02that took the life of three people.
06:04We're facing to the crimes of state
06:07and you're well-versed in this team.
06:10What should also face the government
06:14worse speaking about situations
06:16that don't linger to others?
06:20Nadia Novoa will answer to the justice
06:22at some point through the case of the Malvinas Island?
06:28Daniel Novoa is going to have to answer
06:31by the crimes.
06:34And in the case of the four kids of the Malvinas Island,
06:40there are four kids,
06:41one of them 11 years,
06:42that were detainees by the public forces,
06:45by military,
06:45bitten,
06:49torture,
06:50bullet,
06:53and murder.
06:55And when they were found,
06:57burn in the office,
06:59he is running out,
07:01that they don't even have their organs.
07:03That's a state crime,
07:04one of the worst
07:06committed
07:08in a worldwide level.
07:10And these children
07:11as well,
07:12they were disappearing
07:13in the hands
07:14of the people
07:15that should take care of them.
07:17The government of Nadia Novoa
07:19have tried
07:19to silence
07:21the situation
07:22and at the top of that,
07:23speaking against
07:25these people,
07:26this
07:26crime
07:27won't prescribe
07:30and he will have to answer
07:32likewise in the middle
07:34of the protest.
07:35We have the recorders
07:36of the shooting
07:38of innocent people
07:40murdered
07:42through three brothers
07:43to native

07:47in Imbabura,
07:49but also
07:50we have
07:52people that
07:52by the
07:56strong repression
07:56of the government
07:57of Nadia Novoa

08:03that he took away
