00:00The Booster Monday Children's Hospital in Kingston, Jamaica is now the beneficiary of a wide range of medical equipment valued at US$30,000, courtesy Caribbean Health Access Consultants based in Trinidad.
00:14Among the items donated were procedure trolleys, CPAP systems, cribs, incubators, oxygen regulators, patient monitors and resuscitators.
00:26Four of the island's major pediatric centers have been impacted by Hurricane Melissa.
00:32Officials at Bustamante Hospital expressed deep appreciation for the donation, noting its vital role in helping staff manage the increased patient load following the hurricane.
