00:36if I told you it was a three bed two bathroom house okay okay okay and get some great reactions
00:44wow this is lovely oh this is definitely more like it yeah I love the space I check out a healthy
00:52hideaway in the hills welcome when I asked you was there a spa I was kidding yep it's
00:59not a joke this is just another level but at the end of the day do I find my house hunters their
01:05perfect place in the sun the sea view yes we see the sea and we see the mountains on that side I know
01:18having recently celebrated 42 years of marriage Shiketi and Nitesh are ready to make waves in their
01:24retirement by finding their dream holiday home on the Costa del Sol where their shared passion for
01:30each other and the Spanish lifestyle will shine through although now both retired Nitesh and
01:37Shiketi previously co-owned a successful IT company and a real team at home and at work
01:43we met um you were you knocked on my front door to handle a key for my brother that's right yeah
01:50yeah so there she was she opened the door on me and that's how we met they've explored all over
01:59Spain on various family holidays but it's the country's southern coastline that draws them back
02:04time and time again the couple have two grown-up children that have started families of their own
02:09so think now is the perfect time to pursue their dream of purchasing their very own bolt hole in
02:15the sun working with a budget of 300 000 pounds after a flight into Malaga's airport also known as
02:23the gateway to the Costa del Sol it's roughly an hour's drive to the western end that's generally
02:29defined as everywhere between Marbella and Soto Grande there's a handful of well-known spots at this
02:35quieter end of the sunshine coast such as san luis de sabinillas home to a great beach and promenade
02:42and puerto de la duquesa with its stunning marina lined with bars and restaurants all offering a
02:48wonderful mix of traditional spanish life alongside all the usual holiday activities at the western
02:54end of Costa del Sol there's currently a bit of a property shortage although a construction boom is
03:00underway finding a three-bedroom beachfront property for less than 600 000 pounds is quite challenging
03:07but fortunately if you know where to look there are still some affordable options
03:12to find out exactly what these two are after we're meeting on the beach in san luis de sabinillas for a
03:18chat welcome to spain's Costa del Sol how are you both feeling great thank you very excited what is it
03:26about this area that you love so much we just like spain as a country um and my son sort of said you
03:33know if we're going to buy in spain it's going to be this area only we have two children and two
03:37grandchildren and i think it'd be lovely for them to come out here in the sun and enjoy everything as
03:44well here it's very exciting we are going to have a fantastic search but i'd like to know what it is you
03:50are really looking for i'd like to see like a sea view when i wake up in the morning a great big
03:57balcony or a garden in terms of outside space a nice barbecue place you know space for dining area
04:04we'd need a communal pool as well we would like um three bedroom uh two bathrooms minimum hopefully open
04:12plan kitchen sitting room and in terms of area have you got anything in mind we would want to be able to
04:20walk to the bars and restaurants it needs to be close to the sea i know you've got a budget guys
04:25of 300 000 pounds yeah do you have any wiggle room yes we could do um another 20 25 000 uh pounds on top
04:34of that which we may need to tap into if we were to find you something that was a little bit more than
04:40that can you stretch any more it depends what it is i mean we could probably stretch a little bit more
04:46but obviously we don't want to stretch too much more maximum i think 350. okay so if i did find
04:51you something that literally did tick everything on your list yeah yeah maybe we could go to 350 000
04:58pounds it's good to know that that's there prices really have started to rocket around here so to
05:03have that little bit extra will really help me with the search okay lovely i have got some fantastic
05:08things in mind for you great excited excited excited yeah should we get going and have a look around
05:14yeah yes feeling good yeah let's go let's go as these two want to be as close to the coast as possible
05:22and have everything within walking distance i've got a real challenge on my hands here even with that
05:27juicy budget to kick things off we're taking a short stroll to puerto de la duquesa a standout location
05:34where i'm sure they'll be spending plenty of time so this is a really beautiful place with many boats
05:41and restaurants do you two enjoy your food enjoy going out for dinner we do yes yes the variety of
05:47restaurants is really good all around here as well well that's why i wanted to bring you here because
05:51it's all about the variety one of the great things is that you could hire a boat here for up to six
05:57people for about 160 pounds an hour so you could actually take the family out for the afternoon off you
06:03go on a boat and just have a really lovely boat trip that's right yeah do you like boating i love
06:08boating yeah and i mean this is tempting me to buy a boat as well well you didn't you didn't have that
06:13you've just thrown that one in there and the first property is a five minute drive from here oh that's
06:20nice lovely this is somewhere you could all spend a lot of time yes are you ready yeah let's go yeah
06:26i'm sure there's another show out there that can help nitesh with the boat but it's a property i'm
06:31focusing on and one i have in mind is a short drive or 30 minute walk up the coast in marina
06:38de casares if these two want to be right on the coast check out the view from the communal pool
06:44so here we are what do you think so far with the swimming pool it's lovely it's amazing yeah it's
06:50really nice absolutely beautiful i'm hoping perfect for your family because this complex is shared with
06:57only 15. oh is that all wow and they're lovely families that have bought when these were built 20
07:03years ago okay okay i really like the look of the whole place and everything so far now the property
07:10is literally there so you can tiptoe out have a morning dip or go in the sea yeah yeah amazing
07:18amazing so do you want to see more you want to see the apartment yes please what if i told you it
07:23wasn't an apartment what if i told you it was a three bed two bathroom house oh okay okay okay on
07:30three levels on three levels you want to go and have a look at the property yes yeah come on
07:40so come through nice nice oh that's a nice reaction yeah so i would say this is the back entrance
07:48what do you think of the uh private little garden looks nice patio space as well there which is
07:55quite nice nice it's got a bit of grass but low maintenance yes that's right yeah yeah so the price
08:02is just under 327 and a half thousand pounds the agent has told me it's negotiable to the top end
08:09okay okay and i do think there's room for a little bit of maneuver as well okay okay okay so it sits
08:17comfortably for you guys yeah yeah nice it does yeah yeah absolutely that sounds i bet you're itching
08:22to go inside yeah as well as the communal pool and that private garden there's a roof terrace with views
08:31over the pool to the beach and the living and dining room is on the ground floor as is the separate
08:38kitchen with a courtyard utility space and a downstairs toilet up a level are two double bedrooms and a
08:45bathroom then up another is the main bedroom so straight into the lounge okay yes what do you think
08:55of the space a bit small small yes okay maybe they've probably just got too much furniture yeah yeah
09:03yeah and in terms of the look the feel yeah the decoration the floor is really nice so yeah marble
09:11floors throughout which i think are really neutral absolutely also all the walls are white so you can
09:17blank canvas that's right yeah should we go upstairs and look at the bedroom yes let's do that
09:22so yeah yeah it's quite quite big isn't it the room yeah now this room size okay this is one of the three
09:33bedrooms i would say the biggest okay okay i mean on a lovely sunny bright day you know you're going to
09:38get a lot of natural lighting that's right yeah so i'm going to send you off to have a good old look around
09:44okay and then meet up with you later on sure have a chat yeah lovely thank you
09:51do you know what i can't really call it at the moment i think the location really does hit the spot
09:56they have said they'd like it a bit bigger but i'm quite excited to see their reactions
10:02when they have looked around the rest of the property especially
10:05the stairs this is quite spacious isn't it yeah big window there as well yeah you've got water
10:16space at all yeah it's back there yeah well this is nice yeah yeah it's lovely isn't it like the
10:25utility room there as well yeah if you are gonna make it into open plan yeah yeah yeah probably you
10:33have to use a utility room this three-story house right on the beach has three bedrooms and is on the
10:40market for just under 327 and a half thousand pounds
10:47guys what have you two done to the weather we didn't bring it we didn't order it you brought the
10:54rain with you now listen i'm going to completely ignore this because i want to ask you what do you
11:00think of this space top floor outside solarium the view from here is just absolutely amazing
11:08gorgeous it's just incredible it's nice so what did you think for the rest of the property the kitchen
11:14and the bedrooms it's it needs a lot of work doing which we haven't really considered really considered
11:20that one but what you were hoping for yes location is absolutely brilliant we just need it to be modern
11:29inside as well so would you say this is a contender no really no no no even with that but the view is
11:37absolutely spot on i have got something in mind should we go and have a look yes let's go thank you
11:42yeah while i'm pleased they like the location at least we're towards the top of their wiggle room
11:48here already so if they want a bigger property in better condition we're going to have to step back
11:53from the coast a little but before doing that we're heading back to san luis the sabanillas as it's only
11:59a short walk from here to check out another coastal highlight this is such a fantastic promenade
12:05it goes for a few miles and of course all the way along you've got shops bars restaurants is this
12:12somewhere you would like to come lovely yes yes definitely absolutely it's really really nice but
12:18it's a little bit windy mind you the sea looks very inviting i think we should go in for a quick swim
12:25i'll follow you so the property i'm taking you to now is a 15 minute walk okay okay can we drive
12:32no we're gonna walk come on it's this way okay coming up if nitesh and shukesi want more inside
12:42and modern space my next property has exactly that
12:53today i'm house hunting in southern spain on the western costa del sol with shukesi and nitesh hoping to
13:00find their perfect holiday home so far i am not off to the best start but i'm hoping to impress them
13:06with the interior and the space of my next property as despite the beachfront location they felt that
13:13the first place was lacking in both it was also on the market towards the top of their budget of 325 000
13:20pounds although they did say they could stretch as far as 350 000 for perfection we're staying in marina
13:27the casares for our next place but heading to an urbanization just under a 10 minute walk from the
13:33beach this time to show shukesi and nitesh a property with that extra space and a more modern feel
13:40we are five minutes from ancha beach and this is the communal pool area okay okay what do you think of
13:47it around here location is nice the pool is a little bit smaller than uh previously but i do like the round
13:53shape and uh the steps kept walking into it there it's really nice actually so there are 24 properties
14:00within this community and it was built around 30 years ago okay okay looks pretty good doesn't it
14:07yeah the property i'm showing you is literally just down there okay okay should we go and have a look
14:12yeah yes come on then so here we have i would say a bold corner plot semi-detached house okay i like it
14:24i like that front door it's very traditional traditional yeah yeah yeah the interior i would say doesn't
14:30reflect the spanish exterior it's what's inside that we all really really want to see three bedrooms two
14:37bathrooms it's on the market for just under three hundred and two thousand pounds oh wow okay okay
14:44should we go in yeah yeah as well as that communal pool this place has a huge ground floor terrace
14:52perfect for family get-togethers and an upstairs balcony with views down to the pool
14:58inside it's certainly more modern than our last with a living and dining room that leads to a separate
15:04kitchen once again all three bedrooms are doubles and the main has a dressing room space and an ensuite
15:10shower room there's also a small office another shower room and a separate toilet
15:19into the lounge space which i was hoping you would feel was hitting the mark this is hitting the mark yes
15:25definitely good yes this is definitely hitting the mark yeah no i like this this is much much better
15:32than the previous property yes yeah definitely floor to ceiling glass yeah got a great view of the
15:37terrace out there yeah the terrace is nice actually i mean i i love the way they've done the terrace uh
15:43with the sofas going all across would you change anything not really no perhaps have a bigger tv
15:50but that would be about it really yeah should we see some more yes yeah come on then yeah let's go
15:55so we have one of the three bedrooms and lots of storage space in here yes i mean so much storage
16:07space behind me a double wardrobe there's a dressing area here oh wow with the aircon unit yes two
16:15wardrobes there yeah this one has the ensuite it's quite modern this yeah compared to the previous property
16:21this is definitely hitting the mark yeah and it's a much bigger as well could you imagine bringing
16:27your family here and your grandchildren staying over in the summer yes definitely yes yes yes i think
16:33they would like this much better well i'm gonna let you two go and have a look around you can go off
16:39upstairs and then i'll meet you two downstairs on the terrace okay lovely have a nice time thank you
16:44i am so pleased they feel this is an improvement i feel that they really like the interior decor and space
16:59i just don't feel they love it that's my call
17:03oh this is nice up here yeah it's a lovely view isn't it it's a lovely view yeah nice oh you can see
17:13the pool from here as well yeah gorgeous i like this space yeah it's beautiful yeah wow this is nice
17:20isn't it yeah it's nice it's nicely nicely done nicely done yeah yeah yeah very contemporary nice lovely
17:29space space this corner house with its large terrace has three bedrooms and is on the market
17:35just a touch above shukesi and nitesh's ideal budget at just over three hundred and one and a
17:40half thousand pounds ah hi how did you get on what did you think of the kitchen it's oh it's fabulous
17:49fabulous much improvement than um the previous property i thought you'd like that really nice very
17:55contemporary yeah stylish yeah and the upstairs space roof terrace roof terrace absolutely fabulous
18:02yes yes yes but we can only see a little bit of the sea we want to see more of the sea you want
18:07to see more of the sea yeah well obviously i've spoiled you with the previous property which we
18:13had that fantastic view but there was too much work yes i feel you're holding back from me a little
18:19bit okay and you're liking everything yeah but i don't think you're loving it am i right in saying
18:26that yes absolutely yes i think um the property itself is lovely um but you need to put this property
18:33where the previous property was so you want that sea view with a more contemporary modern style that's
18:38right yes i'm going to ask you is this a contender it's a 50 50 at the moment we're still thinking
18:45about it so it's not like we don't like it but uh it's not a definite it's not a definite yes no
18:51let's not give up hope just yet guys i think i know what you want i'm going to stick with the modern
18:56contemporary possibly a little bit more new build should we go and have a look yes yes please yeah
19:04if i'm honest the market is moving very quickly here and i'm struggling to find that combination of a
19:09modern finish and space for the family right by the coast i'm keeping my ear to the ground but reckon
19:15i'm on to something with my next property we're stopping at the local beach on the way oh guys look
19:22at this this is called a player el limite which means it's the last beach of malaga before you get to
19:30cadiz okay i mean look it's stunning isn't it yes it's lovely it's nice and secluded are you beachy people
19:37a little bit a little bit yeah yeah yeah we do like coming but we don't like it when it's too
19:42crowded yeah so i think this will be a really beautiful peaceful quiet beach now the property
19:47that i'm showing you is a 10 minute walk from here wow but the great thing is there's a little underpass
19:54that goes under the road and it's all covered so you can walk from the property to the beach within 10
19:59minutes along the underpass which is just there yeah this would be your local beach okay excellent
20:05looking forward to it should we go yeah hopefully we won't get too wet keep smiling if the rain might
20:11stop that's it yeah
20:16coming up i'm hoping to really wow shukesi and nitesh with a very modern property complete with a sea view
20:23today i'm at the western end of spain's beautiful costa del sol helping nitesh and shukesi find their
20:36dream holiday home and so far neither of the properties we've seen have hit the mark our first
20:42had a great location right on the beach but was too small and needed too much updating for them
20:48our second this corner house a 10 minute walk from the beach had the space and the finish but my
20:53house hunters are really keen to have a show-stopping sea view even with their budget of up to 350 000
21:00pounds i'm struggling to find them the perfect property but i have another in mind that's a 10
21:06minute walk away but with a cracking sea view it's in punta de la tierra a coastal town that's more
21:13residential than our previous locations but still with all the amenities you'd need while it's not
21:19the most affordable place property wise as we're close to the popular resort town of soto grande
21:24i found a great option here so this gated development yes this has only been built five
21:32years ago yeah i like the development it's nice and new location wise it does have the beach yes which
21:38is just over there yeah you get there by foot in 10 minutes okay you've also got the community
21:44swimming pool underground secure parking so this is a new townhouse and something i want to tell you
21:50now is it's hardly been used it was the original show flat oh right so the owners have hardly used it
21:58yes they do want a quick sale so it comes with everything inside included and the price just under
22:05323 and a half thousand pounds okay okay so it is within your budget yeah maybe a little bit
22:12negotiable we'll have to see yeah do you want to see inside yes let's go let's go let's go as well as
22:19that communal pool and parking space this three-bedroom townhouse has a ground floor terrace and balcony at
22:25the back but for me it's all about the spacious modern interior with a living and dining room that leads
22:32through to the kitchen with a utility the master suite with access to the balcony has a dressing area
22:39nicely separated off by built-in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room there are two more bedrooms
22:46rooms and a family bathroom so wow this is lovely oh goody this is definitely more like it yes i love the space
22:59love the space yes yes yeah yeah yeah i like the little terrace outside as well it's just right
23:04so yes it's very new open plan yes yes yes all the furniture that you see everything everything
23:13will be included yes okay okay a kitchen that i think you might like yes it's very nice furnishings
23:20wise do you like it the flooring yeah yes always lovely the furniture is nice yeah just just right it's
23:26so overpowering and on a sunny day the light in here is incredible yes yes i can imagine that i will
23:34take you out there and we can chat a little bit more about the new development that's going on in
23:38front yeah lovely should we have a look yes please i know you're excited to see what's out there oh yeah
23:49still raining beautiful it is lovely so these new builds that are currently being built yeah the eye
23:55line and the roof line will go no further than what you can see okay okay in front they're just porter
24:01cabins that will be gone because they're just there for the builders at the moment this uh feels a lot
24:07better than the previous two yes definitely and in fact these views are incredible they're even better
24:14from upstairs okay okay should we go up and have a look yeah let's do that beautiful so nice sort of
24:27semi-partition yeah yeah and you've got the ensuite and you've got a balcony yeah with even better views
24:34yes yes this is amazing i think that would be really nice so are you happy with this space
24:39lovely yes yeah yeah much improved and how do you feel about the dressing room i like the way it
24:43separates the room oh definitely i think it um adds that little bit extra to to it doesn't it rather
24:50than just gives me a bit more quiet space while she's getting dressed it's amazing this is beautiful
24:56this is lovely home from home yeah well i'm going to send you off have a little look around the rest of
25:00the property and i will meet you downstairs lovely all right thank you thank you bye
25:08i am so happy to see smiles on their faces and shukesi said it she said it's a home from home perfect
25:17this is uh just right for the kids i think yeah it would be wouldn't it yeah yeah oh that's a nice
25:29different isn't it yeah nice lovely room we can probably build a bar in the side as well
25:35this spacious townhouse with its modern interior has three bedrooms and it's on the market for just under
25:40323 and a half thousand pounds you've done it oh say that again you've done it it's big rooms which
25:51is what we wanted oh and you've got a big happy smile on your face nice airy house i'm really pleased
25:57that this has hit the spot for you hasn't it yeah we like it we can see the sea perfect so out of the
26:03three properties would you say this is the one that's kind of i think you've got a contender here
26:08i've got a contender yeah i think you've got a contender that's really good news the only thing
26:13is i'm not sure about the weather because if you keep the weather here it's not going to be
26:16it's not going to be a nice sunny retirement if you love a property on a rainy dull day it's a winner
26:23that's right yes absolutely yeah i've got an idea for our next property it's a little bit more inland
26:29it's bigger and there's something that it comes with that i'm not going to tell you yet oh until you see
26:36it so lead the way natesh thank you okay so we are really making some progress now having seen
26:45those reactions i'm going to really push it in terms of property with my next options but first
26:51i've arranged for us to meet david who lives and works in the area we were planning to meet out on
26:56the golf course but uh well the rain scuppered us ah david hello hi these guys are hoping to find a
27:05holiday home enlighten them on what it's like living here yeah i think it's absolutely fantastic
27:09living here um you're spoilt for choice for golf courses there must be over 70 golf courses between
27:16um gibraltar and malaga and and you know you're absolutely sport for golf is there a large expat
27:23community here around here there is quite a lot of expats here not as much as fringarola and places
27:29like that it's a really good balance uh between expats and spanish and there's a lot of scandinavians
27:35here okay uh germans a lot of belgians coming here now so it's a real mixture of um nationalities you
27:43know there's one thing i'm going to ask you is to bring the sun out because i've got to get these
27:47guys off to look at a few more properties today okay well fingers crossed yeah i'll do a sun dance for
27:51you yes thank you lovely to meet you ready guys come on the property is in the village of el sacadero
28:01a 10 to 15 minute drive from the beach and soto grande the short drive and the more residential
28:07location does mean property prices are a little lower here but i've gone all out to really impress
28:12with a place that's currently set up as a four bed this is a semi-detached house okay and i
28:21wanted you to see it because well it comes with its own pool lovely i know this really has okay
28:29everything everything we want all right what's the price well it's just under 344 000 pounds okay
28:37okay okay so you will be going in to not your wiggle room but your extra money as well with this
28:43one we have squeezed as much house as we possibly can with the budget that you've given me looks very
28:50nice so so how does this sit now it's a standalone house it feels nice a little bit away from the sea
28:58um but let's see inside so i'm not actually going to come inside with you on this one i'm going to
29:03send you off on your own and you can have a really good mooch around okay okay good luck thank you
29:09well this really was my wild card i am not sure which way it's going to go will it be house over
29:20location we'll have to wait and see as well as that front garden we were in there's a great space out the
29:28back with a private pool inside there's a double height living room and it's open to a very modern
29:34kitchen dining space there's also a bedroom and a shower room downstairs upstairs there are three
29:41more bedrooms varying in size and style with one leading off another and a second shower room
29:49oh this is big this is nice yeah this is nice amazing oh lovely look at that very modern isn't it
29:55yeah very much yeah i like the island in the middle as well yeah it's beautiful beautiful i like that
30:01fire yeah yeah pity's not on the coast yes this is the only thing that we're going to think about
30:07that's right yeah yeah definitely hey look at that pool it's lovely yeah on a hot summer's day
30:13we probably wouldn't come out of there wouldn't we just seating area here as well for the barbecue and
30:17that yeah oh lovely very spacious oh it's nice oh it's quite different isn't it it isn't it gosh
30:25it's a space isn't it yeah very big lovely views of the mountain there yeah it's beautiful yeah it's
30:32lovely yeah yeah this super modern house in its village location currently set up as a four bed
30:39is on the market for just under 344 000 pounds lucy lucy lucy now now you've done it all you've got
30:53to do now is pick this up and put it by the seat but i still want those views over there beautiful
30:59views so what did you think about the internal space internal space absolutely fabulous it's really nice
31:05yeah it works all the way around you put us in a lot of dilemma now haven't you the reason why i
31:11could get you something like this is because it's a little bit further back from the coastline so where
31:18do we stand now is this a contender if it was near the sea it would be it isn't near the sea so it's not
31:25shakessi i'm afraid no it's the location really for the only that reason only so the property we saw
31:32before before is still the front runner at the moment it is yes okay that's right yeah so i have
31:36got something that is frontline that i can show you but it's not like this it needs work okay it's
31:4520 years old right but it has got the views okay okay so would that work for you and do you would you
31:53like to go and see that like very much like to go and see that should we go yeah let's go let's go
31:58coming up does giving frontline another shot pay off i couldn't get you more beachfront than that
32:07up there absolutely yeah it's quite close yes
32:18today i'm at the western end of spain's beautiful costa del sol helping nitesh and shakessi find their
32:25dream holiday home and so far i've found them a very strong contender in the form of this modern
32:32townhouse a 10 minute walk from the beach it had the perfect combination of space a modern finish and
32:39proximity to the coast for shakessi and nitesh and their 300 000 pound budget that can stretch a further
32:4625 to 50 grand if they're really impressed my final offering will involve them using some of those extra
32:53funds and needs a little updating but the location well before heading there i'm off to check out a
33:04pretty cool place up in the hills not far from marbella this seven bedroom luxury andalusian villa with
33:12private indoor and outdoor pools and views down to the costa del sol agent carmen is showing me around
33:19oh carmen this is absolutely beautiful it's gorgeous looking at it it just looks like it
33:30was designed for sumptuous comfort everything with neutral palette it's amazing all the colors
33:36it's so comfortable just you know easy elegance absolutely now you will see that all the house are
33:42around this amazing andalusian patches so all the rooms face the patio it's like a small luxury hotel
33:49i would say yes you have everything here has it got a spa yes it does really let me show you
33:59welcome when i asked you was there a spa i was kidding yep it's not a joke look this amazing spa with
34:07all the features we have nails room massage room turkish bath sauna i mean this is just another level
34:15this is not the only pool we have here we have this indoor pool and we have the stereo pool i'd like
34:20to see that yeah let's go come on i could splash around in that all day panoramic views and we have
34:33this 400 square meters terrace all around the property i just love the little orange trees
34:39everywhere and to be up here i mean you can just really smell the fresh clear air exactly so relax
34:45everything just to enjoy the property thank you so much but i have got to get back now to my house
34:51hunters let me show you come on let's go and the final place i've lined up for them is in one of the
34:57most sought-after spots in the area we've been touring la duquesa it's home to the wonderful
35:03restaurant-lined marina we visited at the start of the search and of course a beach great for a walk
35:09even on a fairly overcast day so welcome to la colonia beach oh lovely lovely i mean this is such a
35:19beautiful place to be and it stretches for a whole mile long wow and all the way along here you've got
35:25little bars you've got eateries and it's just such a fantastic place with the promenade starting just
35:31there which goes right the way into the marina feels nice this yeah so my fifth and final property
35:38that i'm bringing you to is just there in that complex okay lovely so looks nice smack bang on the
35:46beach yeah walkable to everywhere yeah how do you feel about that quite good excited can't wait to go and
35:54see shall we have a look let's go for it with our strong contender a short walk from the coast
36:00i really wanted to go frontline with this one but as always they're extremely popular and largely way
36:06over our budget especially if they have the finish these two want but i think this could be a great
36:12option so how do you feel about this i couldn't get you more beachfront than that up there absolutely
36:22absolutely it's the one with the two little arches oh yes yeah yeah is that second floor yep that's the
36:27second floor there so it's a big enough balcony for you both okay really spectacular views yes you've
36:34got four swimming pools two tennis courts you want to know how much it is come on how much is it let it
36:39out okay it's just under three hundred and thirty five and a half thousand pounds but the agent has
36:46said it's negotiable are you ready to have a look inside come on then let's go in they seem pretty
36:54pleased with this three-bedroom apartment so far as well as access to all those facilities the private
37:00outside space is a reasonable size and has views over tennis courts to the beach and the mountains
37:06inside the living and dining room is spacious neutral and has a good floor the kitchen might
37:12not be modern enough for shukesi and nitesh but it's in fair condition and has a utility space
37:18the main bedroom has a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom and the other two are both doubles and
37:23there's another bathroom come through yeah it's very nice oh this is nice this is nice i like this yeah
37:31it's really really big actually i didn't looking from outside it felt very small but coming in here
37:38it's uh it's a lot bigger and you've got basically your living area is all on one floor yeah yeah yeah
37:46and i can see the sea from here as well do you like it yeah yeah it feels very very bright and eerie and
37:51it's lovely to think that you can go from your lounge right out onto the balcony onto the balcony that's
37:56right yeah yeah it's lovely i like the size of the room and everything you can't wait to get out
38:02there can you can't wait to get out there no that's right come on then let's go and have a look
38:11so the balcony lovely the sea view yes beautiful yes we see the sea and we see the mountains on that
38:19side i know lovely it's an incredible vista it is isn't it does this make you feel happy yes it does
38:25yes should we go and have a look at one of the bedrooms yes please please thank you
38:33oh this is nice it's quite big isn't it yes yes we could get a super king bed here with a dressing area
38:39oh wow and you've got the ensuite bathroom that goes around there it looks very nice very nice it's
38:46very bright and the views are quite nice as well from well you can see the sea when you'll be laying
38:51in bed you'll be able to hear the waves when you wake up in the morning lovely yeah nice feeling
38:55isn't it well i know you're itching to have a look at the kitchen yes and i was thinking there might
39:01be a little idea that you could take the kitchen wall out to really open the space up into the lounge
39:08yeah it might need structural work but have a think about that yeah when you're having a look
39:12around okay thank you thanks thank you i feel like they like it they like the space they certainly
39:19love the location but it's all going to be about will they want to do the work
39:27okay okay that's a nice big kitchen it is dated though isn't it it certainly is yeah very dated yeah i think
39:36we need to take it all out don't we we definitely would it's just face wise it's quite nice and big
39:40isn't it yeah it's very airy well there's a utility room at the back there as well so yeah we could
39:45actually open that up as well and make it even bigger yes it's really nice i said then it'll make
39:50the kitchen whole kitchen nice and big wouldn't it oh this is nice light airy yeah it's another uh
39:59it's quite a big room actually nice big yeah and the views from here is nice as well so yeah yeah
40:05certainly nice and nice big yes this beachfront apartment with three bedrooms is on the market
40:11close to the top of shukesi and nitesh's maximum budget at just under 335 and a half thousand pounds
40:20you're smiling lucy well well well here we are how did it make you feel being in the apartment it's a
40:29lovely big airy apartment it really is nice you delivered the views the space there's a lot for it
40:37so comparing it to our new build to our contender how do you feel they're two different properties
40:43um the the other one's a little bit away from the amenities um whereas this one's a bit closer and
40:50obviously you've got the ocean right on on you here is this a contender it's a 50 50 contender at
40:58the moment we need to think about uh we would want changes to be made roughly 20 to 30 000 pounds to
41:05uh what we would like look this is telling me that you two do need to go away and you need to have a
41:10think yes i think sleep on it yeah definitely and i'll come and meet you tomorrow and then you can
41:17decide if you want to take it any further do that yep lovely thank you thank you

41:36the perfect family holiday home along the western end of the costa del sol with shukesi and nitesh
41:43working with their budget of up to 350 000 pounds there are two potential candidates this modern house
41:50a 10 minute walk from the coast and this apartment in a development right on the beach after a night of
41:55consideration i can't wait to find out which one has come out on top nitesh and shukesi wow i left
42:05you alone to sleep on what was two contenders did you get a good night's sleep we did we did yes we had
42:12a fabulous sleep so property three which was the gator development which you both really loved how are you
42:19feeling about it now um i'm afraid the property three is now not a contender because um we felt
42:28it was um too far away from all the amenities and you guys do love your social life we do you love to
42:34go out and have a little drink and a bit of live music that's right the house itself was absolutely
42:39fabulous but as i say it's just not in the right location which leaves me with the beachfront property
42:45it's a bit dated but the actual space is quite large and it was also very open uh which is what
42:52we like so where are you with that and can i do any more to help you okay so that that's um the one
42:59that we are really interested in right um but at this stage um we need to do some more investigation
43:08right it was currently on the market for just under three hundred and thirty five and a half thousand
43:12pounds yes which is at the top end of your budget that's right i know that it is negotiable yes you
43:19could go in there and it will probably cost 15 to 20 for a really good renovation we really need to sit
43:27down and look at look at all the options um and see exactly what work is going to need um before we
43:34actually put an offer in for that one so we would rather find out the pricing uh the costing of the
43:39renovation first before we put an offer in because i think i get the facts first then put a proper
43:45offering right okay look guys i'm a huge fan of research all i will say is as you know that was the
43:52only one for sale yes with that square footage at that price with the c view and there are none others
43:58available yeah i don't want you to lose out no so don't hang around hopefully it shouldn't take more
44:03than two or three days max before we put a firm offering i am so excited that we have got you
44:09something that you want to work with yeah it has been such a journey but such an exciting search

44:37ultimately the work they wanted to do would be too expensive so they didn't make an offer
