YOU NEED SALVATION THROUGH JESUS CHRIST
Pray this prayer of Repentance & Salvation, and ask Christ Jesus to come into your life and save you from Sin and the Wrath of God.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, thank you for your Son Jesus Christ, who died on the cross because of my sins and the sins of this world.
I believe that Jesus Christ came to earth, the Holy God in the form of a man, lived, was crucified, hung on a cross, died, and was buried, rose on the 3rd day, and that same Jesus Christ was God in the flesh. I believe that Jesus Christ did all this for ME, and I accept Jesus Christ as MY Lord and Savior. I am confessing with MY own mouth and I do believe in MY own heart that He truly is God. I confess MY sins to you and you alone, and I am asking for forgiveness. Come into my Life, to be my God and Savior. Write my name in the book of life. And help me to serve you, and help me to live a righteous life before you. Thank you. Amen

00:00I'm here at, where are we at?
00:03Soldiers for Christ Global Community Church.
00:06We're here at Soldiers for Christ Global Community Church in the city of Long Beach, California.
00:17You know, I was in a play one time and the teacher had to do that for me for the whole play.
00:21I didn't remember one line.
00:23She was like, now say.
00:25I was like, what'd you say?
00:28Everybody's cracking up.
00:30All right.
00:31So, praise the Lord.
00:32Welcome to Wednesday Night Bible Study.
00:35And we are going to get into, I hope you titled this too, Pastor Ben, if you did title it.
00:45He led captivity captive.
00:47Did you title it that?
00:50Right.
00:51Yeah, we did it Sunday, though.
00:52But now we got notes.
00:54So it's two.
00:55So anyway, you don't have to.
00:57Yeah, you don't have to say it.
00:58I just said it.
00:59So they'll know.
01:00So, all right.
01:02So we're going to go over what we talked about on Sunday because you didn't have the notes.
01:09And I want you to look at the notes and to see the notes.
01:14And I want you to understand all of the greater detail that God has put in this message.
01:21Because I love the phrase, I love the phrase, he led captivity captive.
01:28When I first heard it, I didn't quite understand it.
01:31But the word captivity is goela, which comes from the word to redeem, goel, Elohim, my goel, right?
01:42He's my redeemer.
01:43So goela, which is captivity, which means I'm redeeming you, I'm removing you, I'm taking you out, okay?
01:52And captive means when he does it, he captivates your imagination, your joy, everything.
02:00He's taking it with him, right?
02:03So taking captivity captive is a term that the Bible uses, but in the Hebrew, it's telling you a lot more,
02:14because it's more about redeeming you, taking you out.
02:18And so I want to talk about that more because this is how God has planned to redeem us out of the world.
02:27And all redemption is leading captivity captive, okay?
02:32And I like captivity captive because it's kind of like you don't get a choice, I'm taking you with me.
02:38So I love it.
02:40It's such a beautiful word too.
02:42It is, it really is.
02:43I'm taking you captive.
02:44Yep, I'm taking you captive.
02:46I love it.
02:47So we're going to get into that and we're going to go through it a lot slower than Sunday, you know,
02:55and talk about some of the details of it.
02:58And as we wait for our day, and I am really waiting for my day, I'm like, I got to talk to you once I get there.
03:07There's a few things.
03:09So anyway, so praise God.
03:11What do you have for our salt family and our soldier family?
03:19Yep.
03:19What do you have?
03:21Is that what you're going to read?
03:23If you're going to read that, I'm going to have a seat.
03:25Have a seat.
03:29Because I'm going to read it.
03:31Praise God.
03:33Shalom.
03:33Welcome soldiers for Christ.
03:36I'm going to start off by reading today's scripture inspired by the Holy Spirit from Minister Yocas from this morning's salt call.
03:44Isaiah 17, verse 10 and 11.
03:50Because you have forgotten the God of your salvation and have not been mindful of the rock of your stronghold.
04:03Therefore, you will plant pleasant plants and set out foreign seedlings.
04:11In the day, you will make your plant to grow.
04:15And in the morning, you will make your seed to flourish.
04:20But the harvest will be a heap of ruins in the day of grief and desperate sorrow.
04:30Isaiah 17, 10 and 11.
04:33Soldiers, do not be distracted, deceived, deluded, or discouraged by anything that the enemy throws at you.
04:45For greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.
04:52You know, Soldiers for Christ is a very few of a kind type of church.
04:57With a very few of kind type of mission and ministry.
05:03We are following and therefore are being led by the Holy Spirit to teach God's word on a level that he is leading us to teach it.
05:13And to be filled with the Holy Spirit in a manner that most just refuse to do.
05:21We are committed to getting his people ready to go.
05:26By doing all that we can to fulfill the great commission.
05:31To go and make disciples.
05:33This week, numerous people were reached in that regard.
05:39We are simply doing this by obeying what he is instructing each of us to do.
05:47And also, when and how to do it.
05:52That just happens to be the formula for any and every successful ministry of God in God's eyes.
06:02And every successful life that is rooted in Christ Jesus.
06:09Doing what he says, when and how he says to do it.
06:15This week, God has been speaking to us about the seriousness of who he is.
06:22The seriousness of following him.
06:26The seriousness of sin.
06:29And the seriousness of the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy all of us.
06:36So we are equally as serious about equipping the saints.
06:44Equally as serious about building up the beloved of God in the most holy faith.
06:51One saint at a time.
06:54Step by step.
06:56By glorious step.
06:58Just this morning, we saw a major breakthrough in someone we have been discipling for quite some time.
07:07This person received his breakthrough simply because he obeyed the Holy Spirit who told him to wake up, get up, show up, and plug in.
07:17And then this is what the Holy Spirit also says to each and every one of us.
07:23We here at Soldiers for Christ have been seeing the same Holy Spirit move amongst those who choose to plug in.
07:31I can guarantee you this, that there is no depth to the well that the Lord has been ministering to us from.
07:41And he is inviting each and every one of you to step out and see and taste and really understand that God is good.
07:52The Lord is good.
07:53But it will only work, you will only see, you will only taste if you plug in.
08:01If you say, I will no longer allow the enemy or this world to have any power over me.
08:11I am going to wholeheartedly and humbly return back to my heavenly father, back to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and then follow him being filled with, baptized by, and guided by the Holy Spirit of God.
08:29No matter what.
08:32That is the formula for success.
08:34So if this speaks to you, our website here is www.s4ctroops.com.
08:44And from there, you can register, you can find out our email address and the ministries that are here, and we will plug you into where you need to go.
08:55So you are ready to go.
08:57Our men's ministry, our women's ministry, our children's ministry, our S4C street ministry, cloud party ministry, Saturday night worship ministry, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, are all open for business.
09:12So come, taste, and see that the Lord is good.
09:17Amen.
09:18Hallelujah.
09:19Let's pray.
09:24Hallelujah.
09:25Heavenly Father, Lord God, Abba, we thank you for another opportunity to read from your word about the word that became flesh, dwelt amongst us, the Lord Jesus, the only one with whom we have to deal with for eternal salvation.
09:45Father, we pray tonight in the name of Yeshua that the gospel would go forth, this message would go forth as far and as wide as is needed.
09:55Find all the attempts of the enemy to block this message.
09:59I pray, Father God, that you would anoint every ear to hear and anoint every heart to receive this word tonight from our pastor.
10:09We ask that your Holy Spirit guide and lead him, speak through him, speak to us directly.
10:15May we hear you and obey.
10:17In Jesus' name we pray.
10:19Amen.
10:21Amen.
10:21All right.
10:23We are going to look at the root of our Bible study tonight.
10:33We are all waiting with great anticipation on what's going to happen in 2025 and what's going to happen in this absolutely perfect time for the rapture.
10:50Like, how is it possible that these hours and these days and all of this prophecy and everything that lines up, how is it possible that this could pass?
11:01And how is it possible that everything that is going on in the world could just be not the last clue and the last nail that shows us that this is the rapture time and time for the church to leave?
11:21And I think that it is a very beautiful way that God has shown what he's going to do.
11:31I have some friends in Israel, both professors at a university.
11:38And they just wrote a book.
11:43One of them just wrote a book.
11:45And what you're talking about is like the structure of the Bible and how the Bible is always telling us the same story and how it's always leading us so that we know what God is doing.
12:02And we know what God did before.
12:06OK, we talked about on Sunday when we talked about hell, which, you know, no pastor likes to talk about because everybody looks at you funny.
12:18And so we had to talk about it because what happened before Jesus came to the earth was something incredible because there was no door to heaven.
12:36There was no way that a person died.
12:39They kept all of the law.
12:41They died.
12:42And then all of a sudden they went directly to heaven.
12:46And I used to think that like everybody since the beginning of time when they died, they went to heaven.
12:54You know, they were good.
12:55They went to heaven.
12:57And but the Bible paints a completely different story that none of them went to heaven.
13:04None of them, rather good or bad.
13:07They all went to the middle of the earth.
13:10And the scriptures described what was going on in the middle of the earth.
13:15And I think it's beautiful how the Bible is kind of letting you know the story so that you understand all of the nuances that go into salvation.
13:27So all of these people were sitting in paradise, in the middle of the earth, in Abraham's bosom, waiting for, as we read on Sunday, they were asking every day, how long do we have to be here?
13:47We know this is in heaven.
13:49We've heard about the great glory of heaven.
13:51And when's he coming?
13:53When's the door going to be open?
13:55And it's kind of like having kids in the backseat.
13:58Like, are we there yet?
13:59Are we there yet?
14:00Are we there yet?
14:01And so the scripture says that the angel told them, stop being so much in a rush to leave paradise.
14:13Because I'm trying to tell you where you're at compared to where the other people are is much better.
14:20OK, because there's a gulp fix between us.
14:23Because there's paradise and then on the other side, torment and no water is going on.
14:30Someone got mad the other week.
14:31Oh, you use Pepsi Sprite.
14:35Why are you making fun of Sprite?
14:36And I was like, oh, my goodness.
14:39You know, social media is beautiful, man.
14:42People get mad at you about anything.
14:44So, so in that story in the book of Luke, as he's telling it, and he's he's talking about this rich man who must have been very selfish.
14:59But I noticed one thing about this story is that Christ.
15:05Use the name of Lazarus.
15:08And before he would say there was a certain man.
15:12There was a certain man or something like that.
15:15That would have the parable.
15:16But this time he says there was a beggar and his name was Lazarus.
15:21I was like, OK, this is a real story.
15:24So he's talking about this rich man that's on the other side of of of Hades or in the middle of the earth.
15:33And he sees this this this Lazarus on the other side.
15:40Obviously, drinking a cool glass of water, like, you know, more ice in there, please.
15:45And, you know, it's a and I can feel how the rich guy must have felt because I've been on the football field and it's 90 degrees.
15:55You're playing in Arizona and then they got the big screen up and they're doing all kinds of beer commercials, soda commercials.
16:04And you're out there going, oh, my.
16:11And, you know, so you're waiting to get to the sideline just to get something to drink.
16:15But so I can see him looking and going, oh, look at them over there.
16:21Just having a nice glass of water, Abraham, could you send what send them over and dip his finger in the water just to cool my tongue?
16:31Because I'm in torment in these flames.
16:35And he says and God writes this so we understand there's a goat fix between we're in the same place.
16:43But there's a goat fix between you and us and nobody from here can go over there.
16:50And nobody from there can come over here.
16:53So we understood that there was a separation.
16:58Now, when we were reading on Sunday, I don't know if I was going to rest that up.
17:03When we were reading on Sunday, we read Ephesians and it says, wherefore, he said, when he ascended on high, he led captivity captive.
17:14OK, so when God ascended up, when Jesus ascended on high, he led captivity captive.
17:22OK, now you can go back in the book of Psalms and find out what this means.
17:29And he said, and he gave gifts unto men.
17:32OK, so it says, now that now we understand that he ascended.
17:38What is it?
17:39But he also descended first.
17:43See what it says?
17:45He descended first.
17:47OK, into the lower parts of the earth.
17:52So before he could go up to lead people out, he had to go down.
18:01OK, so God goes, I've been planning this forever.
18:05That's why I put it in the story about Isaac.
18:10So I'm going to read this about Isaac real fast here in the book of Genesis.
18:17OK, now you guys know the story of Isaac.
18:21OK, Isaac is waiting.
18:24He doesn't know that his dad has sent Eleazar, the Holy Spirit, to a foreign land to go and to go and find his son abroad.
18:34So Eleazar is looking for a bride.
18:37He finds a bride.
18:38He's about to bring this bride back.
18:40OK, Isaac lives with his dad, Abraham, in a big, beautiful house.
18:46But on this particular day, it says this.
18:51It says, oh, Rebecca and her maize, they got ready and they mounted the camel and they went back with the man.
19:02So the servant took Rebecca and his Rebecca and left.
19:07The servant is Eleazar or the Holy Spirit.
19:10He took the bride and he left.
19:13OK, now Isaac had come from.
19:16Bill Ahairoi.
19:17OK, and so for he was living in the Niger.
19:23Now, if you read that in Hebrew, it says he was living in the southern region.
19:27He left his father's house and went down to the southern region.
19:33OK, and but he doesn't know he's getting married.
19:37I don't know.
19:38But he's down there in the southern region and he goes down to the chef and he went out into the field one evening to meditate.
19:47And as he looked up, he saw the camel approaching.
19:50And Rebecca also looked up and saw Isaac.
19:54She got down from her camel and asked and asked the servant, who is the man in the field coming to meet us?
20:03Now, here it is.
20:04She said she's going to get married and she's never even seen a guy.
20:08She's like, who is that?
20:10Right.
20:10OK, which is the same thing that's going on with the church.
20:15We've never seen Jesus, but we all agreed to get married.
20:21OK.
20:21And so and he said, he is my master, the servant, the servant and I said, or he is the he is my master, the Holy Spirit said.
20:32OK, so she took her veil and she covered herself.
20:37And the servant told Isaac all he had done.
20:41And Isaac brought her into his mother, Sarah, brought her into the tent of his mother, Sarah, and he married Rebecca.
20:53So now the mother of his tent of his mother is in the house with Abraham.
20:59So he had to meet her in the gym.
21:02Then he had to go back up for the wedding.
21:05You understand?
21:07So.
21:11Him coming down was to get his bride.
21:16Then he led her captivity captive and he took her back up.
21:21You understand?
21:22OK, so if you die and you're in the middle of the earth and Jesus hasn't come to earth yet.
21:30And there's no door open to the kingdom of heaven.
21:36And every day you're asking, obviously, who are you asking?
21:40OK, because on the other side is demons.
21:43But you've got an angel answering your questions.
21:47And he says, stop being in such a rush.
21:49He's coming.
21:50Don't you worry.
21:51He has to die on the cross.
21:53He has to pay the penalty for sin.
21:55Then the door will be open.
21:57Don't worry.
21:58You don't have to be here that much longer.
22:00But we are going to leave.
22:02OK.
22:02OK, so.
22:04So in the scriptures, in the book of Matthew, God does this for us.
22:11He says, in Matthew 27, he's letting you know, this is how it happened.
22:22And I don't know if I'm the only person that was talking about this.
22:31But I was trying to say the first resurrection is not going to be at the rapture.
22:38There's already been a resurrection.
22:41And people would say, where?
22:43I said, as soon as Jesus came out of the tomb, the dead, not in Christ, but those who were in paradise waiting for him, had to be led captive and taken out.
23:02Now, in the book of Psalms says, when he led him out, he says, they followed behind him as he led him out of the middle of the earth like a train on a wedding gown.
23:15They followed him as he led him as he led him as he led him as he led him as he led him out of the center of the earth.
23:26But look, he didn't go up to heaven first.
23:30What did he do?
23:31He said he descended first.
23:33Why?
23:34Because to lead you out of captivity, I've got to descend, take, then go.
23:43You understand?
23:44Okay.
23:45So that's why it's in here.
23:47It says, and when Jesus had cried again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.
23:54And at that moment, the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.
24:00The earth shook and rocks split open and tombs broke open and the body of many holy people who had died were raised to life.
24:14Okay.
24:14They died.
24:15Many people, many people had died, but now they were raised to life.
24:21Okay.
24:22Now, if they were dead, why are they in the middle of the earth asking questions?
24:29Okay.
24:30Were they really dead?
24:33No.
24:33Ah.
24:35Now you're talking.
24:37Okay.
24:38Because in the spirit, they're living in the middle of the earth and they're drinking water in the middle of the earth.
24:47They have, they're being comforted in the middle of the earth.
24:51You understand?
24:52So whatever's going on there, their life isn't that bad.
24:59And they're, and they're there with questions about when the Messiah is coming.
25:03Okay.
25:03Okay.
25:05So they're not really dead.
25:07So the dead raised to life.
25:10Now, when they raised to life, how do you think they raised to life?
25:14In the body, in the body, in a resurrected body.
25:18Because now that Jesus has a resurrected body, he's made it now that you can also have a resurrected body.
25:26So that was their turn to receive their resurrected body.
25:32Now, the resurrection is in turns.
25:37You, they had their turn.
25:39They got their resurrected body.
25:42Jesus led them out.
25:44He took captivity captive.
25:46He took them into the kingdom of God.
25:48And all these people who had been waiting since, since Genesis for Jesus to die on the cross, they waited 4,000 years.
26:00They able to die and was in Abraham's bosom.
26:04You understand?
26:06All of these people were waiting for all of this.
26:09So, the existence that was there was an existence of life.
26:18The other side, God considers them dead.
26:21You know why?
26:22Because they have no connection to God.
26:26Living and dead does not mean unconscious and conscious with God.
26:33It means you're either connected to God or you're not connected to God.
26:37Okay?
26:37Okay?
26:38So, it says, they came out of the tomb after Jesus' resurrection and they went to the holy city and appeared before many.
26:49Okay?
26:49So, there they are.
26:51They're now all in heaven and they're all cheering and they're hoping now the church is born.
26:57Okay?
26:58Now, Jesus goes back and the church is born.
27:01Now, everybody who accepts Jesus Christ receives the Holy Spirit, you now become, once you were dead in your trespasses and sins.
27:11Was I dead in my trespasses and sins?
27:16Not the way the world thinks.
27:18I was walking around.
27:19I was playing football.
27:20I was doing a lot of stuff.
27:22You understand?
27:22I had a girlfriend.
27:23I was alive, what I thought, but God says, the scripture says, you were dead and you trespassed until you believed the gospel and you accepted it.
27:37And then God put his spirit in you, now you became a living being.
27:43To God, you became to life.
27:46Because now you're connected to God.
27:49You understand?
27:49So, this is what the captivity is all about.
27:56Okay?
27:57So, I'm going to read.
28:03Is it there?
28:05Is it there?
28:06Okay, I'm going to read first this scripture from Psalm 68.
28:11It says,
28:12The chariots of God are 20,000, even thousands of angels.
28:18The Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.
28:24Now, I'm trying to make sure that everybody understand.
28:32When he's talking about, I'm coming with all of these angels and I'm coming to lead captivity captive.
28:40Okay?
28:40He's saying, it's going to be like it was in Sinai.
28:44Okay?
28:45He's letting you know a marriage is about to take place.
28:49This is going to be like it was.
28:50This is not, he's not talking about what he's already done.
28:53He's talking about a future time where it's going to be like Sinai.
28:57Okay?
28:58It's a marriage that's about to happen.
29:0120,000 chariots and thousands of angels.
29:06And the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.
29:12And it says, thou hast ascended on high.
29:16Thou hast led captivity captive.
29:19Thou hast received gifts for men.
29:22And yea, for the rebellious.
29:23Or the rebellious meaning that even those that were Gentiles and pagan who accepted Christ are even being a part of this family.
29:33Okay?
29:34And it says that the Lord God might dwell among them.
29:39Okay?
29:40Blessed be the Lord who daily loads us with benefits, even the God of our salvation.
29:48Okay?
29:49So he's coming again to lead captivity captive.
29:54He's coming again to gather.
29:58And then what?
30:00We'll be on the cloud.
30:01And guess what?
30:02Jesus has still got to go back up and we'll follow him like a wedding train all the way back up to heaven.
30:12And then, because the wedding and the ceremony does not take place on the cloud.
30:18That's down south.
30:20That's Isaac going to Najib.
30:23You're just meeting her.
30:25You understand?
30:26We have to still go back up to your father's house and have the wedding.
30:31Okay?
30:32So, now, what is it as in the days of Sinai?
30:40Okay?
30:41So Isaiah 19, 19, we talked about the days of Sinai.
30:44We read about Hebrews because we understand that our wedding happens in heaven.
30:49Now, the word captivity is gola.
30:53Gola is the root word goel.
30:56Okay?
30:57Which means redemption.
30:59They're being redeemed.
31:00The word there in your notes is it's a captivity.
31:05It's being carried away.
31:07It's a moving or a removing from.
31:10He's coming to remove.
31:12When he went down into earth, what did he go to do?
31:16To remove them from where they were and take them to another place.
31:21When he comes as in Sinai, he's coming to remove us and take us to another place.
31:28You understand?
31:29So, that's the captivity.
31:31It's called a gola.
31:32It's the word captivity.
31:34It just comes from the root word, which is goel.
31:36You're being redeemed out of the world.
31:38Okay?
31:39Now, listen to this.
31:41In Zechariah chapter 6, verse 9 through 15.
31:45I'm on page 2 of my notes.
31:47And it says,
31:48And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
31:50Take them of the captivity.
31:53He's using that word.
31:54Of the gola.
31:56He says, because I'm about to redeem.
31:58Take Heldiah, take Tobiah, and Judiah, which come from Babylon.
32:10Come thou the same day and go into the house of Josiah, the son of Zephaniah.
32:17Then take silver and gold.
32:20Okay?
32:20I'm trying to explain to you guys the importance of silver and gold.
32:26Okay?
32:28Silver is like, okay, you're going to sell Jesus to the Romans.
32:34You're going to, they're going to pay you silver.
32:36Why?
32:37Blood money.
32:39You're Joseph's brother.
32:42You're going to sell him to the Egyptians.
32:45What are you going to, what are they going to pay you in?
32:47Silver.
32:48Blood money.
32:49Okay?
32:50One time 20, the other time 30, 50 all together is going to give you a jubilee.
32:55So he's talking about, this is going to be something that's going to actually bring a jubilee.
33:02Okay?
33:02So we have silver.
33:07He says, take silver and gold.
33:10Now, gold is something that you would give to a king.
33:14Okay?
33:16Even they gave Solomon 666 shekels of gold because of his kingship.
33:24You present gold to a king.
33:27You present silver when it's blood money.
33:29You're, okay, so Jesus died on the cross and our redemption took what?
33:36Blood, right?
33:38So all the, when they built the tabernacle, the sockets, the base of the tabernacle was built on silver sockets.
33:47You know why?
33:48The whole tabernacle is based on the blood of Christ.
33:51You understand?
33:53So, when you're taking silver and gold, it means something.
33:58One of our members said, I didn't like that you said we could have a Christmas tree.
34:03And I, if you're a person, you feel you don't want to have a Christmas tree because you think it's pagan.
34:10Then don't.
34:11Then just don't have it.
34:13Just don't have one.
34:14Because what I'm trying to explain to you is, in the book of Jeremiah, there was no such thing as Hanukkah yet.
34:23So there was no such thing as Christmas yet.
34:26And the tree that they brought into their house, they didn't put lights on it.
34:31They put silver and gold on it because they worshipped it as a god, as a ruler, and it came over them.
34:41Okay?
34:42So, that was worship of an idol.
34:47What came later was putting lights on a tree, which was just a decorative thing for the festival of lights.
34:54Okay?
34:55But if you feel guilty about it, don't bring one in your house, you know?
34:59But I don't want to be under that bondage and knowing the truth.
35:03Okay?
35:03So, anyway, this silver and gold is very important because it's salvation that came from blood and you're giving it to a king.
35:15Okay?
35:16So, he says, then take silver and gold and make a crown and set them on the head of Josiah, the son of Hosetic.
35:29I'm going to say that because that's really what they're saying, the high priest.
35:34Okay?
35:34Now, is God telling us a story?
35:39Yes.
35:40Now, watch this.
35:41Watch the story that I'm telling you.
35:43You see the board over there?
35:47Go to Heldon.
35:49Go to the world because God is good, Tobias.
35:52Judiah, and God knows, and Josiah because God heals, and Zephaniah because God knows his treasured ones.
36:05Okay?
36:06And then Joshua is representing Yeshua.
36:10He says, put a crown on Yeshua's head, the God of righteousness.
36:17You understand?
36:18So, he gives you the names in the order of what he's telling you that he's doing.
36:24He's pulling out of the world righteous people, and he's going to put a crown on the head of Yeshua, the righteous one.
36:34Okay?
36:35So, this is how detailed the scriptures are.
36:39Now, the last two words is halim and hin.
36:45Halim means to dream.
36:48And hin means grace.
36:51So, he said, the dream of grace and favor has now come true.
36:56You understand?
36:57So, in the names, God is telling you what he's doing.
37:02He's redeeming out of Babylon people that he's healed and have now become his treasure, and now he's going to crown the king.
37:13Now, right after that scripture, he says, after he tells you all of these names to take out, then he begins to talk about what he's going to do.
37:28And he says, and speak unto him, saying, thus says the Lord of hosts, saying, behold, the man whose name is the branch.
37:40And he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord.
37:48So, who is the branch?
37:51So, I had to put it on the board, because the Bible is going to tell you, and it's called Zemet.
37:57That's how you say branch.
38:00It's numerical value is 148.
38:03If you times and times the number salvation, because Bob is salvation in Hebrew, so 148 times salvation is 888, it's Jesus.
38:13Perfect order is 148 times 10, it's working with the zero, which is Christ.
38:22So, the branch is Jesus Christ.
38:25He's telling you, who's going to lead them out of captivity?
38:30Jesus Christ.
38:31Who's coming?
38:32The branch.
38:34Okay?
38:34So, the branch, he says, he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build a temple for the Lord.
38:43Even he shall build the temple of the Lord, and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon the throne, upon his throne.
38:54And he shall be a priest upon his throne.
38:58And the council of peace shall be between them.
39:01Be between what?
39:02The throne of kingdom and the throne of priesthood.
39:06So, he is a king and a priest.
39:10Only three people in the Bible get to be king, royalty, and priesthood.
39:15Who is that?
39:17Melchizedek was a priest, a high priest, and a king.
39:24Jesus is a high priest and a king.
39:29And Jesus gives that royalty to his children.
39:36He says, you're going to be a royal priesthood.
39:41Understand?
39:42So, when you're talking about being redeemed, you're talking about being redeemed into royalty.
39:48That's why Psalm says he's going to spend a thousand-year millennium with the rich.
39:53Because now you're royalty because of the blood.
39:58Because of the adoption of the blood.
40:01Now, let me finish reading before I get into some wacky off stuff.
40:08Okay.
40:12Okay.
40:12And it says, now he says, even he shall build the temple.
40:17Now, when Jesus comes back to earth, okay, he's going to build his, he's going to build David's fallen tabernacle.
40:24Now, it says, and the crown shall be Halem, the dream, and to Tobiah, and then he gives all the names, and to Hinn, which is grace, and Zephaniah, he gives you the names because he's telling you what he's doing.
40:42And it says, and they that are far off shall come and build the temple of the Lord, and you shall know that the Lord of hosts has sent him unto you.
40:55And this shall come to pass if, this shall all come to pass if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God.
41:07Who's he talking about?
41:08Those that are going to be redeemed out of the world, the first name is, is you're going to the world to get these people.
41:19Those that are going, if you do what?
41:22All the blessings that I'm telling you about are going to be yours if you diligently obey.
41:30Okay.
41:31Because obedience is a part of the doctrine.
41:36Obedience is a part of being in a relationship with God.
41:42You cannot be in a relationship with God with no obedience.
41:47You understand?
41:49Submit your whole body to the Lord.
41:53It is your reasonable sacrifice.
41:56All of your members of your body are now to be in submission to God.
42:01You mean my tongue too?
42:03Yes.
42:04Your tongue has to, has to now talk like you know God and not react and talk like, like crazy people of the world.
42:15I'm submitting everything unto God.
42:18Okay.
42:20Let's go on.
42:23Okay.
42:24Now, this is why I am saying this.
42:32God is going to leave captivity captive.
42:35He's going to come down as in the days of Sinai.
42:39We are on the third day.
42:40There is going to be a wedding.
42:43Okay.
42:43Now, like the people in the middle of the earth, here we are.
42:48Is it going to be a Rosh Hashanah?
42:50No.
42:51Okay.
42:51Is it going to be a Passover?
42:54Maybe.
42:56And this is what the Lord told me today.
42:59I can choose any one of these scenarios that I want.
43:04And I don't have to tell you which one I'm going to choose.
43:07I can choose any one of these rapture scenarios.
43:12And if we study them and we have, right, we could spend an hour on why Rosh Hashanah is the rapture.
43:20And all of it would be perfectly right.
43:23And then we say, hey, let's spend another hour talking about why the Passover rapture is right.
43:29It has to be right because Joshua took them over at Passover, and he took them over, and the law didn't take them over.
43:40Moses died, and then Jesus or Joshua took them over.
43:44So they're talking about the rapture.
43:45So it's going to be a Passover rapture.
43:47And we could explain everything about it, give you all the details and numbers, and you would go, yep, yep, the rapture is at Passover.
43:55Now, but wait a minute.
43:57We're a wheat harvest.
43:59It's going to be a Pentecost rapture because it has to be Pentecost because Pentecost is in the summer, and the summer is a wheat harvest.
44:08So God's going to fulfill the wheat harvest at Pentecost, okay?
44:14And then somebody comes back and says, nah, it's going to be a tabernacle rapture because it's in the book of Matthew chapter 17.
44:23It's clear that God is on the mountain with two different people.
44:29One has been resurrected, and the other one never died.
44:34So, and then, you know, you go back to Pentecost, and you go, well, Ruth says it's going to be a wedding, but it's going to be at Pentecost.
44:41And then you get to Hezbollah 17, you say, yeah, but grace ended on the 17th of Hezbollah, and when the church leaves, grace is ending in the world.
44:50So it's got to be at the Feast of Tabernacles, right?
44:55That's the only way to fulfill the Feast of Tabernacles.
44:58Grace has to end, exactly.
45:00And God's like, I could use that one.
45:02Okay, and then it says, okay, well, let's talk about Purim, okay?
45:11Because Purim could be the rapture, but because Purim happens during the month of Adar, and the name Adar means glorious, as in this glorious appearing, okay?
45:23And then there's a feast that happens in Esther at the glorious appearing.
45:29So that could be it.
45:29So now God says, there's a spring rapture in the Song of Songs, there's a summer rapture in Micah and Amos, there's a fall rapture in 1 Corinthians chapter 15, verse 52, and there's a winter rapture in John chapter 22, and in the book of Esther at Tebbit.
45:53So, whichever one it happens at, somebody's going to be up there saying, I told you it would be on Heshvon 17.
46:06I told you it would be, and the truth of the matter is, none of us really know.
46:13But think how important the rapture is that God has 12 different rapture scenarios in the Bible that perfectly talk about what he's going to do, okay?
46:27And you think about the Hanukkah rapture, that was the other guy, he's going, I've already figured it out.
46:32He called me, you know, new moon guy, he says, it's going to be at Hanukkah this year, 100%, we're all leaving at Hanukkah.
46:41And I'm like, that could be true.
46:46And I said, because you know, Lazarus' name is really Eleazar, is Lazarus, it's just the Greek term for Eleazar, the Holy Spirit.
46:59And the Holy Spirit gets called out of the dark place at Hanukkah.
47:05And he went, no way!
47:07I told you I'm right!
47:09It's going to be at Hanukkah.
47:10Now, when everyone he said, I could have gave him a rapture scenario, and he would have got excited.
47:18Because God has done this, and I'm not mad at God anymore, because now I understand.
47:24Because I used to think, this is too perfect, why didn't it happen?
47:29And you go, well, move on to the next, because it's going to be more perfect than that one.
47:35So, that's the scenario of the rapture.
47:39The thing is to wait with great expectation, and wait with great expectation and hope, okay?
47:46Now, the fact, the great thing is that the tribulation and the seven years, or the 70th week of Daniel are true.
48:00The church leaves before the tribulation, and in the fifth year after the tribulation begins, the sky opens up.
48:09This is true.
48:10The rapture and the tribulation will occur on the third day, or also known as the sixth day, or 2,000 years after, past 2,000 years from Christ, and past 6,000 years from the creation of Adam.
48:25We are all in the last days, because Psalms 48 tells us, when you see the nation of Israel rebirth, go and tell it to the Lador HaAkarom.
48:38So, we are all in the last generation.
48:41And if God wasn't so precise in telling us when the last generation was going to happen, thank you, then we would be able to relax.
48:51But he says there's going to be a world war, there's going to be earthquakes, there's going to be this, and he's giving us everything that's going to happen before the nation of Israel is rebirth.
49:06There's going to be a nation-to-nation war, World War I, World War II, and it happens exactly the way God says.
49:14Now, so then God says, I'm going to give you 22 tribulation typologies in Scripture, dividing the water, 117.
49:33It had not rained on the earth, okay?
49:36So, Genesis 1, 6 gives us the first rapture scenario.
49:42Adam and Eve, Adam receiving his bride in Genesis 2, verse 22, weird, but now that gives us another one.
49:54Isaac marries Rebekah.
49:56Guess what?
49:562025, before Christ.
50:00So, now you got, now we're like, we're like, okay, God, now we got you.
50:08We got you for sure this time.
50:11Isaac married Rebekah in 2025 B.C., and it's 2025 right now.
50:18We are expecting a rapture.
50:20Do not disappoint us.
50:23We could be like that.
50:25You understand?
50:25But how could we not say, that's strange?
50:31You understand?
50:32Oh, and I told you at the beginning from the end, Adam, that under second power is 2025.
50:38Oh, matter of fact, if you double times the number of verses in Genesis, you get 2025.
50:46And if you go to measurement of the ark, you get 2025.
50:51So, you're like, okay, it's going to be 2025.
50:53Do you know if it's not 2025, I don't know what I'm going to do.
50:58I'm going to be like just sitting in a corner going, so what do you want me to do now?
51:07I don't know.
51:07I probably won't get that sad.
51:10But I'm just saying, there's so much evidence God keeps giving us to let us know you're living in the time.
51:19Be ready.
51:19Now, even if I knew none of this and I just watch what's going on on TV, I would go, oh, my goodness, we're living in the last days.
51:28You understand?
51:30So, what I'm saying is this.
51:34God has a plan.
51:37Okay?
51:37He has never brought anybody up to heaven unless he descended first.
51:44You understand?
51:46He has to descend, even with those that were in the middle of the earth.
51:51He's going to descend first.
51:53Just the way Isaac went down south, he's going to descend first.
51:58Then when he comes down for us, he's going to descend down to the cloud, like Thessalonians says.
52:04When he rescues the saints at the end of the tribulation, he says he's going to come down to a cloud, and he's going to take the sickle and reap.
52:14So, I'm just saying the method of Jesus and the rapture and taking captivity captive is all the same from the time of Isaac to the time of taking the people out of Hades and taking them into the clouds.
52:35Okay?
52:36So, it gets kind of frustrating for us, I know, because there's so much information.
52:45We know everything.
52:47We know Moses took a Gentile bride.
52:49We know Joseph took a Gentile bride.
52:51We know Ruth married Boaz.
52:54We know all of this stuff, right?
52:56We even know that Sheba means seven and she went to the...
53:00We know everything.
53:02We know the structure of how it's going to happen.
53:04So, now you're at a position now where you have to say, I got to listen to the word that God said.
53:12Kaveh, until I come.
53:14Kaveh means to wait with great hope and expectation.
53:18It does not mean don't watch, because now you're not being obedient, because the scripture is telling us to watch and not to just watch,
53:28but to watch with great hope and expectation, because this is a big deal for God.
53:35So, praise God.
53:37And you have the notes now.
53:39So, I want to go back over it for today.
53:41God bless.
53:42That's it.
53:53That's it.
53:54You still got time on the clock.
53:56Mm-mm.
53:57Come on.
53:58It's eight o'clock.
53:59Okay.
54:00This is mine, I'm so...
54:02It's time.
54:03So, the question remains, who or what has you captive?
54:11Does the world, does your flesh, does even your own life have you captive?
54:19Or does the one who created the world, who destroys all the works of the flesh, and who died to give you eternal life, have you captive?
54:31It occurred to me that we need to be held captive by him before he comes to take captivity captive again.
54:42So, the gospel is like you sitting in a jail cell, shackled on your feet and your hands, and you're going to be there forever, and it's going to eternally suck.
54:56And in walks Jesus, the only one who had the key to that jail cell.
55:01And he takes off your chains.
55:05And you're sitting there on the ground, and he looks you in the eye and says, I paid the price for you to get out of here.
55:13All you have to do is take this gift and follow me.
55:18And you're sitting there without your chains on, the door to the jail cells wide open.
55:24And then, Jesus says, follow me.
55:27And he starts walking out, expecting and hoping you will follow me.
55:35But far too many people still sit there.
55:39Chains removed, door open, but they choose to sit there.
55:42Our brother who had his breakthrough this morning, he had his breakthrough because he realized what was holding him captive.
55:54He confessed it.
55:56He was ministered to and prayed for.
55:59Now he understands that he's going to get up, walk out of that jail cell, and start walking after Jesus.
56:09Amen.
56:10Praise the Lord.
56:14Final closing scripture, Ephesians 4.
56:22You know, to be captive means you're a prisoner.
56:29Ephesians 4, the Apostle Paul says this,
56:32I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called.
56:44With all lowliness and gentleness, with long-suffering, bearing with one another in love,
56:55endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
57:03Amen.
57:05Let's pray.
57:10Father, we thank you.
57:12Thank you for our pastor.
57:14Thank you, Holy Spirit, for putting this word on his heart to share with us.
57:18Lord, we're praying for all those people who are still being held captive by the enemy.
57:29We're praying, Father God, that you would speak to them tonight.
57:32Show them how to unlock those chains.
57:40Lead them out of that cell, Lord Jesus.
57:43Give them the strength to stand up and to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.
57:50We pray, God, that tonight, all those who are not ready to stand before you would truly examine themselves
57:58and ask you to save them, to cleanse them, and to free them from the captivity that they're being held back by.
58:10We thank you for this word.
58:12We ask that tonight you speak again through our pastor.
58:16As we come tomorrow to learn more, we want to not just be freed from captivity.
58:22We want to be held captive by you.
58:25So take our hearts, take our minds, take our life, Lord.
58:28We do with it what you do.
58:30Use your word tomorrow to continue to speak through us.
58:33And we thank you for this evening.
58:35In Jesus' name we pray.
58:37Hallelujah.
58:37Amen.
58:38Amen.
58:40Amen.
