00:09I chose that wasn't the top producer this year, but I think did not get up hustled by anybody.
00:14I think can use this listing to bolster her career even more. And that's Alex Hall.
00:21Yes, I can. I've been vindicated.
00:25There were many qualified people. Gio obviously produced quite a bit this year. Polly as well is doing exceptionally well.
00:35And maybe even therein lies the answer is that while Alex is doing well, I also think that she can really parlay the Cypress listing into increased business activity for herself.
00:46You know, she works hard. She does really well with her work-life balance.
00:50And I think that she'd actually gain more than just a commission. I think that she could really, really utilize it to kind of push her career forward.
00:58So that's why I chose her.
01:00Alex, can you give us an update on the listing?
01:02So the tenants are still in the property currently. And Jason and I both agree.
01:07I mean, it's not ideal to try to sell a property, especially of that caliber, while there's still tenants living in the home.
01:15I mean, like Jason has said, he has, the renter owns chickens. Like, it's just not ideal.
01:21We want to move the property for the highest price and in a decent amount of time.
01:25So waiting for them to get out and then we'll get the ball rolling.
01:28Gio, are you at peace with not getting the Cypress listing? Were you satisfied with the explanation Jason gave?
01:35Hold on.
01:36Listen, you were the top producer this year in the office.
01:40So you are almost too deserving. I don't even think you need my listing. You did such a good job.
01:44Not at all. But I am at peace with it. But I'm not satisfied with the explanation.
01:50I felt like I deserved it. And I felt like I deserved it not because of what the listing was, but for what it represented.
01:59And I, you know, it was like a trophy. And I have made peace with it.
02:06And I am glad now, not then, but now that it went to haul because I do think she is a pro and she's a good realtor.
