The Queen Was in the Parlor is a 1932 Merrie Melodies short directed by Rudolf Ising, released on July 9, 1932. It is the third and final cartoon starring Goopy Geer, who appears here as a court jester in a medieval kingdom.

The cartoon opens with Goopy entertaining the royal court by singing and playing piano, including a rendition of the popular song "I Love a Parade". He also performs impersonations of Amos 'n' Andy and Walter Winchell, showcasing his vaudeville-inspired act. When the villainous Count Bloodcount (a caricature of Bela Lugosi’s Dracula) attempts to kidnap the queen, Goopy springs into action. He battles the vampire using comedic tricks, including tickling him with a feather and launching him out a window with a springboard.
