00:30As one of the first e-bikes from B, the Canadian heavyweight in power sports,

00:35the Origin is part of a new era that will be launched on the market in 2025.

00:40The model aims to make city and country trips an experience with an electric drive that is

00:44impressive in terms of both technology and ride comfort. Canem, which celebrated its first successes

00:53with off-road motorcycles in the 70s, is returning to its own motorcycle history with an exciting

00:58electric twist. For around €17,500, you get a machine with innovative technology and solid

01:07features that offers a lot for the money. The battery of the Canem Origin is an 8.9-kilowatt

02:24hour is impressive at 3.8 seconds. Canem also offers the model in a version for the A1 driver's

02:31license with an output of 11 kilowatts. Despite this, the top speed remains the same and impresses

02:38with an impressive 129 kilometers per hour.

02:44This speed and the smooth power transmission can be optimally adjusted to suit your driving style

02:48thanks to three driving modes. This also includes a regenerative engine brake that can be set to three

02:55levels. What's particularly cool is that this engine brake can be actively operated via reverse throttle,

03:03which charges the battery while braking. If you use the technology well, you can increase the range.

03:10The equipment of the Can-Am Origin shows that it also feels at home off-piste.
