China welcomes the ancient Roman civilization with the exhibition "Rome: From Olympus to the Capitol". The Shanghai World Expo Museum becomes a gallery of marble gods. With over 130 pieces, the venue revives the historical memory of the cradle of Western civilization. The space is presided over by Jupiter, a sculpture over two meters tall, to which are added murals and other crafts from the first and second centuries after the common era. The exhibition also incorporates interactive resources to narrate episodes from mythology, such as the twelve labors of Hercules. This cultural dialogue between China and Italy will be open to the public until next year.
