00:15Their message comes as the government calls for dialogue following a disputed general election that international observers say fell short of being free and fair.
00:23The leading opposition party, Chidema, claims at least 2,000 people died in the protests and many hundreds more were arrested and charged with treason.
00:33It was one of two big parties that probarred from taking part in the polls, one of several factors that led to the demonstrations.
00:40President Smir Soluhu Hassan was declared the landslide winner of the 29th of October vote.
