00:08I mean, offensively, I think it's been huge.
00:13But, like, just I think the presence he had from day one that he was going to –
00:21there were going to be high standards and guys were going to be expected to meet him.
00:26And if they had trouble with that, they'd go out and get new guys that could meet him.
00:32Like, it was just this, like, kind of energy and focus.
00:40And he's kind of just unrelenting.
00:43Like, it's been impressive.
00:47And he's got buy-in throughout the building, not just in the locker room.
00:51And I think that's – you look at where they're at right now, six and three.
00:59It's a team that's operating with belief now.
01:03I mean, this team really hasn't had belief since, what, 2018?
01:08You know, they're a little bit of – nice start in, what, 2020?
01:12And then it kind of fell off.
01:14So, he's been just super impressive in setting standards and being unwavering in the idea that they're going to go out and they're going to maintain him.
