00:00A 47-year-old man was charged after he was dangerously driving at Hampton in Queensland
00:05on November 9th, 2025. Around 3.10pm, police alleged, the man arrived at a property in
00:11Boudoua in a stolen 2023 Mitsubishi Triton. He then allegedly stole a camper trailer and
00:18threatened the property owner while trying to steal fuel. Just before 5pm, the stolen vehicle
00:23was seen driving dangerously along S. Hampton Road, before turning onto a property on Church
00:28House Road. Police attempted to intercept and the offender allegedly drove into a police car
00:34before fleeing. Tire deflation devices were deployed and successfully stopped the man's
00:39vehicle on S. Hampton Road. The offender then allegedly threatened officers with an axe,
00:44before he was taken into custody.
