00:29This is frosting, so we want glacé icing, beautifully textured,
00:35but it's used a springform tin and it's got some wrinkle marks on the bottom.
00:39She later revealed that the much-maligned entry
00:41was actually a magnificent coffee cake
00:44and even asked its baker to share the recipe.
00:46It's a small country show and it's great that you've entered
