00:00A spectacular Sunday around the
00:19bay in the last home game before
00:20a long warrior road trip.
00:23Bring on the Pacers.
00:24Their one win.
00:25It was against the Doves.
00:26They don't want to see it be
00:27two after tonight.
00:30Hello, everybody.
00:30Bob Fitzgerald alongside Kalena
00:32Azebuki.
00:32And the toughest thing to do in
00:34sports is what you're supposed to
00:35do.
00:36You should make that field goal.
00:37You should hit that free throw.
00:39You should beat a team on the
00:40back end of a back-to-back with a
00:42ton of injuries that you owe from
00:44when they beat you in Indiana.
00:45Revenge.
00:46Revenge.
00:46You owe them.
00:47Let that drive you.
00:48That's the key theme for this
00:49game.
00:50But you want to feel good night
00:51and you want it to be on the
00:53defensive end.
00:54Have a big-time night defensively.
00:56Forget about the offense.
00:57It is what it is on that side.
00:58Make it tough for the Pacers.
01:00players to do what they want to
01:01do, play fast, run the ball, and
01:03do what they want to do.
01:04If everybody can just chip in
01:06defensively and have that
01:07intensity defensively the whole
01:08night, I think you'll feel good
01:10about it.
01:10The home road split for the
01:12Warriors early in the season is
01:14pretty stark right now.
01:16When the Warriors are in this
01:17building, they don't lose.
01:19Scoring margin is terrific.
01:21They shoot it well.
01:21They make threes.
01:22And the key one, they don't turn
01:24the ball over as much.
01:25That's massive because when you
01:26take care of the ball, that helps
01:27your defense.
01:28At times defensively, especially
01:29on the road, they've been a step
01:30slow here.
01:31They're getting back, talking it
01:33out, switching when they're
01:35supposed to, switching early if
01:36they need to, protecting the
01:37basket, all those things.
01:39So get back to doing some of
01:40that, just paying attention to
01:41the details, the communication.
01:43And like we're saying, just
01:44taking care of the ball, especially
01:45the live ball turnovers and the
01:46ones you can control, right?
01:47Just make the simple passes.
01:49You don't always have to hit the
01:50home run pass.
01:51You don't have Steph Curry
01:52tonight getting over that
01:53illness.
01:54Jimmy Butler, Al Horford are
01:56going to play.
01:57But the Warriors are going to go
01:58as far as their young players.
01:59And when you draft late, in the
02:0250s, our Kaiser Permanente
02:04teamwork in action, three draft
02:06picks in the 50s, Kalina
02:07Zabuki, and they kick in and
02:09contribute on this team.
02:10Well, that's what you want to
02:11see.
02:12They're playing like they have a
02:13chip on their shoulder.
02:14And when you are passed up that
02:15many times, like around 50
02:17different times or that many
02:18different teams, you're able to
02:20play with that chip on your
02:21shoulder.
02:21But the key, too, is they have
02:23a good attitude about it.
02:24Understand, okay, maybe some
02:25nights I'm not going to be in
02:27the rotation like Trace Jackson
02:28Davis, but he's going to come
02:30in and play with force whenever
02:31he can, staying in shape, game
02:33shape when you're not really in
02:35the rotation, three on three,
02:36whatever it is.
02:37Will Richard with the
02:38championship experience, making
02:39the right plays here and there,
02:41knocking down threes, driving
02:42when you're supposed to, but
02:44chipping in defensively.
02:45Even Quentin Post, I feel like
02:47there's been an intensity that
02:48he's played with defensively and
02:50there's been improvement for
02:51him defensively.
02:52He's competing on really both
02:53ends, like all those guys that
02:54we just showed in the cliff
02:55arc.
02:56So the Warriors only see
02:57Indiana twice a year, and the
02:58Pacers have had their number.
03:00But one guy who sees Indiana
03:01all the time, this is the 40th
03:04game Jimmy Butler has played
03:05against the Pacers.
03:07He knows how to deal with Rick
03:08Carlisle.
03:09He knows how to deal with
03:10Indiana.
03:10He also knows the Pacers got the
03:12Warriors just about a week and
03:14a half ago.
03:15The season series is over
03:16tonight.
03:16The Warriors want to end it with
03:18the win.
03:19Sunday night basketball from
03:20Chase is on the way.
03:25Change that.
03:26Opening tap is coming up next.
03:28Sunday at Chase Center.
03:34And, Clement, this is how Dub
03:36Nation becomes shooters.
03:37There you go.
03:37And they've just put out the
03:38pop a shot out there, get the
03:39kids shooting at an early age.
03:41Love a pop a shot.
03:42There will be a shooting
03:44disparity tonight.
03:45The Pacers have struggled from
03:47the field three and the free
03:49throw line.
03:50Jimmy Butler never struggles from
03:51the free throw line.
03:52But for the Warriors, the final
03:54home game before you go on this
03:56long road trip, a Pacer team
03:58that has never lost in this
04:00building.
04:01They're 6-0.
04:02That's really weird.
04:02That's got to end tonight.
04:04Well, you want to clean up your
04:05house before you go on this
04:06six-gamer.
04:07Like you're saying, nobody likes
04:09to lose three in a row.
04:10Warriors don't want to do that.
04:12But two things I'm watching
04:14tonight for the Warriors.
04:14Their transition defense because
04:16the Pacers still want to get up
04:17and down.
04:17They still want to play and
04:18transition as much as possible.
04:19And defensive rebounding.
04:21The Pacers are fifth in
04:23offensive rebounds because they
04:26miss a ton, like you're saying.
04:28They're 30th when it comes to
04:29their field goal percentage.
04:3029th when it comes to their
04:31offense.
04:32They will struggle.
04:3430th in three-point shooting
04:35percentage, too.
04:36You saw Steph on the bench.
04:37He's here, but he's still sick.
04:40Brandon Jimmy Butler with the
04:41Domingo, Draymond, and Quinton Post.
04:45They gave that offensive rebound.
04:47Draymond on the trail three.
04:50Another loose ball just kind of
04:51laying there.
04:53Nimhart did not play in the game
04:56in Indiana.
04:56I don't think I'll ever forget his game
05:01here.
05:02We had 31 and 13 assists.
05:04He's had some big-time games against
05:06the Warriors.
05:07Wormie Kirkland, Deidre Taylor,
05:08Al Calio.
05:10And that one was blocked.
05:11Jay Huff has a piece of that
05:13Quinton Post three.
05:14And don't be afraid to show and go
05:15every now and then if you're
05:17quitting Post, everybody respects
05:18your three ball.
05:20Nimhart coming back from a sharper
05:21issue.
05:22Missing from the right corner.
05:24But Indiana is going through the
05:26year the Warriors went through
05:27after they played Toronto in the
05:29finals.
05:30I remember they were 15-50.
05:32Steph was heard.
05:33Clay was heard.
05:34Durant had left.
05:36And as Post hits the three,
05:37Indiana's got half their roster
05:39injured.
05:40Miles Turner left as a free agent
05:41they're dealing with.
05:42Coming in at one and eight.
05:43And for all their players, it's just
05:45about keeping a good attitude.
05:46Everybody knows what the deal is.
05:48Isaiah Jackson guides that one in.
05:50Two defenders stay with Nimhart.
05:52Nimhart's going to try to control
05:53everything for the Pacers.
05:55A lot of pick and roll.
05:57So have you worked on your pick and
05:58roll defense lately is the question.
06:00Yeah, and you're done with the
06:01season series with Indiana after
06:03tonight.
06:03J.K.
06:04Returning it.
06:05Post couldn't quite finish it.
06:07Well, Jarris Jackson rotated over.
06:09And then it will be Warrior Ball
06:11out of bounds.
06:12You like that running pick and
06:14roll.
06:15And you've got the pass, hit, get
06:17back.
06:17Two defenders go with Nimhart.
06:19He's throwing it up for Jackson.
06:21Might want to get a weak side
06:23defender over there a little early.
06:25Rotate a little early.
06:26Here's Rick Carlisle being defended
06:28by Draymond Grady.
06:29Carlisle 12-3 in his last 15 games
06:32against Steve Kerr.
06:34You mentioned that on November 1st.
06:36Draymond to beat the buzzer,
06:38hits a corner three.
06:40You know he's yelling,
06:41BOO!
06:42Draymond's three-point shooting,
06:4345%.
06:45It's some big ones against the
06:46Nuggets.
06:47Just five of them.
06:48They just couldn't get stops in
06:49that game late, especially.
06:51No, that's a walk.
06:52There he is.
06:54Jarris Walker shuffling the feet.
06:56Remember, Jarris Walker kind of
06:58plays like Aaron Gordon, but look
07:00at the two defenders commit to
07:02Quinton Post inside.
07:03You like him as a decision maker.
07:05Get him going to the rim.
07:07Guys are going to commit to him,
07:08and they're going to help off
07:09Draymond, and Draymond's
07:10recognizing that.
07:11He's staying ready to shoot.
07:13You can't say Jarris Walker and
07:15Aaron Gordon anymore.
07:15I've got Aaron Gordon, PTSD.
07:17Kills the Warrior.
07:19That 50 ball played the other day.
07:22Jimmy Butler with the mid-range.
07:25Well, that's footwork and
07:25paces there for Jimmy Butler,
07:27but the one thing about Walker,
07:28he's not shooting it as well
07:29as Ryan is right now.
07:30He's around 30% for your range.
07:33Nimhart, a couple years in Gonzaga.
07:36Rimming that one in.
07:38He's just a quality player.
07:40You have Halliburton and Nimhart,
07:42these guys running your team.
07:43You're in good shape.
07:44Well, wait until he drives to the basket.
07:46He's looking to dish out punishment.
07:47He's such a strong driver,
07:50physical offensive player.
07:51That's not the shot they want
07:52Kaminga to take.
07:53He got fouled, but JK's been so good
07:56moving the ball and attacking the basket
07:58in the early part of the year.
08:00He got bailed out a little bit,
08:02but look at Jimmy Butler's footwork.
08:04Stop.
08:05Coming to a jump stop is never
08:06really a bad idea.
08:08Usually not a bad idea.
08:09Every now and then, it's good to go
08:10off of one foot.
08:11Control your own momentum,
08:13your body momentum much better.
08:15If you can come to a jump stop,
08:17then figure out what you have.
08:18Pivot move around as Kaminga misses the first free throw.
08:21Jimmy Butler been dealing with the back issue.
08:23He's played in Denver, playing tonight.
08:25Draymond, the rib cage, he's playing.
08:27Steph is here.
08:28And so you hope illness-wise because you've got OKC
08:32and San Antonio in a back-to-back on Tuesday and Wednesday
08:35as Kaminga misses both free throws.
08:38It's such a marathon of a season.
08:40And there's going to be injuries and little bruises here and there.
08:43You're just spending a lot of time with the training staff
08:45as Walker misses a three.
08:46I told you he's not Aaron Gorge.
08:48I told you he's not Aaron Gorge.
08:49Long pass and good hustle back that time.
08:53Ben Shepard saved the layup.
08:55Warriors want to be opportunists when it comes to running.
08:57Throw the ball ahead.
08:58That ball can move faster than bodies can move.
09:00Coach Kier is looking back, trying to figure out what's happening.
09:04Under, out of bounds.
09:06Warriors have some great under, out of bounds plays.
09:08Now Aaron Post, a little two-man game.
09:17Let me get to that mid-range again.
09:19Shot clocked at 11, taking his time.
09:23Aaron Post getting all in good shape.
09:26Isaiah Jackson's just cheating out of him too much.
09:29As far as Quinn Post is concerned, Draymond did the right thing.
09:31He didn't really have much going there.
09:33So he broke the paint, really threatening drive.
09:35To make Jackson at least help a little bit as you get a little deflection here.
09:40See now, just that, okay?
09:42Active hands, deflection, just better Warrior defense than we've seen.
09:46Consistently.
09:47Yes.
09:47And keeping your intensity up no matter what's going on on the offensive side.
09:50If you're missing shots, making shots, forget about that.
09:53You bring it defensively the whole game.
09:56You should be okay with where you end up.
09:58Up out of the corner.
10:00Kajemski coming back for the rebound.
10:02Warriors have been good defensively at home.
10:04They've done everything well at home.
10:05But lost in this building.
10:08Around the road.
10:09You want to mention some losses.
10:11Show and go, Quinn Post.
10:13Told you.
10:14And Shaminga missing that three.
10:15Grandma tipping it up.
10:18But you're okay with that for Quinn Post.
10:20Everybody's going to respect that, especially since he's already made some threes.
10:23Exactly.
10:24Kajemski taking away from Walker.
10:26Or Brandon the easiest bucket of the night.
10:29They make them call the first timeout.
10:3113-4.
10:32Jerry Stackhouse blitzed right at half court.
10:35They didn't know what to do with it.
10:37Playing good defense.
10:38Don't turn it over.
10:39And take care of the Pacers.
10:40The San Jose State Spartans.
10:45Get your tickets today at sjsuspartans.com.
10:49And these are the new NBA City Edition jerseys.
10:53Cream, brown, gold accents.
10:56Wow.
10:56Going to be available.
10:58Purchasing on Tuesday, November 11th at the Golden State Shop located at Thrive City.
11:04And I'll make you a deal, K.
11:05If you go through there, through Rakuten, spend over $50, they'll give you the Town Edition Crew Neck by Oaklandish and an additional 10% cash back.
11:16Sounds good to me.
11:17They're going to debut those jerseys Monday, November 24th, taking on the Jazz here.
11:22They brought us up some Oaklandish sweaters.
11:24And there's actually a Steph Curry bobblehead that night.
11:27Steph Curry, the Town bobblehead in those cream jerseys.
11:30So, a lot going on.
11:31I like it.
11:32You love that double team the Warriors threw at him right before that timeout.
11:36Eventually, you're going to have to rotate out of that.
11:39So, make sure you have the rotations down.
11:41Walker couldn't get it back to Jackson and threw it away.
11:43So, closed off that passing lane.
11:45Well, they rotated and made sure they closed down the baseline.
11:49You had two defenders around Jackson.
11:51Gave him nowhere to go.
11:52The Warriors can rely on that side.
11:53Because, remember, offensive Warriors are 18th in field goal percentage.
11:57It's below average at times.
11:58But, you let your defense spark your offense.
12:01And, a lot of times, you're going to get easier buckets.
12:03Now, the outside shots start going.
12:05You get in rhythm that way.
12:06Cody Martin, who was signed to a 10-day contract because the Pacers have had so many injuries at 30 years of age.
12:12Obviously, one of the twins.
12:15I told you, Nimhart is strong down there.
12:17He's not easy to pull stuff.
12:18Jefford couldn't finish, but to follow nicely, Isaiah Jackson, when they're able to force turn over, you better believe they're running.
12:27Kamingo's got his Nimhart still on in there.
12:29And, he'd love to post it up because he's smaller, but he fights in there.
12:32He's scrappy.
12:33Kamingo taught him how to play defense.
12:36Kamingo will get to the line.
12:37And, there's the difference.
12:39The double-teamed fadeaway he missed from 10 feet.
12:42This is the Kamingo we've seen more of this year on a beautiful drive and getting to the line.
12:46I think everybody likes that a little better.
12:48You get a ball screen, and now you have to go against Jay Huff.
12:51And, he's in drop coverage.
12:52And, Kamingo's like, great news.
12:54I got him on his heels.
12:55He's backing up.
12:56Don't avoid the contact.
12:58Try to finish through there, but now you've got to make your free throws.
13:01They have a great beginning of the year for Jonathan.
13:0316 points a game, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 83% from the line as he makes that one there.
13:10UCLA and Cal on the hardwoods, the Empire Classic at ChaseCenter.com.
13:15All the tickets available.
13:16That's Thanksgiving week, Tuesday, November 25th.
13:19And, you see, it's a big game coming on here for Kamingo because, yeah, he didn't play his best game against the Nuggets.
13:25But, he's got off to a great start like Hussain.
13:26You expect him to have one.
13:28But, this is one of the stories of the season.
13:30The young guys, including Kamingo, how long do your slumps last?
13:34How many bad games in a row do you have?
13:35Do you bounce back and hurry after one?
13:37Or, is it after five rough games?
13:39Like, you need that type of consistency, especially from that part of your roster.
13:44Buddy Heels first playing time.
13:48This out of the corner by Jeremiah Robinson Earl, former OKC Thunder player.
13:54See, Martin, all these guys that, especially the guys that they just picked up, they're trying to turn heads.
13:59So, they're going to be extra aggressive, especially on the glass.
14:02You've got to crack them.
14:03Martin kind of got a running start from the corner.
14:05Tony Bradley, the backup big.
14:09He was dealing with Graymon.
14:13Graymon, the decision maker got caught up in the air.
14:15Dempsey there to bail him out.
14:17Shot clocked in four, I'd like to say.
14:18Here's where you figure out how you deal with their pressure.
14:21They're kind of desperate right now.
14:22They're down big, early, already in a hole.
14:25You know they're going to get more intense defensively.
14:28M. Harden, Ben Shepard up top.
14:31Good movement to Bradley.
14:34Shepard from Washington three.
14:36Come back to rebound there.
14:38He didn't get it, but allowed Post to get it because of his effort.
14:41That's the commitment to it.
14:42A.K. on Martin.
14:48Getting inside with the left hand.
14:50Getting his own rebound.
14:51A lot of contact inside of Camingo.
14:54And the jump ball.
14:56Even Martin will jump it up.
14:57He never gave up on it.
14:58He showed the patience.
15:00Nolan was really showing double team,
15:02even though everybody was ready to help off.
15:06Crab dribble, crab dribble.
15:08Back him down, bought him.
15:09He missed the first one, but he just kind of stayed with it.
15:12Now you've got a jump ball situation at least,
15:15and you have a chance to live to see another day.
15:17Nothing happened out of that other than that's just effort.
15:21That's a good thing.
15:22That's a good thing.
15:23You're not going to make every shot,
15:24but you can handle and control how intense you are.
15:31Tap won by the Pacers.
15:33M. Harden will run it back.
15:36Indiana's one win is against the Warriors.
15:39That's what's so frustrating.
15:42Pacers are so banged up and missing so many players.
15:45They lost last night,
15:46and Denver even have them on the back end of the back-to-back.
15:48Robinson Earl is fouled by Buddy Heald, shooting a three.
15:52So I told you,
15:53eventually they're going to have to rotate out of that double team.
15:55They've committed to double teaming Nembhardt,
15:58up as high as possible.
16:00Eventually they're going to get the ball out of there like they just did,
16:02and you're going to have to rotate to the weak side.
16:04Buddy Heald, he had the right idea,
16:06jumped by the shooting hand side,
16:08but that's the high-five contest.
16:10You can't do that.
16:12And he caught him on the arm.
16:15That's a foul.
16:16Two years at Villanova, the 32nd pick in 2021.
16:20Jeremiah Robinson Earl,
16:22kind of a Swiss Army knife type of guy,
16:24does a little bit of everything,
16:26trying to find some consistency with that jumper.
16:29But he's a guy you can throw out there.
16:33He'll rebound whenever he gets a chance.
16:36Whatever the coach needs.
16:37It's interesting with this Pacer team,
16:39you think about how much they've struggled offensively.
16:41They actually lead the league in passes per game,
16:43and they're 29th in assists.
16:45So they've missed so many shots.
16:48They're not giving themselves opportunities to get assists.
16:50As Monte Morris comes in,
16:51he's a 39% three-point shooter for his career.
16:54So you've got to watch where he is, too.
16:55Chey Merritt Morris was such a great backup in Denver.
16:58Jeremiah Robinson Earl reminds me of Kyle Anderson.
17:01Kind of, yeah, they just did.
17:03In that, in between, yeah.
17:05He's 6'9", but he can shoot it.
17:07He can defend.
17:08Super solid Swiss Army knife.
17:09I like how he said that.
17:14He's back to Draymond.
17:16We've got, is it, is it going to be a blocking foul?
17:19Wow, that is fortunate for the boys,
17:21because that was going to be a turnover.
17:23I waited for Courtney Kirkland there.
17:25He had the whistle and the Draymond pass,
17:26but was it a pass and crash?
17:28For a blocking foul, he's going to say blocking foul.
17:31Monte Morris, who just got there on Thursday
17:34as they waived Mack McClellan.
17:39He signed him, and he tried to take the charge,
17:41but they're not going to give it to him.
17:44But I do like the movement on that one.
17:46That's one thing.
17:47Warriors have at times gotten a little stagnant
17:49if they don't get the first thing they're looking for
17:51is we get a little hockey substitution almost here.
17:54So Al Horford in, he had the foot strain, didn't play in Denver,
17:58but he's able to go tonight.
17:59Moses Moody.
18:01Moses, I'm looking.
18:03You said how long?
18:04Bounce back.
18:04Yeah, the bounce back games for the young guys,
18:07because he had the 24 and 28-point games against Phoenix and SAC.
18:11And then even in your bad games,
18:22are you impacting winning in some way?
18:24Are you defending at a high level, rebounding?
18:27Yeah.
18:27Bojemski takes charges.
18:29Moses was one of nine in Denver,
18:30which was surprising as well as he'd been shooting it.
18:33But he healed with a good look.
18:39Bradley will send Monte Morris into the front court.
18:45Morris was so good as the backup in Denver.
18:49They're looking for a home kind of since.
18:53Walker couldn't hit that, and Moody will push it back.
19:00I'd like to see Horford hit a couple shots.
19:02He took all the right shots and SAC could get any of his threes to go down.
19:06As Bojemski misses there.
19:09All he can do is keep taking those shots.
19:11It has to be taken.
19:13They're open.
19:14He can't hesitate.
19:15Eventually, he's going to start knocking him down.
19:18Shot clock at 10.
19:20Morris on Butler up top.
19:25Morris on Moody.
19:26Shot clock at 3.
19:29Martin had got the hand grenade in 24 seconds.
19:32It was a violation, and the Warriors were around there every time.
19:35Perfect defense.
19:36They almost switched everything.
19:37And at the game, all the screens and the Pacers couldn't figure out what to do.
19:42So he's continuing to have solid defense possessions.
19:46You've already gotten yourself to a nice start.
19:49If you can win this quarter with good play here down the stretch of this quarter,
19:54you'll be happy with yourself going into the second quarter.
19:56That's Spencer in for Bojemski.
19:59The court is pretty short.
20:02So the Warriors, 5 of 15 shooting.
20:05The Pacers are 3 of 12.
20:06And now I've got Horford.
20:12That was amazing.
20:14Kind of that help and recovery.
20:15You saw Jeremiah Robinson-Earl cutting in there.
20:17Still got back to his man and blocked it.
20:19Horford missing the 3.
20:21But Steve Kerr said Al's moving well.
20:23You saw it on the blocked shot.
20:25And for his sake, you want those to go in as Bradley's able to score.
20:28Run on the floor.
20:28You see how fast they can still turn it around on you.
20:30Those ones, Al Horford's jumping.
20:33That's supposed to go in.
20:34He made such a wonderful defensive play.
20:36Let the ball drop for him one time.
20:39The NBA at 4 with 3.29 remaining in the first.
20:43Neither team shooting the ball well at all.
20:46But it's a game the Dubs want to have, believe me, before they go on the road trip.
20:51Are Grayton winning?
20:54You don't want Indiana to continue to win at Chase Center.
20:58We've had a little bit of everything.
20:59Sometimes it's a clutch game.
21:02Nembhard's hit some big shots.
21:04Never lost here.
21:05It's weird.
21:06P.J. McConnell and Tyrese Halberton talking to Jimmy Butler there for a second.
21:10Benedict Matherin and Aaron Neesmith also not playing tonight.
21:15And the Warriors players, I believe, they know that, too.
21:18Buddy Heal.
21:20I've seen that 3.
21:21The Warriors are creating good open looks.
21:23They've just got to make them.
21:245 of 17 right now.
21:29Here's Walker got Pat Spencer on the switch.
21:36Buddy nearly knocked it away.
21:37Shot clock at 5.
21:39Pass inside.
21:40Knocked out of bounds.
21:42Pat Spencer knocked that one out of bounds.
21:44Yeah, Martin couldn't quite collect that.
21:46Pat Spencer came and played so well against the Knights, especially in that first half.
21:49The Warriors went 11-0 in that second quarter against the Nuggets.
21:52They just couldn't stop them in the second half.
21:54Only 4 to shoot here.
21:58Walker spilled.
22:00Horford to Butler to Buddy and couldn't finish.
22:07Warriors have missed their last eight shots.
22:10And all pretty good looks and layups.
22:13Pat Spencer knocked it away initially.
22:15Skip pass to a wide and Monta Morrison.
22:17Missing there.
22:20Is there a lid on both baskets?
22:23Pat Harris Walker can't finish.
22:25The Warriors are shooting 28% and the Pacers are shooting 23%.
22:30It's really no surprise.
22:32We've already talked about the Pacers' rough shooting this season.
22:36And the Warriors are missing their best three-point shooter.
22:38And it's great to see Steph Curry back on the bench and his great energy around.
22:41Maybe he can just touch some guys and his shooting can rub off on people.
22:45Okay.
22:46I'm with you.
22:50Well, barely imbounded.
22:52And counting Monta Morris able to put it up and in.
22:55They had two cutters open that time.
22:58Yeah, you're cold.
23:00See if you can have great offensive possession here to quell some of the Pacers' momentum.
23:05That's the funniest draft that we've put up all year.
23:087-0 run that took three and a half minutes.
23:11I didn't score 7 points in 20 seconds.
23:14It's choppy move now, but they have something.
23:16Spencer missed that three.
23:19Now it's an earl denied by Butler.
23:20But Martin with the rebound.
23:23Morris had the layup and rimmed home the three.
23:26What in the...
23:26That was the flattest shot?
23:30That somehow got over the front rim.
23:34Crowd get a little restless as the Warriors office was not here yet.
23:38Oh, put an open three.
23:42And he got it.
23:43Oh.
23:44Tony Bradley was helping with Jimmy Butler in the middle.
23:47Jimmy Butler could have powered up there, but I think he really, really, really wants Al Gore for the kick.
23:53So, he missed his last nine.
23:54And here's Walker answering.
23:56I'll lose him, I'll lose him, I'll lose him.
23:58I'll lose him.
23:59I'll lose him.
24:00I'll lose him.
24:01I'll lose him.
24:02You'd love to just at least win this quarter, the way you started the game.
24:05I'll turn the Horford up top.
24:10We'll be waiting to see if Al is going to roll.
24:13And Butler couldn't quite finish himself.
24:15Horford the rebound.
24:16Moody, a warm-up three.
24:19He ain't missing that.
24:19Offensive rebound.
24:22Al Horford did a great job just rolling to the basket, even though he didn't get it.
24:25He's rolling into position to get the offensive rebound as his man, Tony Bradley, was occupied with Jimmy Butler.
24:31Grab it, kick it out.
24:32Best time to shoot a three ball after an offensive rebound.
24:35Bradley inside, able to finish.
24:37Bradley going to work now.
24:39Go in, go in!
24:42Super quick two for one.
24:43Spencer recognized it.
24:44Butler thought about squeezing off the three.
24:49Jimmy.
24:50Jimmy to the mid-range.
24:51Couldn't finish.
24:52Butler with a rebound.
24:53Spencer kept it alive and able to score there.
24:56I just love Jimmy Butler taking the bull by the horn.
24:58Yes.
24:59Make or miss.
25:00Just gets shots up.
25:01Shots on goal.
25:02Got a single-second game shot clock difference.
25:07Winding down this first quarter.
25:09Morris wants to play for the last shot, massaging in a midcourt.
25:16Jeremiah Robinson Earl right to the rim.
25:19The tip doesn't go.
25:20Bradley, no.
25:21And the Warriors finish with a stop.
25:25Okay.
25:26Holding a team to 32%.
25:28No problem.
25:29Scoring on the other end.
25:31Speaking of scoring, that guy leads the NHL in goals and assists.
25:37Macklin Celebrini is going to come up here.
25:42Nineteen years of age as the Sharks 7-2-1 in their last ten games.
25:47He leads the NHL in points.
25:50Ten goals and 14 assists.
25:51Pacing the Sharks with ten goals.
25:53He's also the son of Rick Celebrini, who is the doctor that handles all the Warrior medical situations.
25:59And between Aiden going to the Vancouver Canucks as a draft pick, Macklin the number one overall pick in the NHL draft.
26:07It was your dad that said, hey, keep practicing and no video games and no hanging out, right?
26:12That's what made me a pro?
26:13Yeah, exactly.
26:14Season's going good.
26:15Sharks are rolling the last ten games.
26:16Yeah, we've been doing really well.
26:18I'm kind of new to the NHL in hockey.
26:20I went to my first game with Fitz last season, your rookie year, and I'm a terrible ice skater.
26:26So I got a ton of respect for you just right off the bat with that.
26:29But the leading point scorer in the NHL right now, obviously scoring goals is one thing.
26:34Talk to me about the assist part of it and how much you've embraced that part of it.
26:38How much do you enjoy getting assists and setting other guys up?
26:41Yeah, I think it's a huge part of the game, creating plays, creating offense for your linemates.
26:47I think it's really important just to kind of create momentum for your team,
26:52and we've been able to do a lot of that recently.
26:56What's it like being a teenager playing professional sports?
26:59It's the best.
27:00It's the best life you could ask for as a teenager.
27:03That's awesome.
27:04What about what you learned from your first year in the NHL to what you've taken from that year into this,
27:10your second year?
27:11How have you grown?
27:12What have you learned about yourself, the game, everything from your teammates or whatever?
27:16I think it's similar in basketball, the 82-game schedule.
27:19It's a lot.
27:20A lot of games, hard on the body.
27:22So I think just managing yourself, making sure you're ready to go every night,
27:26making sure you're getting your rest.
27:28One of the cool things the Sharks do, and a lot of NHL teams do this,
27:31is they have a dad road trip where the players get to bring their fathers on the trip.
27:36How was that with Rick?
27:37It was awesome.
27:38It was awesome.
27:39That was my first experience with it.
27:40I mean, just the way the organization sets it up with the plane and the team dinner.
27:47It's a really cool thing to have.
27:49And your dad, as you were growing up, used to bring you a lot to Warriors practices and all that.
27:54How much did it inspire you watching guys like Steph Curry work and their work ethic,
27:59not just in games but in practice, the attention to detail, all of that?
28:03Yeah, I mean, watching those guys, it's a different sport, but you see the professionalism.
28:07You see the guys that, how committed they are to their craft and how they work for it.
28:13So, I think it's just being around those guys and seeing the time and the effort that they put into it.
28:19Definitely has a million impact on me.
28:21Locking foul is special issue too.
28:23How about one of the Warriors from Chicago and came to see you when you were playing juniors
28:28and Draymond and everybody?
28:29It was one of those like, wait, Backland's playing nearby, let's go check them out.
28:32Yeah, that was a crazy experience.
28:36All my teammates were fired up that they were able to get out for a game.
28:41And especially in junior, you're not really expecting.
28:44We're not getting many fans in general that have those guys out.
28:47So, yeah, you'll get good.
28:49No, so how are you feeling about your squad right now?
28:51Obviously, you guys just beat the team that won the President's Trophy in the Stanley Cup back to back.
28:56Back to back.
28:57So, what's the ceiling for the Sharks?
28:59Well, it's Will Smith and Macklin that are getting it done at Will's right there.
29:02Yeah, I mean, we've been playing really good hockey recently.
29:05I think stuff's starting to gel, and it's a good feeling when you're starting to get wins.
29:10How often do you visit the dentist?
29:12A couple times, but one not too recently here.
29:18Yeah, that's fun.
29:20But defensemen that get down on color plays and want to try to get low on slap shots, they eat a few pucks.
29:25Yeah.
29:26Oh, yeah.
29:27No, it's not fun.
29:28I mean, how early did you embrace the physicality and the toughness aspect of it?
29:33Because everybody talks about hockey like you guys are the toughest athletes.
29:37Whenever Pajemski gets hit in the schnoz or Pat Spencer takes the ball, we always compare him as Jimmy Butler gets to the rim.
29:43We always compare him to you guys and the toughness you guys display on really a game-by-game basis.
29:49How early in your career did you embrace that part of it?
29:52I think it's kind of the culture.
29:54You kind of see, I mean, the guys you look up to play through injuries, whether it's playoffs or just to be out there with their team.
30:02So I think it's just play, just find a way to push through it.
30:06Your brother Aiden, drafted by Vancouver.
30:08How good a player?
30:09You guys were college teammates.
30:10How good a player is he?
30:11He's awesome.
30:12We're different players.
30:14He's more defensive.
30:15He's like the Draymond Green.
30:17Okay.
30:18Who would win in a fight if you dropped the gloves?
30:21Oh, he would.
30:22He's a lot bigger than me.
30:24All right.
30:25Yeah, you could throw me around.
30:26Who protects you on the Sharks when people try to go after the goal scorer?
30:29You've got to have a few guys that have, you know, have your back a little bit.
30:33Oh, yeah.
30:34I mean, last year we had Barkley Goodrow, who's also on our team this year.
30:38He did a lot of that.
30:39And we just got a new guy, Ryan Reeves, from Toronto.
30:44He's been amazing for us.
30:46We'll let you get back down to Will.
30:47All right.
30:48Keep having a great season.
30:49I appreciate it.
30:50I'll bring Coletta down again to watch it.
30:51You know I'm a big hockey player.
30:53Perfect.
30:54Macklin celebrating with us.
30:55The Sharks are rolling and the Warriors are trying to do the same.
30:59National Services insights you can act on.
31:04And this is the most dangerous new store at Chase Center.
31:08Swish and Sugar.
31:10Let me tell you.
31:11Oh, my goodness.
31:12I was just up there and they just brought us some treats.
31:15Look, they got the Blondie bar there.
31:17That's a brownie.
31:19You can put chocolate syrup and caramel, the ice cream.
31:22The cookies are nicely sized too now.
31:25I don't need.
31:26They're not stingy with it.
31:27Do I need a heavily sugared Kalena Azubuki for the second half?
31:30I don't know if I'm ready for this.
31:32And I took a few bites and anything is possible.
31:37Moses Moody kind of an excuse me foul.
31:39Trying to body up on Nimhard.
31:41But I was just up there before the game.
31:42They got a nice area there with Cache Creek Casino Resort area on the fifth floor.
31:47And, you know, they got their colors and it's really nicely themed.
31:51You've got dumpling time.
31:52You've got guts.
31:53You've got Splash.
31:54You've got Swish and Sugar.
31:56You've got Syrop Shop.
31:57And there's so many places now around Thrive City and around Chase Center.
32:01The Warriors have gone into a zone here.
32:03Draymond helping recovery in the middle.
32:05Trying to get back to Hoffman.
32:06He was able to gather it and take his time, footwork, pivot game.
32:11Somehow found a way to score.
32:12And Jay Huff splitting that double team.
32:14So it's Draymond and Quinton close.
32:16With Pat Spencer.
32:17Will Richards first flanked on Moses Moody.
32:19And Huff blocking Draymond.
32:22Montae Morris.
32:25Spencer knocked it away.
32:27Didn't foul him.
32:28Nimhard the open three.
32:29And Draymond and Jay Huff start grabbing each other.
32:33Draymond's holding on for dear life.
32:35It's just tough to keep Huff off the glass because he's got the size advantage.
32:39Pretty good position there.
32:40He's trying to push Draymond Green under.
32:42You're trying to get creative offensively on the other side.
32:47And they set a ball screen for Draymond.
32:49He couldn't convert.
32:50He got blocked.
32:51Look at Huff.
32:52He's like, ah, he's holding on to me.
32:53Jay Huff won a national championship in Virginia.
32:56The four years there.
32:57Really athletic.
32:58And remember, they're all trying to get to the glass.
33:01Defensive rebounding is not going to be easy.
33:03Here's active hands.
33:04But it ricocheted right back to Indiana.
33:06Nimhard shot clock at two.
33:08Call zone number.
33:10Huff.
33:11He batted it.
33:12Will Richards said, that's enough.
33:14That's enough of Huff.
33:16Well done.
33:17Kind of.
33:18Buddy healed.
33:19And how about Quick Pulse with the pass back door.
33:22Buddy healed.
33:23He's going to keep his energy up.
33:25He's moving without the ball.
33:27Defender was behind it.
33:28I told you he's dishing out.
33:29Did you see that?
33:30Nimhard.
33:31Nimhard looked like Christian McCaffrey against the Rams today.
33:34He is cracking people on the way to the rim.
33:36And people bounce off of him.
33:38It's always like this.
33:40Now Spencer went the other way.
33:43And did the Nash where he went along the baseline.
33:46And waited for someone.
33:48And Quick Pulse cut nicely.
33:50Pat Spencer has really gained the coach's trust when it comes to handling the ball.
33:55Because of plays like that.
33:57You go Steve Nash.
33:58And this is the one where you just keep moving without the ball.
34:01And Nimhard is a really good defender.
34:03But you just keep moving.
34:05You see where Nimhard is.
34:06Couldn't keep his body in between Buddy healed in the basket.
34:11And the defense is kind of lifted.
34:13You open up that middle.
34:14And you can use Quinton Post kind of like that.
34:17As a Huff.
34:18Give it to him in the middle.
34:19Initiate the movement.
34:20Cut off of him.
34:21Split action off of him.
34:22Whatever you want.
34:23Like he can make those passes.
34:24Got the three fouls on Huff.
34:25Well Trace is a good passer.
34:27Draymond is a good passer.
34:28Quinton a good passer.
34:29That if your pivot guy can really distribute the ball.
34:32Makes you way more dangerous.
34:33And that's why you don't have to go for the thread the needle home run passes all the time.
34:37When you have that many guys that can make that great a pass.
34:40And if you move like that.
34:41You'll have to try the tough passes.
34:43The easy ones will be available.
34:45Orders are five of eight free throwing.
34:47Post one of two.
34:48Shepard missing the runner.
34:49Buddy healed in motion.
34:50Buddy healed with Post.
34:51Will Richard and Pajewski.
34:52With Post.
34:53The deep three.
34:54Buddy healed with the rebound.
34:55Makes the foul over the back.
34:56I understand he's going for the offensive rebound there.
34:57But the percentage that he was going to get that one is probably low.
35:12Just for the future.
35:13Just in case you're in a situation where you've already racked up four fouls or something.
35:17And you're close to the bonus.
35:18You don't want to get in the habit of doing that.
35:20I enjoyed that.
35:21Buddy healed and Matt Calio.
35:22Matt Calio is Canadian.
35:24That was the most respectful back and forth on a foul call ever.
35:27Buddy is such a nice guy.
35:29Back clock down to seven.
35:32Sidestep three.
35:33Montae Morris.
35:34And he buries the triple.
35:35Indiana is not going away.
35:37When you beat the team six straight times in their building.
35:40And your one win is against them.
35:42They're like, let's go get the Warriors again.
35:45There's some confidence built up.
35:47Pajewski and a nice beat from Karangin.
35:49All he had to do was just touch and go to the basket.
35:52Because the guy who was supposed to switch on to him was going to be behind.
35:55Walker thought about the trail three.
35:58And then the floater.
35:59And that's Lake Camigas rebounding.
36:02He's got in there for that defensive glass.
36:04J.K.'s got five boards tonight.
36:06Pajewski's cleansing a little bit.
36:08Hopefully he's okay.
36:09He's playing with that left wrist draft.
36:15Richard.
36:16Arking three.
36:17Halfway down and out.
36:18Again, another look that you're okay with.
36:21I don't mind the Warriors shot selection tonight at all.
36:23There's not a lot of them going in.
36:25Isaiah Jackson.
36:27See, Nembhard does a great job of showing patience, taking his time.
36:32And when you do that, things just kind of tend to open up.
36:35Al Horford just kind of got caught in between too far off.
36:38And Pajewski took another.
36:39And I told you.
36:40You compare Pajewski to Macklin.
36:43These hockey guys, they're always taking hits.
36:45They bounce right back up like nothing happened.
36:47Teeth flying all over the place.
36:49It doesn't matter.
36:50For Pajewski, I don't know how his nose is still attached.
36:53Got cracked so many times last season.
36:55He keeps jumping up like nothing happened.
36:58Comes back to the back of the plane like everything's okay.
37:01Man, he's getting pulled by his neck.
37:04Can't do that.
37:06Yeah, they may want to take a look at this.
37:07Head and neck area.
37:10You know, unnecessary contact.
37:11Of course, a defensive foul.
37:13This play is under review to see if it meets the criteria for a flagrant foul.
37:16Is it unnecessary for the neck pull?
37:19I'm going to say that's probably going to be a flagrant.
37:21I would think so.
37:22It was Courtney Kirkland.
37:23We'll put the earpiece in.
37:24Unnecessary and excessive.
37:27You're pulling him down.
37:29It's a really good screen, he said.
37:31And Jackson was frustrated.
37:32That's frustration there.
37:33That's a flagrant foul.
37:34And he flung him to the ground.
37:36Yeah, that's.
37:37Unnecessary and excessive.
37:39Unnecessary and excessive on sportsmen like flagrant two.
37:44And the crowd just reacted to it.
37:46And they're like, wait, wait, wait a minute.
37:48No, you can't do that.
37:50Yeah, that's.
37:51Well, that's like you see you read a perfect game because.
37:54Is that you had.
37:55He was frustrated.
37:56Yeah.
37:57And so the the neck pull.
37:59So.
38:00So you know you're doing something as a guard when you're setting the screens on bigs.
38:04And they get frustrated where they're flinging you to the ground.
38:06That's what happened with John Stockton a lot of times.
38:08Steph Curry too.
38:09Let's see what Courtney Kirkland.
38:10Twenty six years in the league.
38:11Five finals game.
38:12Seventy six.
38:13After review.
38:14The defensive player holds the office player around the neck.
38:17Goes into the floor.
38:18Rule on the floor has been upgraded to a flagrant foul penalty one.
38:21Golden State will shoot two free throws and the player will resume with the ball being inbounded on the sideline.
38:30See a lot of what life is about is dealing with adversity.
38:33Courtney Kirkland had to deal with some adversity there.
38:35You got the the reverb or whatever it's called.
38:38Yeah.
38:39Feedback.
38:40The feedback coming at you.
38:42You're stumbling a little bit.
38:43But he rebounded.
38:44He paused.
38:45Regained himself.
38:46Let the crowd react to what he was saying.
38:48And then kind of landed the plane there.
38:49I got respect for that.
38:50I like Courtney as a crew chief because you always know who's in control.
38:54When he's doing a game there's not a lot of back and forth.
38:57He's good at his job and he's going to maintain quality officiating.
39:02You want to get your money here now.
39:05Any time you're in the league twenty six years and Courtney seventy six playoff games five times.
39:11He's done NBA Finals games.
39:13He's an outstanding crew chief.
39:15And a lot of older crew chiefs have retired and stuff.
39:18So you need the Courtney Kirkland's of the world.
39:20Kind of teaching the younger guys.
39:22Well they go through a pretty strenuous process.
39:24Yes they do.
39:25To become an NBA official.
39:27Stringulous.
39:32And get ahead of the key three.
39:37The Warriors.
39:38I mean they are in this stretch.
39:41Where they're flying all over the place and coming back and they're not practicing and they're having days off.
39:45But shooting wise this has been rugged.
39:49That's why I said you can't rely on your shooting to figure out if you're going to win games tonight.
39:53Yeah Buddy Heal.
39:54Nice grip.
39:55Your intensity defensively has to be consistent.
39:58A lob.
39:59And now dunks are being missed.
40:01Well that was going to be a tough finish.
40:03You just want to catch that one and maybe come down with it if you can't live to see another day.
40:07That's a five point swing.
40:08You don't capitalize on a layup for Duncan.
40:11Robertson Earl buries a three.
40:13To make a nice pass to Will Richard.
40:18I can't wait for the Warriors to switch baskets at halftime.
40:22Get out of this basket.
40:24Something weird is going on on this side.
40:26But Will Richard moving without the ball at the right time.
40:30And that's the thing you always want to do.
40:32When you see someone attacking you never want to just assume they're going to finish the play.
40:37Cut at the right time.
40:39Keep your movement up.
40:40Give them an outlet.
40:41Couple free throws coming your way courtesy of Jack in the Box.
40:44The best rated burger and fast food with more beef than a Big Mac.
40:48Keep up, Ronald.
40:49Welcome to Jack in the Box.
40:51Because a guy like Will Richard you can make a living just off of that.
40:55He may go whole games where he never creates for himself.
40:58But he scores off of other people creating.
41:01He's shooting 61%.
41:03Yeah.
41:04That's a big time.
41:05Yeah.
41:06Well his shot selection is so good because he's playing the right way playing within himself.
41:10Letting other guys create.
41:11Cutting at the right time.
41:12Hitting open shots.
41:13Knocked down both free throws.
41:15Checking shoot for Shepard.
41:16Long and strong.
41:17Now Holford.
41:18Nice tap to Buddy.
41:19One more possessions together.
41:20Chemsky.
41:21Cyclic.
41:22Good shot to great shot.
41:23That paid off.
41:24Dominguez 0 for 3 from deep and 0 for 5 in the game.
41:27Now Holford had hit the backboard.
41:28That is rough because there was no way that was going in.
41:29Had no chance.
41:30But because he hit it again.
41:31Well he hit it after it had already hit the backboard.
41:33That's a goal 10.
41:34That is rough.
41:35That was going to miss.
41:36Probably not even hit the rim.
41:37That's a weird one.
41:38Just based on the shooting from both teams.
41:39What are going in anyway.
41:40I'm not going out on the limb there if I say that.
41:41The Warriors are 33% and the Patriots at 36%.
41:42Now Holford had hit the backboard.
41:43Now Holford had hit the backboard.
41:44That is rough because there was no way that was going in.
41:47Had no chance.
41:48But because he hit it again.
41:51Well he hit it after it had already hit the backboard.
41:54That's a goal 10.
41:55That is rough.
41:56That was going to miss.
41:57Probably not even hit the rim.
41:58That's a weird one.
42:00Just based on the shooting from both teams.
42:03What are going in anyway.
42:04Yeah, yeah.
42:05I'm not going out on the limb there if I say that.
42:07The Warriors are 33% and the Patriots at 36%.
42:10Nothing going in.
42:11Both teams are having to find frustration as Poczemski turns it over.
42:15It was off of foot but it wasn't kicked.
42:17Back to Nimhart.
42:20Sides up the rookie road Richard.
42:25Knock at 10.
42:28Nimhart tracked it down.
42:31And Shepard denied by Holford.
42:33Shot clock at 3.
42:35Nimhart's got a launch of 3.
42:37And Buddy coming back for the rebound.
42:39No issues with the Warriors defensive rebounding.
42:43None.
42:44It's this end.
42:45Buddy Heald letting it up and in.
42:48Sometime you just got to take your man off the dribble.
42:50Forget the play.
42:51Forget moving it around.
42:52Beat your man.
42:53Make a good solid move.
42:54Buddy Heald's capable.
42:55Wanted to get it to Shepard.
43:00Throwing away.
43:01This game is out.
43:02But it did that time.
43:03Here's the clean block.
43:04Just reject the screen.
43:05And you're not able to stay with him if you're Jeremiah Robinson Earl.
43:09So yeah.
43:10Al Horford's got a couple blocks.
43:11A couple rebounds.
43:12He's made a 3.
43:13And the Warrior lead in 3.
43:14With 3.
43:15And a half remaining in the first half.
43:16First NBA career start for the rookie Will Richard.
43:17And he was absolutely fantastic.
43:19And only Anthony Morrow with 37 against the Clippers in his start.
43:23That's the best by a rookie.
43:28I mean that is pretty amazing.
43:30But this is what I'm saying.
43:31If you watch all these clips shots are being created for him.
43:47And you can make a living off that.
43:49If you just take the right shots.
43:51Let's cut it the right time, run the floor.
43:53A lot of times the game will come to you,
43:55and you'll go full games where other guys are creating,
43:58and you're just kind of benefiting off of other guys' play.
44:01But you're in the right spot, and that's what matters.
44:03And the high-scoring rookies, they were all in the top 11 picks,
44:07except Will Richard was picked 56th in the draft.
44:10Yeah.
44:11He's such a –
44:11Growing up to look at it and go, okay, I can have big games
44:15where it's not just me creating for myself.
44:17I can play off of other guys and still put up monster numbers like that.
44:21And for Will Richard, it's like, okay, now I've shown I can do this in the NBA.
44:25That's a confident boost one.
44:27Jimmy Butler, 40th game against Indiana for Jimmy in his career,
44:31or for missing that three.
44:33And guess who was on the glass and drew a foul?
44:35Will Richard.
44:36Will Richard.
44:37He's looking at Monte Morris, who's much smaller than he is, going,
44:40this guy shouldn't be able to box me out.
44:42Let me get inside of him.
44:44Get play.
44:44Well, Will with that –
44:45Watch him here.
44:46Just push him back there.
44:476'7", wingspan at least for a 6'3 guy.
44:51That's big time.
44:53Like, if a play is there to be made, if something –
44:56Yeah, you're in the bonus, so that's two free throws just for working hard.
44:59If there's something to do, he's doing it.
45:01He's got a lot of know-how.
45:02He's usually in the right spot on both ends of the floor.
45:05That's huge.
45:06You hit on it, Kay.
45:08Oh, I have Monte Morris on me.
45:09I'm not going to run back.
45:10I'm going to go to the glass.
45:12I have a mismatch here.
45:13I'm going to take –
45:14Taking advantage of your opportunity.
45:15Never missing your opportunity.
45:17Most people will think about that, though.
45:18But you mean to score, right?
45:20Right.
45:20Well, opportunities to get a rebound.
45:22You've got a smaller defender on you.
45:23There's all kinds of different opportunities when it comes to playing this game.
45:28It could be on the defensive side, an opportunity to get a defensive rebound.
45:31If someone's, you know, smaller than you, they won't be able to keep you from getting that.
45:35So, four for four from the line for Will Richard.
45:37Warrior lead at five.
45:44How do you finish this half?
45:47It's an ugly offense in our pocket.
45:48Two.
45:49And folks, it up and out.
45:5124 seconds, a good defense for the Dubs there.
45:53Solid.
45:55Yeah, you're in the bonus.
45:56Might as well stay aggressive, see if you can get something downhill.
45:59Still.
46:01Then get a clear side to let him work.
46:06J.K. just come up under arms, get a little body contact, and get to the line.
46:11It's pretty good recognition.
46:13Kind of got a smaller guy on you.
46:15He's got the strength advantage, too, there.
46:18And you take your time, realize there's no real double team coming.
46:22No one else is threatening.
46:23You've got the middle to work with.
46:25Go ahead and power up, see what you have.
46:26And you're dropping in the free throw.
46:34Xfinity, the five-year price guarantee, gives you fast, reliable Wi-Fi at one price for five years.
46:40But no contracts or pump fakes.
46:42The single greatest promo we ever read during the broadcast.
46:45I was about to say, you didn't read that with as much ferocity.
46:48Everything should be the same price for five years.
46:50There you go.
46:51There you go.
46:51I want you to scare someone.
46:52That's why.
46:58That's where the angst is coming from.
47:01Xfinity, it's so good, I pay for it.
47:03How about that?
47:05You just realize you still pay for it.
47:07One out of two for coming in.
47:09And the Warriors will get the gift, turnover.
47:22Again, Warriors double-teaming up top on them, Harvey.
47:25He's trying to take his time to figure out how to pick the Warriors apart, but Warriors were in two positions.
47:29He tried to reject the screen.
47:43They had that covered, so he went over the screen and went down there with speed, was able to turn the corner and power up.
47:49And Nimhard sensing that Indiana's losing it.
47:52He is one of nine now shooting.
47:54He's distributed well to try to look for his own shot.
47:59Jimmy Butler down the lane again.
48:02The first double-digit lead of the night.
48:04And the Warriors up 10.
48:07He's starting to regulate now.
48:08That was a mean crossover.
48:11Bradley couldn't answer that one.
48:12Tate Morris attacking, and Bajewski made a cross-court to Martin.
48:20And on that glass, and Brandon does that.
48:25Just finished the court with strong.
48:28That's a good catch.
48:31Knocked out of bounds to Warrior Ball.
48:32Off of this one, and Cody Martin is backing up and then lunges at him.
48:37That helped Jimmy Butler out.
48:38This time he's got Bradley on him.
48:40He's looking back towards the weak side, and then just yanks him back the other way.
48:45That's a good look on the aerial there to see the strength of Jimmy Butler.
48:48He is...
48:50Well, when he gets an angle on you, it's over with.
48:52Yep, he's going to jump into you.
48:54He's never avoiding contact.
48:55But you've got to get the angle first.
48:57And that mean crossover did the job.
48:59Lock at five.
49:02Domingo.
49:03Robinson Earl.
49:04And hit the mid-range.
49:07Well, Warriors find some traction now.
49:08Looked at the 12-point lead on 11 unanswered.
49:14But you said, no matter what's going on in the offensive end, keep digging in defensively.
49:18You have to do exactly what they should do to a pastry squad that doesn't have its firepower.
49:24Pascal Siakam tonight.
49:26Shot clock at five.
49:28Latte Morris on the kick out.
49:29Walker's got a good look at his three, and he bottoms it.
49:32Just the help and recover was tough there from Domingo.
49:35It was like you're surprised he kicked it out to his guy.
49:39Warriors can't quite freeze it out.
49:40Ten-second big clock with a clock difference.
49:48Over the shot clock at seven.
49:50And that Podepski could close out by Morris.
49:54Reload three.
49:56Credit Indiana's defense there.
49:58Warriors have a foul to give if they want.
50:01And Will Richard, he knew that.
50:04Wise beyond his years.
50:05I'm telling you, this guy knows how to play, man.
50:07He knows how to play basketball.
50:08You give that foul, you break up everything, make him take it out of bounds.
50:12Not in the bonus.
50:14Nembhard is a tough cover.
50:16He's going to drive it like that.
50:18That tenaciously.
50:19Might as well give up the foul.
50:215.4 here.
50:29Nembhard at three.
50:32Draymond with him.
50:33And Draymond with Har.
50:35Always looking to dish out punishment, never avoiding contact.
50:39Got into Draymond, then came up under him after the pump phase.
50:43He's going to take.
50:45Watch him come up under.
50:46That's a good amount of harm.
50:48I understand it.
50:5031st pick in 2022.
50:52His brother Ryan on the two-way deal with Dallas.
50:56He set up a trip to Toronto for the whole squad.
50:59He's looking to take his leadership up a notch.
51:03The Warriors shop item of the game.
51:05You can read Steph Curry and the Dubs with the Jordan brand name and number T.
51:09Statement Edition jersey look and feel all at shop.warriors.com.
51:14All the Warriors swag looks amazing.
51:17Especially with that number 30 on there.
51:20But Nembhard is kind of the caretaker of the squad right now.
51:24Calibur now.
51:25Tops in both three throws.
51:29So 1.5.
51:30Butler will get it off and Walker able to block it.
51:34So a seven-point lead.
51:36They had it as high as 12.
51:39Not pretty.
51:4013.
51:4013.
51:4013.
