00:00Oh my gosh, this took my breath away.
00:04Tiffany, Reggie and their combined six kids
00:07are leaving Chile, Chicago to buy their first home
00:10as a blended family in Houston.
00:12You can have that size.
00:13I ain't even getting ahead to see the place yet
00:15and you trying to claim it.
00:17Tiffany's going for a two-story colonial
00:19that gives them all space without breaking the bank.
00:22I really like this fireplace.
00:24You think we really need a fireplace
00:26in 100 degree weather?
00:27He wants a farm.
00:28He don't care about the family stuff.
00:30A fire pit is better than a fireplace.
00:32Reggie wants to go full Texas with a luxurious ranch
00:35on several acres.
00:37This is a huge yard.
00:38I love it.
00:39And it goes all the way back.
00:41I got all the space for an outdoor kitchen.
00:43Pool right there.
00:44To get their family out of their cramped rental,
00:47they need to align their visions.
00:49I can make this work.
00:50Of course you can make it work.
00:51It's got everything you want.
00:58I'm in the neighborhood.
00:59I stopped by to get you some meat.
01:00I'm Reggie.
01:01I'm a mortgage broker.
01:02And I'm Tiffany.
01:03And I'm a real estate broker.
01:04We currently live in Cypress, Texas,
01:05which is a northwest suburb of Houston.
01:07We moved here about seven months ago from Chicago, Illinois.
01:08We moved to Texas because we're just tired of the cold weather in Chicago.
01:10Houston has great weather, nice food, and bigger homes.
01:12Believe it or not, this is very, very affordable, too.
01:13Really?
01:14Lee and sheep are here.
01:15We are a blended family.
01:16We're like the Brady Bunch.
01:17We have six children.
01:18Four of them live with us now.
01:19Right now, we live in a three-bedroom apartment.
01:20He's the only guy.
01:21And it's chaotic.
01:22We've been looking for a house three to four months.
01:23We both are seasoned investors.
01:24I've owned six months ago from Chicago, Illinois.
01:25We moved to Texas because we're just tired of the cold weather in Chicago.
01:26Houston has great weather, nice food, and bigger homes.
01:27Believe it or not, this is very, very affordable, too.
01:29Really?
01:30Lee and sheep are here.
01:31We are a blended family.
01:33We're like the Brady Bunch.
01:34We have six children.
01:35Four of them live with us now.
01:37Right now, we live in a three-bedroom apartment.
01:39He's the only guy, and it's chaotic.
01:43We've been looking for a house three to four months.
01:45We both are seasoned investors.
01:47I've owned seven or eight.
01:48I bought my first property in my early 20s.
01:51Think about my first property in my late 20s.
01:53This is going to be our first time purchasing a home together.
01:56Growing up in Chicago, I did not have a lot of space.
02:01I was raised by my dad and my grandmother.
02:03There were 10 people in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house.
02:07And so I just, I want something that gives everybody what they need.
02:11So what's up, lady?
02:12Lunch?
02:13Yeah.
02:14I stopped by to bring some food.
02:15Since we're new to the Houston area, I enlisted a friend here in the office to help me.
02:20She's born and raised, grew up here.
02:22If we spend $650 on home out here, we could get nothing in Chicago as we can in Houston.
02:26But she thinking because of that, that's why we get something for $450 out here in Texas.
02:30I just feel like the less we spend, the easier it'll be for all the other things.
02:36I love to travel.
02:37And if we have a big mortgage, then he's going to tell me we can't go nowhere and I want to go.
02:41We need five bedrooms.
02:43It's going to be hard for $450.
02:44Yeah, three of them.
02:45Maybe we can get away with four bedrooms, but somehow it'll be like five.
02:48I have a vision for like literally like a brick two-story.
02:53I really like the Colonials because I like how the windows are kind of separated and it's like a clear center.
02:58You know how the door, you can have that double door.
03:01Like I just, I don't know.
03:02In my head growing up, I was like, I want to have two doors.
03:05It's welcoming.
03:06Hello.
03:07Yeah, I want to have a clear.
03:08Come here.
03:09I want to do Christmas.
03:10You fancy.
03:11Yeah, I've always wanted to have like prom pictures on the stairs.
03:14I like a ranch.
03:15Modern with lots and lots of space.
03:17Open concept, I prefer to have 4,000 square feet or more.
03:21I said three.
03:22She like three, but I found it better that if we have four, then we not all on top of each other.
03:27You want your own space.
03:28Correct.
03:29You want Tiff to have her own space and you want the kids to have theirs.
03:32Well, in a ranch, we're really going to have to go kind of further out to get that ranch.
03:35OK, I'm fine with that.
03:36I'm not.
03:37I like all the land, all the space.
03:40For the pool, the outdoor kitchen, running around in the yard space.
03:44I don't want to go far out.
03:45I want to be literally within 30 minutes of work.
03:48We would definitely want to stay like in this Cypress Northwest area.
03:52Movie room, no movie room.
03:54I could care less about a movie room.
03:56Oh, that's it.
03:57We need the movie room.
03:58I need a dining room.
03:59We need a dining room?
04:00Why would we not need a dining room?
04:02Where are we going to eat?
04:03It's wasted space.
04:04We can eat in the kitchen.
04:05Since who?
04:06Family.
04:07We eat dinner every day as a family.
04:08How do we?
04:09In the kitchen.
04:10Because we are in an 1,800 square foot apartment.
04:12You want me to pay a half a million dollars and I don't have a dining room?
04:15Yes.
04:16I disagree.
04:20This is about finding a place that we can lay down roots and still have some money in
04:25the bank.
04:26$445 is a steal.
04:27I feel like in this type of neighborhood, it is going to be easier to get to know the neighbors.
04:32I think all the neighbors are too close to each other.
04:34We need to spread them out just a little bit.
04:36I don't want to look out my window and be able to see into their window.
04:39How do you overcome that though?
04:41Get a bigger yard.
04:42I like the bricks.
04:43Got to trim the forest there.
04:44I do love like the colonial style.
04:45The two-story.
04:46Nah, it's not my style.
04:47It could be a little bit more modern.
04:48Well, hello, Fred.
04:49How are you?
04:50I am well.
04:51Get in here.
04:52Tiffany is a great real estate agent.
04:53She knows the business in and out.
04:54My role here is that I know the cost value, the cost per square foot, the comparables, and
05:00they're getting a really good deal if they choose to go with this particular home.
05:05I like the ceilings.
05:06Do you love it?
05:07Yes.
05:08I was waiting for your reaction on that.
05:09Oh, my gosh.
05:10Oh, my gosh.
05:11Oh, my gosh.
05:12Oh, my gosh.
05:13Oh, my gosh.
05:14Oh, my gosh.
05:15Oh, my gosh.
05:16Oh, my gosh.
05:17Oh, my gosh.
05:18Oh, my gosh.
05:19Oh, my gosh.
05:20Oh, my gosh.
05:21I was waiting for your reaction on that.
05:23That light fixture is going to have to go.
05:24See, it's an open car sale.
05:26That's easy.
05:27I like it.
05:28Built in 1998.
05:29So back in the 90s, we always had, like, a formal sitting room.
05:32My first thought would be this could be an office.
05:35I agree.
05:36Or a movie room.
05:37Feminist movie room.
05:38We need separate offices.
05:39The necessity wish.
05:40Right.
05:41Correct.
05:42Right.
05:43Next, let's go into the formal dining room.
05:46I like this.
05:47You like the formal.
05:48This was, like, a requirement for me.
05:49I don't think we need a dining room.
05:50You want a table right here?
05:51We could use this space for something else.
05:53Well, I think that's the point of us buying this house,
05:56so that we can have family time and eat dinner together
05:59and the normal things like play games and stuff you do with a family.
06:02In a dining room?
06:03That's a non-negotiable.
06:05I think an outdoor dining area is way more comfortable
06:08than a dining room inside the house.
06:10Now, here is your true study.
06:13But you could also use this as a bedroom, because guess what?
06:17It has a closet.
06:18It has a closet.
06:19It could be a fifth bedroom.
06:21Kids, like, one of them can take this room.
06:23Exactly.
06:24Mm-hmm.
06:25So living area.
06:26I really like this fireplace.
06:28You think we really need a fireplace in 100 degree weather?
06:31He wants a farm with just a TV.
06:33That's all.
06:34He don't care about the family stuff.
06:35A fire pit is better than a fireplace.
06:37So breakfast area, and then this could be...
06:39This would probably be, like, homework center.
06:41And then there is a desk, too.
06:43I know that's...
06:44There's Reggie's office.
06:45There you go, Reggie.
06:46Then you could have your media room.
06:48Now we're next to the food, huh?
06:50Just joking.
06:51So in Chicago, you get one island.
06:53Why do we have so many islands in one picture?
06:55So a lot of counter space for cooking and prep work and...
06:59I buy my food shop.
07:00I would love to see this space opened with, like, one large island
07:04with the sink in it or the stove in it,
07:06because I think that would open up the living room, too.
07:08Yeah, I agree on that one.
07:09We need a bigger island.
07:12This is an okay backyard for me.
07:15And I love this little tree.
07:16It's kind of small for me.
07:18I could use a little bit more acreage.
07:20Acreage.
07:21Remember, we talked about that acreage.
07:22I was just about to say, we are not there.
07:23I remember.
07:248,900 square feet, 0.2 acres.
07:27There are...
07:28There's some nook areas for your outdoor kitchen.
07:30Too small.
07:31We don't really have no space.
07:32And you don't want the heat to be next to the windows right there.
07:35That'd be our only option.
07:36Only in the middle there.
07:37Yeah.
07:38Then they wouldn't leave us no room for a pool.
07:40It's a community pool.
07:41There's one.
07:42Community pool is great.
07:43I don't know why Tiffany's not on board with my dream outdoor kitchen
07:46with the pool on the side.
07:47Outdoor living gives us way more space for a large family like mine.
07:51We still haven't seen the primary bedroom.
07:53It is on the first floor.
07:55Just not a fan of the carpet.
07:58My allergies cannot take that.
07:59Yeah.
08:00I don't really like this carpet.
08:01And some of the finishes and such.
08:03When we talk about more luxurious, then we're talking about going a little bit over
08:08the price point that we're at right now.
08:11You're soaking tall.
08:13Yes.
08:14And it's large.
08:15We got double sinks too.
08:16Sinks.
08:17Two sinks.
08:18And closets.
08:19You can have that size.
08:20I ain't even getting here to see the place yet and you trying to claim it.
08:25I'm taller so I can fit more things right here in this space.
08:28To go up.
08:29Do you wear dresses?
08:30This is a dress rack.
08:31Dress rack.
08:32What about trench coats?
08:33It's Texas.
08:36We would have to pull this carpet up.
08:38I hate carpet on stairs.
08:40This would be perfect for in a kid's room.
08:42Nice room.
08:43Nice size.
08:44And there's the bathroom here.
08:46Double sinks.
08:47And then it shares with the room next door.
08:50Yeah.
08:51This is perfect for the little.
08:52This is perfect.
08:53Yeah.
08:54There's another bedroom over here.
08:58Really good size.
08:59Like Angel could fit in this one.
09:00Angel could fit here.
09:01And it has its own bathroom.
09:03Okay.
09:04Yeah.
09:05I like that.
09:06And then we got to consider though Kai.
09:07I know you want a movie room, but like.
09:09She could be over here.
09:10Not a movie room.
09:12As we're blending our families, we have to consider the ages of our children.
09:16Reggie's children are a lot older than mine.
09:18Mine are still in elementary school.
09:20His are 20 plus.
09:21And so I think when he considers a house, he's looking at, oh, I could retire here.
09:27Versus I'm looking at, can we get through elementary school?
09:32One thing I like about the house is the open concept.
09:35It's in the neighborhood.
09:36It's the colonial style.
09:37I really like that part.
09:39We could put all four girls upstairs and have enough space.
09:43The kitchen.
09:44I think it needs some work there.
09:46I want to see something with more land.
09:48More kind of secluded.
09:49So if we're looking for more land, we talked about going further out.
09:53Okay.
09:56So Courtney finds a place with acreage for Reggie.
09:59But it comes at a premium.
10:01I hear ching, ching, ching.
10:10I like it.
10:11It's secluded.
10:12It's kind of set back from the front street.
10:14And this was your listing, so you'll know all the details for me.
10:17Yep.
10:18Okay, cool.
10:19They give me just enough space.
10:20Three acres almost is just enough space, babe?
10:23Really?
10:24Mm-hmm.
10:25Today, Reggie and Tiffany are seeing a two-story with only three bedrooms.
10:29But because it has acreage, Reggie wants to consider it.
10:32I can see that they did a new roof.
10:34That's important.
10:35I like the bay windows right here in the front.
10:37Is it well water or tap water here?
10:39It's well water.
10:40Okay, I like well water.
10:41You have your own well and septic.
10:42This is my listing, so I have the code.
10:46It's beautiful, beautiful.
10:48I love the open concept.
10:50You like it?
10:51I love it.
10:52So is this what will be the dining room?
10:54There's another one over here.
10:55Okay.
10:56So there's like two separate areas that could possibly be your dining room.
10:59Perfect.
11:00Okay.
11:01I like the open space.
11:02I don't mind this.
11:03But could we drill and put your TV over and stuff?
11:05You could.
11:06Yes.
11:07We could definitely go there.
11:08Absolutely.
11:09Okay.
11:10But not concerned.
11:11Where would the couch fit if this is supposed to be the dining room?
11:12See how big this space is?
11:13Okay.
11:14You could put a large table here.
11:15You could put the round table there.
11:16Yes.
11:17Okay.
11:18I love looking out this window.
11:19See this view?
11:20You like the window and seeing outside.
11:21Uh-huh.
11:22There's all the acres out there for me.
11:23I can envision it now.
11:24That backyard is beautiful.
11:26Oh, so it needs new windows, huh?
11:28Single pane.
11:29Okay.
11:30But you won't hear the noise because guess what?
11:32There's no noise.
11:33There's no noise?
11:34You know, I like noise.
11:35I want to be kind of in the neighborhood.
11:37So that's more his thing.
11:38You won't hear nothing out here.
11:40Mm-hmm.
11:41I don't want to do a rehab, but I feel like this is going to need to have some work.
11:45No, very minimal though.
11:46Minimal.
11:47Mm-hmm.
11:48Okay.
11:49Okay.
11:50Let's head out this way.
11:51This is a huge yard.
11:52I love it.
11:53And it goes all the way back.
11:55You got bonfires right there.
11:57That's right.
11:58Pool right there.
11:59Kids playing over there.
12:00I hear ching, ching, ching like that's more money each time.
12:05A little at a time.
12:06I got all the space for outdoor kitchen.
12:08Pizza oven included on it.
12:09Yes.
12:10This is where we're going to spend most of our time at out here.
12:12See, it's hot.
12:13It's called-
12:14It's called-
12:15This is Houston.
12:16I'm going to be inside.
12:17This is really cute.
12:18So look.
12:19It does feel a little small to me.
12:21Six people coming through this at the same time.
12:24Excuse me, excuse me.
12:25I'm trying to avoid that.
12:26Oh, six might not be right here at the same time.
12:28Don't you get what I'm saying?
12:29Like this is going to be a high traffic area.
12:31Is there a bedroom down here?
12:33Yes, your primary's right here.
12:34Okay.
12:35This room is massive.
12:37Is it nice?
12:38Wow, look at this shower.
12:40Oh yeah, I love this.
12:41I can make this work.
12:42Of course you can make it work.
12:43We love it.
12:44It's got everything you want.
12:45Three acres.
12:46Like, as we're buying this together, like, babe,
12:49we got to find stuff that works for both of us.
12:51Like-
12:52True.
12:53And the kids.
12:54So stairs here.
12:58Here could be both of your office.
13:00Okay.
13:01Put my laptop right here.
13:02Then you're just going to look out at them.
13:03I could work while I'm looking out the window.
13:05Mm-hmm.
13:06Here's one room up.
13:07Yes.
13:08Is this the larger of the bedroom?
13:09No, it's the one.
13:10Yeah, because this bedroom looked kind of small to me, though, for two people.
13:13Right.
13:14And if we go with three bedrooms, that means we got to put two girls in one.
13:17Right.
13:18And two girls in another.
13:19A downside to this home is it's just a little small.
13:22I wish this house had another room.
13:24And it doesn't have room for a built-in movie theater.
13:27But this backyard is definitely big enough to add additional to the home.
13:31It's worth it with the amount of land that comes with it.
13:33Secondary bathroom with the tub.
13:35This is a decent size.
13:36So here's the other bedroom that's larger.
13:39Definitely.
13:40This could be an extra space.
13:41They could even do homework here.
13:42But it does feel tight to me.
13:45And it's $614,000.
13:46$614,000.
13:47So, babe, we're paying for the land at this point.
13:50Right, that's what it is.
13:51It's like the house to me.
13:52I like a bigger house with a lot of land.
13:54But this is more land than a small house.
13:59So Courtney has a move-in ready listing with over 4,000 square feet to show them.
14:04This one's at the top of our budget, though.
14:06I'm afraid that might cut into my travel funds.
14:15You're not isolated like the other home we saw on 2.5 acres.
14:19I like the way it's set back.
14:20Good, good.
14:21And, babe, it's in a neighborhood.
14:22You know how I feel about that.
14:23It's larger on the square feet, about 4,100 square feet.
14:26There we go.
14:27Now, this one's at the top of our budget, though.
14:29I'm afraid that might cut into my travel funds.
14:32But, babe, like, I know you said you wanted square feet.
14:35Don't look like a ranch, but I'll take a look at it.
14:38I like the front porch, the wraparound so far.
14:40Okay.
14:44I absolutely love the arches.
14:47I like it, I like it.
14:48You know how I love this door.
14:49The entryway where you feel welcomed.
14:51Yeah.
14:52And then the semi cul-de-sac, too.
14:54Yeah.
14:55So, again, not acreage, but private.
14:58You're making me a believer so far.
14:59Okay.
15:00Here we go.
15:01Oh, my God.
15:02Yeah.
15:03Like, this took my breath away.
15:04You forgot.
15:05I can see Christmas photos here.
15:07Absolutely.
15:08Like, that's my first impression.
15:09Like, think about all the girls lined up.
15:11Let's go in here for a minute to see, because this is our study.
15:14Both of us can use this.
15:15So you take that side, I take this side.
15:17Yeah.
15:18Lots of space in.
15:19You laid the way out.
15:20Let's go into the formal dining.
15:22What I don't like is that when you first walk in, it's like right into the dining room.
15:26All right.
15:27This should be like a sitting room.
15:28What?
15:29I feel like it is your space for the dining room.
15:30Not the dining room.
15:31Okay.
15:32Here's our kitchen that's open to the family room.
15:35I like this, right?
15:36Mm-hmm.
15:37Because when we're cooking, we're entertaining and we're talking.
15:39Right.
15:40You could probably do dining room there instead of now.
15:42So you're right.
15:43We can even put the dining room on this side.
15:45I like the cabinets.
15:46It's a nice height, too.
15:48Mm-hmm.
15:49Like, he likes the big fridge.
15:50I checked it.
15:51Look.
15:52You don't think I got on there already?
15:53Uh-huh.
15:54And I like the double oven, so we can cook for everybody at once.
15:57Okay.
15:58Because convection, microwave, and then oven.
16:00Yeah.
16:01So you can do both.
16:02There is a nice little wine nook here, too.
16:05My favorite room.
16:06Yes.
16:08And he comes with a lock.
16:09That's good.
16:10Yes.
16:11Uh-huh.
16:12I'm over here visualizing this.
16:13So we will put the couches right here.
16:15Mm-hmm.
16:16Then probably hang the TV up above here, above the fireplace.
16:18This is so nice.
16:19And I like how tall the ceilings are.
16:21If you see me, I raise my hands up.
16:23And then here is your primary bedroom.
16:25I really like the ceiling.
16:27And look at the night.
16:28Yeah.
16:29I believe I could fit in there, too.
16:30I think it's okay.
16:31Large enough.
16:32Good.
16:33And two sinks.
16:34This one will be mine, honey.
16:35You two excited about the wrong side of the bathroom.
16:38So we'll go out here.
16:40Thank you.
16:41To the backyard.
16:42Oh, my gosh.
16:44It is so pretty.
16:46Mm-hmm.
16:47Isn't it gorgeous?
16:48It is.
16:49Let me get this straight.
16:50Jump straight in the pool, out to check on the pizza.
16:53That's right.
16:54I like it.
16:55I mean, this is one of the ones I actually like.
16:57But I don't like the price.
16:58So just be clear about that.
16:59That's it.
17:00As a mortgage broker, I could structure the deal
17:02where it fit into the budget.
17:04It has enough square feet.
17:05We have an outdoor kitchen, outdoor pool.
17:07I prefer a house that's already in the country with my acres.
17:10But I feel this house will work perfect.
17:12You know, you get what you pay for.
17:13From this back staircase, you come into open area
17:17that can be a game room, Reggie's movie room.
17:20There's a fridge, all that good stuff up here.
17:23Really great flex space.
17:25OK.
17:26I like the area.
17:27I will move these bookshelves.
17:28They'll probably hang the TV up right here.
17:30That's the best thing about this.
17:31Mm-hmm.
17:32These are not attached.
17:33Mm-hmm.
17:34OK.
17:35If you don't like the built-ins.
17:37Bedroom here.
17:38So this one could be for one of the girls.
17:41Mm-hmm.
17:42It has its own bathroom.
17:43OK.
17:44I like this.
17:45Mm-hmm.
17:46The open view?
17:47Yeah, and I want this.
17:48OK, OK.
17:49Let's go into the other secondary bedroom.
17:52I can see Ava loving this room.
17:54So we could either go that way or we can go around.
17:56OK.
17:57Because the other bedroom's here.
17:59It's a decent size, too.
18:00It's pink.
18:01Grace is not into pink.
18:02Not going into pink.
18:03She's like, can you make it black and white?
18:04Right.
18:07This is over the budget at $680.
18:09We got a lot of extra amenities.
18:11We got a pool, an outdoor kitchen.
18:12But I'm still feeling like I'm a, the bedroom's a little quirky up there for me.
18:16Right.
18:17Just one bedroom missing.
18:18I would need one more bedroom.
18:19But this still seems like a good deal, though.
18:21You could possibly wall something in, like, for another bedroom.
18:24I'm processing.
18:25Yeah.
18:26Lots to think about.
18:27All right.
18:31Here, I got you some coffee.
18:33Tiffany and Reggie need to decide on a home to buy together in Texas for their blended family.
18:40The two-story traditional house in Houston.
18:43For me, I feel like that one needs a lot of work.
18:46I really like the bathtub.
18:48I like the price.
18:49I like the neighborhood.
18:50I hate the kitchen.
18:51It's big.
18:52But I, like, hate the kitchen.
18:53It's old from, like, 30 years ago.
18:55It's not a one-story, but a two-story.
18:57I don't have the acreage that I need, and it's in the city limits.
19:01But it's $4.45.
19:02Right.
19:03So it's very affordable.
19:04The Tudor in the Woods, that one is $6.14.
19:08It's three beds, two and a half baths.
19:10That house, to me, was too far from everything.
19:14I love the acreage.
19:152.5 acres is my kind of space.
19:17I can make that out of the kitchen.
19:19We could put a pool.
19:20That house had three bedrooms with the four girls.
19:23Like, we need to make sure everybody has their space.
19:26It's a little room we might could build.
19:28The acreage make me happy.
19:292.5 is enough space for me to do pretty much anything back there.
19:33And the other house, that one's at 679.
19:35Four minutes from my office, like, I really like that one.
19:39That one had everything.
19:41It was turnkey.
19:42I like that one.
19:43OK.
19:44So we have the outdoor kitchen.
19:45Yeah.
19:46We have the pool.
19:47We have the square footage.
19:48But we might need one more bedroom.
19:50It has that game room.
19:51Yeah, but I would like my own movie room.
19:53You have to make a decision on the market.
19:55What you gonna do, you wake up tomorrow, and one of those houses are gone.
20:07Ava, did you find your room?
20:08Yes.
20:09We bought the two-story traditional brick in town.
20:15This house was a diamond in the rough.
20:17It was in the neighborhood.
20:18It's nine minutes from my office.
20:20Everybody has their own space.
20:22It was a price we couldn't beat.
20:25The house was listed for $4.45.
20:27And we paid $4.20.
20:29I'm a real estate broker, and he's a mortgage broker.
20:32We were able to use our skill sets to leverage the best deal possible.
20:36We had the keys three weeks ago, and we're walking in today.
20:39I ended up not getting the ranch, and I also had to downsize on the acreage.
20:42The plus size is there's still enough room in the backyard to build my outdoor kitchen.
20:46And now that we have upstairs, I realize that I have all the space I need.
20:49Coming from an apartment to this home is definitely an upgrade.
20:52At some point, we'd like to update the kitchen.
20:55You guys got your own bathroom?
20:57I know. They fancy. I had to get my own bathroom until I was 23 years old. Good.
21:02I had to buy my own house to get a bathroom.
21:04I know. That's what I said.
21:06As we were merging our households, I thought it was important for us to still have enough space to accommodate our family.
21:13I got my dining room, and building generational wealth is super important to me.
21:18As we raise our children, we want to make sure that we show example of what that looks like,
21:23and together we can do that through this house.
21:25And we got a house! And we got a house!
