00:00So over here you can see that I have a table and let's say I want to do a page setup so that this
00:11data prints in a certain way. For that you can go ahead and use the page setup and printing options.
00:17So for that you can actually go around onto the page layout tab right here and then actually go
00:22around over here onto page setup right here. Click on the small icon besides the page setup and the
00:27page setup opens up. Here you can go ahead and choose landscape mode right here and even go ahead
00:32and change the scaling size right here and even go ahead and fit it out right here. That is fit the
00:38selected table right here in certain page right here. Like let's say for example fit to one page by
00:45one page tall right here. You can choose the paper size as you want and even go ahead and set up the
00:51margins as you like right here just like this as needed and even set the header and footer. So you
00:57can go ahead and let's say for example add in page right here in header and you can even go ahead
01:03and add in the seat right here on the footer and so forth. You can even go around over here and then
01:08select out the print area right here just like this right here and press ok and the page setup is done.
01:15So now you if you want to go ahead and see the preview of the printing you can actually go around
01:19over here onto the view and then go around onto page layout and you would see that the changes
01:25accordingly right here. So apart from that you can also go to file and then go to print and you get
01:31the print option right here and you can see the header and footer as we set out. You can go ahead
01:36and print only the active seats or print only the selection as well as you can see right here. You can
01:41go ahead and change the orientation later around over here as well and even the paper size and even go
01:46ahead and set the margin as you like from over here or even go ahead and fit it out. Have no scaling
01:52right here but it gets cut off as you can see or fit the seat to one piece right here. Then you can
01:57simply go ahead and print this out as you like. So now this is using my physical printer but let me
02:04just go ahead and choose let's say for example Microsoft print to PDF. So it actually prints out
02:10a PDF piece for me. So if I were to go ahead and print it out I can simply go ahead right here and
02:15then save it out as sample. Let's say for example right here and click on save and then it'll go ahead
02:21and print it out for me. And then this has been saved as a PDF file. So if I were to open it this is what
02:28you see as you can see right here. So this would how the page would actually look if it were to be printed
02:34out. And that is how you can go ahead and work around with the page setup and printing options in
02:39Microsoft Excel. So I hope you found this video useful. Be sure to hit the like button. Don't forget to share this
02:46out with our friends and family and for more contents like these do follow simple tutorials.
