00:00So in Microsoft Excel, you can go ahead and display out date and time in multiple formats.
00:11For example, I'm going to go around over here and type in, let's say, for example, 12122026
00:19right here, for example. So you can see that this is a numbered format date right here. So this is
00:24a date, as you can see. Apart from that, you can also go ahead and select short date, which is
00:29actually the format right now, or you can choose long date right here and it gets converted into a
00:35long date format. Apart from that, you can also go around onto more number formats right here,
00:40just like this. And over here, you can see the date. And then these are the different date formats that
00:46you can go ahead and add in. For example, over here, you can see that there's March 1412 right here.
00:53So you can see like this is how it would be displayed right here. You can go around over here
00:58onto more number formats and choose a particular format right here, press OK, and it'll be converted
01:04to that particular format as well. Let's say, for instance, I'm going to go ahead and type in
01:091 p.m. right here. So this is a time right here, just like this. So now what you can do is you can
01:16see that this is a custom time. You can go for the normal time format that you have right here,
01:21or what you can also do is go to more formats right here. Then it goes to time. And here you can see
01:27that I can go ahead and choose date and time as well if I want to right here, just like this.
01:32So you can enter date and time right here. So I'm just going to go around over here and type in
01:372026 right here, just like that. And I'm just going to go ahead and type in 1212. Let's say,
01:44for instance, then this is the format that you have. So let's just go around over here onto more
01:48formats. Then I'm going to go to time. And you can even go ahead and choose this time format or
01:53any other time format as you want. And then you simply have this. You still have the date
01:58information right here. So if you were to change the format, it will show up the date as well.
02:03But right now you can see that I only chose time. So you can only see the time right here.
02:10And that is how you can simply go ahead and add in dates and times inside of Excel and choose the
02:16format of display for it as well. So hope you found this video useful. Be sure to hit the like
